All the ladies are great instructors and it makes lifting more fun with the music. And it is also difficult and get for muscle endurance! They recently added Yoga which is a nice addition for a gym to not have to pay extra from the membership or go to a separate place to get Yoga classes.

I have definitely seen the improvement in my overall physical stamina, body mass composition, and just overall fitness. Every one of the instructors there are great and you can ask him any question when it comes to your training and what you can do to improve it. One of the best things I'd like about it. you're not competing with anybody else, you're only competing with yourself. It doesn't matter if the person next year is running all out at 10 miles an hour and you're running at 6, it's about how you feel at the end of the workout and what you did to help your physical fitness.

Walking almost every day wasn't enough to keep me fit and it became obvious motivation to work on my overall health and fitness was necessary. My trainer at Performance EDU (Collin LaPorte) has the experience and training to help me work on various parts of my body, focusing on different muscle groups each session. My best friend has been working out here for two years so this recommendation comes from her as well. Watching all the different fitness coaches here work with people who have varying degrees of endurance and goals reassures me that they all are capable at what they do. The same facility houses a Physical Therapist business, which I personally have not used but my friend has and notes how both the PT's and fitness coaches communicate and work together for the well being of each client.

A CLEAN club; staff is attentive to the bathrooms and the workout areas. Check-in always goes smoothly. Equipment is kept in good working order, free-weights galore! What is lacking or needs improvement---despite signage members consistently park it on equipment and act like it's a cell-phone studio. There is an express area designed to get you though a workout in 30 minutes! Yay! Except there are workout buddies in tandem tying up equipment to do their reps. TV's? Plenty of them, but none are close captioned to let treadmill/cycle users enjoy what's on (no sound via Bluetooth or WiFi) All-in-all a great gym for a quick workout Especially at $15/month. She landed on her head one of their customers found her went back inside and contacted management. David Jacobs the general manager came out and took care of my mom who had an obvious head injuries. He would not allow anyone to move her and called for an ambulance. I don't know if the outcome would've changed but what he did help protect my mother and I am so grateful and so is the rest of my family.
