The sapphire face was damaged at Metro when I sent it in for band repair. Look at the M for area damaged.

I sent my Michele watch to be repaired - the ceramic band was broken. They returned it stating that parts were unavailable and the face was cracked- no mention of what happened and have completely ignored my request for information or repair. I sent my watch to them for a warranty repair - I should have paid to have it repaired at a local jeweler. If you value your timepiece- dont send it to them, even if it's a "free" repair.

Metro Service Center $45 Band Replacement. Less then 1 yr after replacement,

I took my watch in to the Fossil store to replace the band sometime in 07/2014. The staff did their job and sent it in to Metro Service Center. I didn't receive an order number so, thank goodness it made it back from TX. It came back to me looking very sharp and I was pleased because they not only replaced the band but the crystal. crown and case. All for $45. My watch has lasted the test of time for 5 yrs before I needed a repair. Unfortunately, this new band doesn't look like it will last as long. A year has not gone by and the band is already loosing its cooler. It looks like the result of an inferior quality replacement part.

The links to attach the band to the face were completely stripped and bent.

My stainless steel watchband broke on my Fossil. I went everywhere to get it fixed and "Nope, can't fix that." I finally called the manufacturer and they suggested Metro Service Center. For $45 I got a brand new band and got to save my most favorite watch from the trash. Thank you Metro Service Center!

I thought the second hand is supposed to be stuck to the other ones not floating around the watch and the service guy was BM031
