Very untrustworthy company. Their HOA communities are poorly managed. Interaction with PMP has been less than unsatisfactory when it comes to complaint resolutions. I've never seen any enforcement of any kind for unlawful behavior in this community. Currently living in an unsafe situation in one of their HOA communities and have been given little to no support from PMP. Absolutely inexcusable. read more

You should be *very* wary of ever living in a PMP community. I would not live in one again. You need to conduct due diligence if you ever plan to live in one and find out if they are the management. They are an HOA but do not follow their own rules. Also what is the function of an HOA? Preserve property value. What did this HOA allow? The neighbors to put in something that was very much not in line with their own rules. This cost us at least 50K off our homesale. If it were possible to litigate, I would. At the same time, these folk are pedantic about the small things like yard decorations and weeds which all were taken care of in a timely manner. They'll still fine you. So basically: they will annoy you about all the little things and do nothing about the big things. Also, they sneakily ratcheted up the moving out fee +2000 when we left, which is basically just value extraction. You will be held hostage with these people. The individuals we spoke with who were there were kind enough. I think the mid level management is fine. They're just following rules. But the way their processes are setup you the homebuyer are guaranteed to go through a nightmare. Our private group chat about the community is 100% negative. If you are a homebuilder or homebuyer stay away. You will be held hostage by a very bad company that basically has outsized power over your life. If you're living in a community in like Texas, Arizona, etc find out the management company for the HOA. If PMP, do not live there until they leave. read more

We have lived in our beloved community since 2017 and I have seen many changes in and around our area. I found out that she was working with the Pearlstone company. I was very frustrated, until now, by the fact that the Pearlstone staff are still not sorting out the one issue that my husband and I have been complaining about since October 2022. There has been continuous improvement within our Austin community since PMP Management took over at the start of 2020. We now have a working portal where homeowners can make (free) online payments, where board meetings actually take place, and where both gates have working for a solid three months straight!!
