Every one of the instructors there are great and you can ask him any question when it comes to your training and what you can do to improve it. One of the best things I'd like about it. you're not competing with anybody else, you're only competing with yourself. It doesn't matter if the person next year is running all out at 10 miles an hour and you're running at 6, it's about how you feel at the end of the workout and what you did to help your physical fitness.

I actually find myself getting up early on my days off to go to Hotworx for the yoga. During the week I enjoy going right after work. The times are convenient since it all runs on continuous loops 24/7. The infrared saunas warm you deep inside, allowing the muscles to have less strain and more motion. You begin sweating in the first five minutes. Bye bye toxins. There's enough variety to keep you interested and motivated. Besides the 10 saunas there is a small gym area equipped with various weights. Most of the time whether it's just the times I pick, I'm usually the only one in the saunas. The facility is available 24/7. Staffed hours are posted. There are several security items in place for unstaffed times - hall lights dim if no one moves in the hall for 20 minutes, only members can enter with special app on their phone, and there are two panic buttons available to take with you in a sauna. The app allows me to check availability of saunas and times to book two days out. It also records sessions and calories burned. Give it a try.

Admittedly, I fell off track after I completed the first round. I kept working out, but eating out and social drinking got the best of me. I am back on Brik, and I have cut out almost all processed foods, limited my alcohol intake drastically, and cut back on coffee. But notice, I didn't say 100%. And that's the great thing. Some of the other gyms might recommend a chicken and broccoli only diet-Kaia doesn't do that. It's plant based, really delicious food, and it's not militant. I love that. As cliche as it sounds, they really are a lifestyle-nutrition, exercise, community . . .and I am drinking the (all natural) Kool aid. LOL I know that I will have my ups and downs, but I know that Kaia is consistently there for me to go get a great workout, be around genuinely nice people, laugh every morning at 5 a.m., and grow and learn more about ME-mind, body, soul. I feel like if I stick with it, I will continue to see great results. I would suggest Kaia to anyone looking for a home gym, where they can feel supported.

This gym has a team-based and community feel, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. Every class I've attended has 2-3 coaches present. This is super helpful as they walk around to help with correcting form and providing encouragement! Each class is different. There are resistance focused, cardio focused, and hybrid focused classes. I've never had the same workout twice. The workouts are very clear to follow as there are screens throughout the gym that show an example of the workout and help you know where to go next. It's great to do and not have to think! The workouts fly by and are so fun. I'm glad I found this gym and I'm looking forward to taking more classes!

There are different areas to work out in depending what you want to do so I tend to stick to some of the same areas. I really like the Body Pump classes. All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

The owner, Matt, was quick to respond when I gave the gym a call and provided amazing customer service! He even swung by the gym and introduced himself. Gym is fully equipped with several cardio machines (stairmaster, bikes, treadmills), free weights, benches, turf area, cable machines, resistance machines, two squat racks and much more. In addition, for an extra cost, you can have access to their Recovery Room which has infrared saunas, compression boots for lowerbody (I believe hips too), and massage guns. There are also small lockers that are available for use during your workout. The gym is very clean and all of the equipment is well-maintained. This is my first time at a privately owned gym and I can see why people lean towards em. If you're local, I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out and getting a membership.
