Ive gone here at least five times for pedicures and a couple of times for manicures. I decided I wanted dip nails done. The guy did a good job the first time, I, got the same guy three weeks later. He started taking my dip nail polish off by placing an artificial nail underneath and prying them off. I was shocked and in pain. Never had this done before. I asked him why he was doing it that way he said because half of it was already up. Doesn't matter. Should never be taken off like that. read more

First time visit. This is a cattle call nail salon. Get them in, get them out! This is not a pamper salon. Don't go without an appointment. I had an appointment and still sat in the spa chair until the water got cold. Technician never told me her name. Found out only because a client called her by name - Victoria. She cut two of my cuticles. Massage for both mani and pedi was extremely short with no pressure at all. She could have asked how much pressure I wanted. Was told after the pedi that I had to move from the spa chair to her station. When I questioned her, she replied that no one has ever asked for that. Really? FYI: No neck massage services offered. Positives: The salon is clean - they have a porter that is constantly cleaning. Offered water. Victoria did a nice job with the polish on my toes. I don't get polish on my nails but she did apply the nail strengthener polish I brought. I won't be returning. read more

Don't get April for a VIP pedicure. I specifically requested when i made my appointment a person that does a good massage (legs & feet were definitely stated in my request) since the pedicure involves the feet & legs. I think she spent like a total of 5 minutes on my legs. Nothing on my feet & no pressure was applied to my muscles what so ever! I workout & my legs and feet love the pressure. My 2 old grandson could do better. When I asked April if she was done because she handed me my ticket with the price she said yes. I asked her about my feet & she said she was done. I have gotten plenty of pedicures at Classic Nails to know that this one was a total rip off! Previously I had BeBe and she was AWESOME. She massaged my legs & feet with pressure being applied. Rubbed my heals & ankles, pulled on my legs & feet. You get the point, this pedicure sucked & I left feeling that I was ripped off. I spoke with the manager about it as I was paying & she basically just said ok... I'll talk to April. The reason I didn't request BeBe if you are reading this review & wondering it's because she was on vacation. My SIX yr old could've done a better paint job! Love the location and decor but there's a reason Pedicures are 20% off. Very few customers there but their nail techs are in a hurry. John liters picks up your feet and slams them down, extremely rough. The owner or manager didn't have enough staff on hand to do my basic manicure so she did it herself. Talk about RUSHED! I arrived to my wax appointment early. The front desk lady took me back meanwhile someone else was getting waxed . I patiently waited (12 minutes) standing there awkwardly for my turn. When it was finally my turn the wax lady said "just eyebrows" I replied to her "yes ma'am just a cleanup on the brows today" to which she replied "I think you need more then brow you have so much hair like a man!" I was desperately in search of somebody who could do my eyebrow wax and do them well so debated on saying something I laid there and thought to myself this is definitely not okay !!! Some women have hormone imbalances and hair is completely natural! I got up and left without letting her begin on my wax. The lady still had the courage to laugh as I was walking out. People should be mindful and polite especially if we chose your service or we will take our business elsewhere as I did. read more

I asked to get my acrylic nails removed. I called ahead to make sure it was okay to come into the spa just to ask for an acrylic removal, no fill or manicure or anything, and the woman on the phone said it was totally fine. When I got there, the nail tech was very hostile and barely acknowledged me. Then the nail tech proceeded to pop the acrylics off of my nails without soaking them first, ripping off many layers of my natural nail underneath. He just used the corner of a fake plastic nail to dig underneath my acrylics and rip them off. It was so painful. I thought he was going to somehow fix it or something but he just ripped off my acrylics, clipped my fingernails, and told me to wash my hands. All the staff I dealt with were so rude and my natural nails were destroyed. I could have done a better job removing them at home. read more

I've been getting SNS dip nails for years. We just moved to the area so I tried this salon. First time was ok, this last time however was not a great experience. Went this past Sunday. Tech was late, then had attitude, was not helpful in choosing color that would have an easy gel pedicure match. Afterwards my nails look like they have scratches in the polish. We are traveling and I already have cracks in the polish. I never had these issues in all the years I've been getting dip manicures. Seemed the owner was in house on Sunday, don't know if he had words for his staff but no one seemed happy. Even the receptionist had her usual unhelpful attitude! The poor lady next to me made one simple request and the tech was rude to her. We all have bad days at work but don't take it out on your customers! Bad business! read more

I just paid $55 with tip to come home and re paint my toes. The guy I had applied the polish on so thick that it still had not dried in 3 hours. It was so globed on that I could scrap it off. They also don't soak off the gel like they are supposed to, they drill it off making your nails even thinner and more damaged. I've tried dip nails here and they turned out thick and uneven. Also, they drill down your natural nail to thin non-existent for dip nails too. Overall, quick rushed service. Cheap. Damages your nails! Takes MONTHS to recover! read more

Pretty upset right now. I've been going to this shop for about a year now. Paid $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure and I specifically asked the woman doing my nails to put one more coat over it so the jewels wouldn't come off. She insisted they wouldn't come off but I could tell she's never done them before because they didn't turn out that good. The jewels literally came off an hour later. I am leaving on a trip right now and my nails looks so bad. I'm so sad. These are supposed to be my engagement nails. I even told her that. I'm so disappointed in the service and lack of listening. I use to be a normal customer here, after returning after a few months I went in for pedicures with my friend. After being told by the manager Kim that one of them would be free, She then charged full price for both bringing my total to $70, I gave her $60 in cash and did the other $20 in card. Instead she pocketed the money and charged $51.00 to my card. I called expecting to get an easy refund and instead was yelled at by Kim, the owner. She called me spoiled and yelled at me over the phone telling me I spend too much money what does $60 do to me. Along with threatening me that I could come count the drawer. I've been going here a few times, my nails always break. I come in to get them fixed after two or three days of having them on and they make me pay for the broken nails, they do not fix them for free. It's frustrating because when I go Tuyet Royal Nails they always are willing to fix my nails if I have any problems up to a week after. I will not be going here anymore it's super frustrating I paid $75 for my nails the last time and the mail broke off. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault, but Is not willing to fix it for free so I will go to Tuyet Royal Nails from now on. Super disappointing. First and last time at this salon. I walked in for a gel manicure, was quickly sat down which was great and about the only great thing. 1) The station I was sat at did not seem clean at all. There was pink nail polish drips from the previous client everywhere. The towel that was placed at my station still had the pink polish on it from the previous client. The tech saw me staring at it, look at the towel, shrugged and kept working. 2) The electric files and holders are caked in nail dust and have not been cleaned either. 3)The tech was not using gloves or a mask which I understand may not be the standard at this salon so I shrugged it off. BUT THEN the tech started sneezing and coughing on my hands!!!! 4)The tech had asked me to wash my hands, so I grabbed a nail scrubber out of the the clean jar. The bristles were completely frayed and there was rust at the base of it. 5) I could be wrong in this, but I do not believe the lotion he used was supposed to have an exfoliating texture to it. But whatever lotion he put on my arms and hands was extremely gritty. I am praying it was the lotion and not all of the nail dust that is surrounding the station. If the owner is reading this please step up the salons hygiene standards!! Update: the polish that was used did not hold to it's original color. This manicure is less than two weeks old and has changed from a pretty rosewood color to a nude with the original color outlining it. read more

I had an appointment for a dip manicure today and left very disappointed. My nails look thick, uneven, and overall ugly. The dip powder is all over my cuticles, and is overflowing onto my skin which has caused my nails to feel tight and uncomfortable. After a few hours my nails have already begun to chip and look worse than they did right after my appointment. My technician seemed rushed, my appointment was at 10 am and I left at 10:24 am. There was hardly any prep work done nor shaping to my nail after powder was applied. Overall, I am very unhappy and will not be returning. read more

Just got my toes done as I usually do here and it was fantastic. Always happy when I come here. I couldn't say the same for the customer next to me lol. She was complaining about how her pedicure cost $75. Lady got a pedi/gel/acrylics, she did not know how to do math for what she wanted LMAO. Pedicures cost $45, gel that's an extra $20 because that's what I always get here when I get pedicures. Acrylics are $5 for each toe. Smh she caused a whole scene and made my time there uncomfortable. She also has the nerve to come on here to spew false statements. Dropped my teen off to get her acrylics removed and redone as they had grown and already been filled several times/needed a fresh set. To remove, they shoved another nail between her acrylic and real nail. This resulted in her actual nails being ripped off. She didn't realize it was ripping under her real nail but it was (obviously) so painful that she fainted. I had to return to get her and she had 1/2 ripped off nails on one hand and cut acrylics on the other. No apologies at all. I had to push for answers as to how this happened and they finally admitted the procedure they used. They should have soaked them to remove them. Their rush was a horrid result.
