I came to this Mazda location because I had a bad experience at the Fairbanks location when I got my car serviced for the first time. This location was by far worse than the other! I had an appointment this morning at 9:00 am for an oil change and tire rotation. When I was close to arriving home the hazardous tire pressure sensor came on. I pulled in to the gas station instantly to see if the tire pressure was low and it wasn't. I thought to myself maybe the mechanic had made a minor mistake when rotating the tires. I drive all the way back to the service center and they take my car back to be diagnosed. After waiting for a good 30 minutes they proceed to tell me that there is a nail embedded in my front left tire. The service advisor shows me a picture on his cell phone of the nail in my tire. I then request to see my vehicle to examine the tire and its severity. When they pulled it around for me to check I saw that they had already pulled out the nail. This upset me quite a bit, because I believe they should have left the nail in for me to see before I move forward with any decision. I felt that they gave me no option but to go ahead and get the tire replaced. I asked the service advisor how much it would cost and he said $198. I gave the "okay" to go right ahead and replace the tire. After waiting for another 30 minutes to replace ONE tire they charge me $253. I was in disbelief. $253 for one tire!?!?! How could this be??? He later told me that the "shop supplies" is an automatic charge that is added on every print out report. How did the price jump from $198 to $253? These extra charges should have been stated before the work was done. I was already hesitant in paying the $198 from the beginning. To be honest I believe the mechanics planted this on me. It's a real coincidence that the nail punctured my car on the way home. TRUE SCAM ARTIST I'D SAY. Regardless of my situation I will NEVER come back to any of the Mazda locations. Let me begin by saying that I like Mazda automobiles. I own one now, have previously owned 2 Miatas, and my wife was driving a Mazda 626 when I met her. They are good automobiles. When I was shopping for a new Miata, I went by Classic, as it's the closest Mazda dealer to my home. I had done my research, knew what the car should cost, and what my trade in should bring. Classic just wouldn't deal, and I ended up buying from Corey Fairbanks. However - when I was notified, in February, by Mazda, that there was a recall on my Mazda 6, I arranged to have the work done at Classic. They were to install a new passenger side airbag inflator, After the work was (supposedly) done, we noticed that the airbag light on the dashboard was lit. My wife, who drives the car, was unable to go by Classic to inquire about this immediately, and when she finally did, Classic claimed that the light had nothing to do with the work they did, and wanted to charge $90 to even check out what the problem was. We declined this 'generous' offer. We received another recall notice in July, to replace the driver's side airbag inflator, and again, arranged to have the work done at Classic. We assumed that this repair would also fix the airbag light problem. It didn't. When we inquired about this, they again denied that it was caused by anything they had done, and presented us with a long list of repairs that needed to be done, totaling around $4,000. We took the car to our mechanic, whom we've used for years, and he told us that all but a couple of the repairs did NOT have to be done. He did the work, and charged around $400. He also checked out the airbag light, and said that the code indicated that the problem was a bad circuit in the passenger side airbag. Classic is still refusing to fix the problem. Folks, these people are liars, and refuse to take responsibility for their own errors. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I enjoyed my experience here back in 2011 when I got my first Mazda.. came back in 2015 for another and just last week got my 3rd from them. Very sad to say that I am no longer a fan. This most recent experience has left me frustrated with the lack of customer service, especially considering how loyal I've been to the dealership. Ran into an issue where the pay off for my lease for whatever reason didn't get to the bank in time before my next payment was due, so I was charged for a car I no longer have. I understand they can't control the mail. However, I called for help after already dealing with the bank for hours and being told this is a dealership issue and I have to call them, so I did. I was told they'd check into it and get back to me with an answer. 4 hours later I finally call back on my own since apparently they can't be bothered to do it. They knew exactly what was going on and we're able to explain it to me and essentially pass me back to the bank again, to which I asked why I had to be the one to call them back after 4 hours, why no one bothered to call me I was told "we're all busy". Cool, so am I, I spent my lunch break dealing with this mess and now I am a bother to you to call back, a conversation that clearly only needed to take 30 seconds of your day... give me a break. Had they called me back once they had information, and actually offered to be helpful other than "we mailed the check so, they should eventually get it and give you your money back" I wouldn't be so upset about it. A car payment is a big chunk of my income, and having it unexpectedly removed is a huge problem. I had the WORST car service here ever! I take my Mazda here to just get some BASIC work done, brakes, rotors, dry belt and engine maintenance. My car is a 2012 Mazda 6 and I've had it for about 3 years, I have NEVER had any issues with it UNTIL I came here. First off, they took FOREVER on my car. While people who came in after me were only waiting for a max 1-2 hours, I waited 5! Secondly, they told me my rotors didn't need to be replaced, only resurfaced so I trusted them to do it correctly... joke was on me, after spending $780 for the work that was done, I had to go BACK 15 minutes after I left because my rotor was actually warped! They had warped it while working on it and actually had the nerve to let me leave with it like that! So again, I waited another hour for them to fix my rotors and after they were done I let the service manager know and she refunded me my money for the rotors. But little did I know that they were going to STILL be a problem! I left the dealership again that same day and had to come back an hour later because my car was still acting funny! I had to leave my car there overnight and they gave me a rental until the next day. My service consultant called me the next day to inform me that my rotors had cracks in them and they were just going to give me brand new ones due to my old ones being in such bad shape (because the mechanic obviously doesn't know how to do his job right and shouldn't even be working at a big dealership). I came here because I wanted professional and quality work done, instead I got a nightmare. But hey, at least I got some money back and brand new rotors. Let's hope they hire better technicians so this problem won't keep happening to others. read more

Well I liked this Mazda dealership and service department. Then one day I was there for my oil change which I get around 4k miles (manual says every 5k) and the car was at 40k total. Well they have a full circle inspection which I believe is what they still call it. During there "inspection" of my brakes they come and tell me I need new front rotors. For a second I thought about it, then asked the service lady "Why do I need new front rotors when last time I was here less then 5k miles ago you said I was in the green status?". To that question she sorta of stammered and said "let me find out what happened." . I sat there running the numbers in my head of what it was going to cost me to replace my rotors. She came back and tells me when they check the brake status they only check the outside pad for wear, So the inside pad completely wore down to the metal and was cutting into my rotors. So there full circle inspection is BS. If you think they are going to take better car of your car because its they dealer, good luck. So now to find a good car repair place, I can't afford mistakes like that. read more

You've heard the quote, "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is". Well, Classic Mazda trumps that quote. From the moment I walked in to the dealership until I shook hands with my salesman, Gordon, it was the BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!! I've purchased or leased over 2 dozen vehicles. I was waiting for some hidden fees, some charge we didn't discuss, or some "mistake" in the financing. I checked and rechecked the numbers in the financing office. NO GAMES. The numbers were exact...to the penny. I figured since it's a no-haggle dealer, they would make up the difference by low-balling me on my trade-in. Their trade-in offer equaled the offer I received...after hour-long negotiations at 3 other dealerships. Along with the excellent no-haggle price and zero pressure, I compared apples-to-apples and ended up saving just over $1400 by driving to Orlando from Vero Beach, instead of buying locally. Believe me, it was worth the drive. I love my new Mazda 3 hatch. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone I know. read more

I found a car online and wanted to purchase. I called the dealership to confirm the vehicle was still available. The representative confirmed the vehicle had not been sold and scheduled an appointment with me for the next day. The next day, before heading to the appointment, I called again two hours before the appointment to make sure it was there and I would be able to test drive the car. They confirmed it was and that I had an appointment. On my way to the appointment I get a call from the Sales Manager Chito asking if I was coming to see the car. I replied I am on my way and I am 5-10 minutes out. He said okay a salesrep will be ready to help you when you get here. I get there and the car is being test drove by another customer and the customer bought the car. Needless to say they tried putting me in another vehicle but the trust was lost. Considering they received pretty good reviews, I expected a higher level of customer service.Very disappointing!! read more
