We no longer experience the longevity of a quality made product and to level-set with everyone here, this is an old school spot, and customer service isn't going to look like what you normally experience. But you will eventually get an estimate and your couch reupholstered to its former glory. I met Bill while walking in my old Forest Hills neighborhood and was taken back by the nostalgia of craftsmanship and a trade that we rarely see anymore. He was equal parts charm and charisma.
