I absolutely loved my experience at Classic Window Tinting. From setting up the initial appointment to driving home my freshly tinted car and everything in between. The owner, Lance, is the type of business owner that everyone with their own business should strive to be like. Setting up my appointment was a breeze as we exchanged messages on here through Yelp. He gave me a breakdown of all their options and pricing online so there were no surprises when I went in. When I arrived for my appointment he greeted me and began assisting me as I was still a little unsure of what tint and shade to go with. He didn't pressure me into buying the most expensive option but he did educate me on every film they have. After I made my choice in film, I still struggled to choose the proper shade of darkness. He asked me more questions about what exactly I want the tint to do to better gauge what shade I should go with. I eventually made my choice and his questions, opinions and advice truly made my choice easier. He told me it would take a couple hours roughly to finish the job and told me to make myself at home. He even gave me suggestions on places nearby to go eat since I was hungry and even offered to give me a ride home while I waited! Who does that?! Mind you I live in Fullerton and the shop is in Orange. I ended up staying in the area and he sent me a text about 70 minutes later that my car was ready. That was fast! Just a little over an hour. When I returned the car looked great and he gave me a little parting gift ( Yelp check-in) window cleaner and towel. We had some more side conversations just about random life things before I was on my way. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here from the owner to the entire staff! Wonderful business you guys are running and great job guys! I will be bringing my wife's car soon for some tinting and I will also be bringing my car back soon to get my windshield done. I was referred by a friend to go to Lance at "Classic Window Tinting". VERY happy I took my friend's advice. I called Lance several times with a million questions before I finally took my vehicle in. He always always answered the phone promptly and was happy to answer all that I had to ask. So I finally came in, he and his staff took care of my vehicle right away. While waiting in the office, he would come in and make sure I was comfortable, offering me anything to drink if desired. The office, is very clean and comfortable. I pictured a tint shop to not be super clean, but I could probably have eaten my lunch off the ground if I wanted to. I was able to do computer work or charge my phone if needed in the office. My vehicle was finished up with the tinting in no time. It looks GREAT!!! I next checked the shops that offered 3M tint. Due to one of the highest yelp rating & just shear number of 5-Star satisfied customers, I decided to check out 'Classic Window Tinting'. I stopped in and was so impressed with how professional & knowledgeable Lance, the owner, was; I asked him when he could tint the windows? He said he could have it done in an hour. The guys at Classic Window Tinting are some of the most professional and genuinely friendly people you will find in the auto industry. Lance (the owner) and Jessie were both very knowledgeable and helpful when it a came time to make the decision on tint quality and shade, and their prices are competitive with all of the major tint shops in the area (I checked). I have a 2012 golf tdi that has a unique curved shape rear window and Jessie did a flawless job with it. I called in around noon for a quote, showed up fifteen minutes later and was out the door by 2pm. I tend to support the little guy because they care about every customer and my experience at Classic Window Tinting exemplified that to a t. They recommended a place for lunch (Carnita Los Reyes) that was four doors down from the shop and I have to say it was the best al pastor burrito that I've had in Orange County. I took our new vehicle in to get tint as a surprise for my husband... I had called ahead and managed to get my car in and tinted in a matter of hours. I wasn't sure exactly what i wanted and Lance patiently explained and showed to me the differences in tint grade and type. They were very professional and did and AWESOME job!!! Lance (not Larry....I made the mistake of calling Lance Larry cuz I'm a moron) did a great job, finished 2 hours early and my car looks great. Took special care on removing the existing film. Had a nice waiting room, clean shop, got to my car when I got there for my appt instead of having to wait extra time. Price was great and theres an El Taco next door for those of you who remember that joint from back in the day when they were everywhere. I was referred to this business by my ex-neighbor. We have had two cars tinted by Lance and we are very pleased with the customer service and install quality. Their prices seem competitive. When I had my truck tinted I wanted a tint strip installed across the top of the windshield but the installer pointed out a possible problem with the factory installed shade screen around the rear view mirror. I agreed that he had a point and declined to have that part of the order done. It seems that they are more interested in customer satisfaction than making a quick buck, and I like that about them.
