They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. Well in this case, we decided to go with the lowest quote at Buerkle Body Shop. The process was simple. We dropped off the vehicle and it was ready to be picked up the next day. Of course being very interested in how this was going to turn out, I looked closely, then I looked again. Even though they repaired the bumper, that bumper looked brand new.
