I just got my car and desperately needed my windows tinted I'm very careful with who works on my car so I called a few places that were not so nice and not so helpful I came across Lance's number and called not only was he very helpful he was very accommodating. Shopped around for local tint shop through Yelp for my new Audi. Quick response to quote request and follow-up questions were answered promptly. Instead of waiting 10 days for another company, called to make appointment availble in two days. Once there, I asked few more follow up about different products. Jesse was great at explaining and recommending b good fit for my needs. I ended up choosing 3M Crystalline which was installed at close to promised time. I did not stick around to watch them work, but waiting area was clean and well stocked with water and soda next to comfy sofa. After couple days of curing, I found a small mark on the driver side while removing the 3M logos, which I opted to do. (They leave the logos to show the customer that they are using the 3M product and give option to remove them or customers can remove own their own) It was so small that I did not notice it during my intial inspection but once discovered, it was head to miss. I called Jesse who suggested to bring the car in. I did and they found the a small fiber. I scheduled another appointment to replace the tint next day. I thought about taking a star off for the inconveniences, but the way Jesse responded this issue was very professional and timely. No complaint, no questions, just flawless replacement. I liked it. Human error happens and in this case Jesse and everyone at the shop addressed it to my satisfaction. Now that's a great local business I can support!! read more

Got my car tinted last month and I love how it looks! Lance and his team were very busy but managed to get my car done at the time they promised. I deducted 2 stars because the the tint was cut slightly short on the left rear window and I can't help but always look since I'm riding in the back with the kids and during the day you just see light coming thru. Recently, I checked these guys out because of their Yelp rating. I went there at 9 a.m. when they opened. I was asked if I had an appointment I told him "no", and they said no problem. The hardest part was deciding on what tint shades I wanted. They were very helpful in helping me decide. No pressure, and I was not rushed. They took my vehicle in right away. They told me it would take two and a half to three hours to do. I got a call from them just over two hours and they said it was finished. They did a great job I was very happy with the results. First off, I have no idea how a person can drive a car without tinted windows. I feel so exposed when I'm in a car that lacks tint. I like the freedom to stare at people without them noticing. Also, it's much better for the cars interior. :) I brought a car here several years ago (seven, eight?) on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. This is the "go to" place in Orange County if you need a tinting job. Actually, even for LA and IE people as well. Lance is the owner and he still does the tinting, especially for the complex cars. I've had my cars worked done here, as well as my families vehicles (the ones in So Cal). He's been here for years and is a very reputable business so he stands by his work and materials. After reviewing a few quotes from various tint shops I decided to take my new Honda Accord to Classic Window Tinting. They responded quickly to my quote request on Yelp, and provided a detailed list of tint options. I scheduled an appointment, and Jesse helped me go over my options again in their showroom. Jesse was great, and very helpful. He provided honest advice, and was very knowledgeable. Tint is so different from when the last time had a car done almost 9 years ago, so I appreciated how he explained everything. I decided to go with the Suntek CXP 18 based on my budget. I planned on hanging out in the lounge while my car was getting worked on because I didn't have a ride home. Lance the owner was so kind, and offered to give me a ride back to my home in Anaheim Hills! He didn't want me to have to wait around when I could be home doing something else Haha. That is what I call excellent customer service. You don't find that everywhere folks. Lance and I had a great conversation on the way to my house, and really showed how genuine of a person he is. My car was finished in a few hours, and when I picked it up Jesse went over the warranty information. I also got a free glass cleaner and cloth for my windows for checking in on Yelp. The tint job was awesome, and I saw no flaws in the work. They even put a caution tape over your window buttons, so you dont roll down your windows to soon haha. My car looks, and feels so much better!! Im very happy with the work they did that I plan on bringing my wifes car in to have her windows done.
