Late post for me, I took my rx-8 in about a month ago to get tinted. Was my first ever and I was very impressed with the level of work done. Lance and his fellow worker did amazing work and were very friendly they don't just isolate you in the front office and ignore you. You can be involved as much as you'd like. I had a lot of questions and my main concern was making sure my two front windows matched as close as possible to the factory tint my car came with. He not only answered all my questions but even installed two samples on my car so I can make a clear choice. Lance, the owner was also great. As I waited in the waiting room, another guy came in and had a billion questions! Lance spent an hour at least answering all his questions and even took him out back to see his and jesses personal car. After the heat light demo, I choose the ceramic tinting which provides heat reduction. When I opened my car door during the late summer heatwave, the sun's direct rays felt at least 10 degrees hotter than through my new tinted windows. Very glad I upgraded. I also took other reviewers' recommendation and added a clear tinting the windshield to reduce heat. Extremely glad I did. Like others, I also experienced minor star-bursting glare in the rear window around the defrosting strips on the back of my Camry. Was relatively modest. After some extensive yelping I zeroed in on Classic Window Tinting which had good reviews from customers and which was fortunately in close proximity to where I stay. I first went to that place on a late afternoon one Saturday and checked out the place. Jesse was there not to sell to me the most expensive one they had but patiently answered my questions and even asked me who would likely be driving the car and the usual passengers if any. After providing all the info and stating that I'm more after controlling the heat penetrating the interior rather than the darkness which could affect safety at night driving, he came up with his professional opinion, even suggesting ways to save some money. So I made an appointment for the following Saturday. Lance this time attended to me upon my return and was equally friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Everything looks good and I'm extremely satisfied with the work done. As with any tint job, you are not supposed to roll down your windows for 2 days. I am the type of person who rolls down their windows right after personally washing it. Update review: I had gotten a fix it for my front tints and I'm so glad I bought their insurance when I first got the tint as they had removed and replaced the fronts before and after I got the ticket signed off. Will be coming here for my other tints in the future. Give these guys a chance to earn your business and you won't be disappointed with their quality of work and make sure you buy that insurance just incase! Great customer service and excellent work. Lance did his best to accommodate me even though they were very busy on a Saturday. He was going to book me first thing next Saturday since weekends are my only time off. He then asked if I could call him later in the day to check if they could squeeze me in before they closed. I called him later that day and they did exactly that. I recommend calling at least a week in advance for an appointment so you for sure have a spot. They are 3M certified.
