I have tried other spas since moving away and not one has left me feeling happy with my service nor the results. I left with my face *GLOWING* and my facial discoloration was gone. Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. Feeling all of the knots and stiffness made me realize how badly I let my self care go. As she was working my back, I could literally feel my body being able to breathe again. I even noticed my posture and body movements afterwards was more fluid and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back for Linda's expertise. Every visit here is money well spent because this establishment never disappoints!

I have confirmed 3 times that even though we are getting different types of massages, we are still doing a couple massage. The lady said yes. We went today and there was no robes or slippers in the lockers. I had to search multiple lockers to find one. My husband said the same thing in his locker. We went to the waiting room and there was NO wine and chocolates that are included with the massage. The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We waited a half hour just to get started bc of the disorganized issues. We will not be returning.

I finally had the chance to treat myself to a visit today, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I especially enjoyed the themed rooms throughout the spa. My favorite was the cold room as it was incredibly refreshing, especially on such a hot California day. The entire experience was relaxing, clean, and just what I needed. I'm already looking forward to coming back, and next time I plan to bring my parents so they can enjoy the experience as well. Thank you, Spa Hue, for such a wonderful visit!

Place is well maintained by staffs- thank you!! Front service rep are super kind. There is a lady who will come in and out to make sure everything is going good and checking up on us. I came here and had a body scrub. It was amazing. It's not only a body scrub, but they also clean my face. My hair and gave me a meaning neck and shoulder massage the therapist. I had was Wendy she. She was super kind and gentle, but also did a great job at scrubbing. All the dead skin off my body. She cleaned my face and washed my hair. Then she squeezed out all the water from my long hair . I love it when she poured warm water over me to rinse off dead skin. Body scrub is a must!!!! Its not painful or uncomfortable. Everything is leave woth a body scrub, I feel refreshed. Once you enter the spa, you must take off your shoes. There is a small locker just for your shoes. And there's a locker for your clothes, bigger locker. No shoes allow, you can wear socks. You can also buy them in the front for $4. I did but didnt use since this place was clean . The front desk handed me four different towels and t.Shirt and shorts. You'll also get a wristband to access your locker. Before you enter the shower room, you must be nude. You can enjoy the hot tub and cold water area. There is also a dry sauna and mist sauna. It's pretty comfortable and well maintained, slightly better than the ones i've been to in koreatown. Once you go to the coed / main area, you must put on your t shirt and shorts. I was hungry, so I went to the restaurant. You must bring your credit card or use your electronic wallet on your phone. You don't use the wristband to pay. Resturant had a lot of options I chose the ramen, because it looked simple and I was surprised it came with side dishes.Thank you. There is also a water fountain inside the restaurant and near the locker area. This is a place you must come and just find out for yourself. Its relaxing . U can come as group or by yourself .

Recently discovered a hidden wellness gem inside Pacific Palms Resort -- Sally Spa, and I have to…read moreshare. It was even featured in Beef on Netflix, so it already comes with that cinematic, aesthetic atmosphere The moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The entire spa is designed with natural elements -- crystal chandeliers, wooden walls, and an impressive collection of over 500-year-old antiques. It doesn't feel like a typical commercial spa at all, more like a quiet, curated sanctuary for the mind. They also have separate lounges for men and women, which makes the whole experience feel more private and refined. The essential oils used are from doTERRA -- clean, natural, and not overpowering. I tried their 90-minute "Fresh Ginger & Mugwort Herbal Massage," and the whole treatment follows a very thoughtful, traditional wellness flow: It starts with freshly ground ginger applied to the body to warm you up from within -- you can literally feel the cold leaving your body Then comes hot stone therapy to raise your body temperature and deeply relax your muscles Finally, warm mugwort herbal compresses are used along pressure points, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, leaving your body feeling light and rebalanced My therapist Tina had a very gentle and soothing technique -- not overly intense, but incredibly effective. The relaxation actually lasted longer, which is perfect if you've been stressed or not sleeping well. And honestly, the resort itself adds so much to the experience There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, plus private one-on-one yoga sessions -- it truly feels like a full-on retreat. The best part? For a resort-level spa like this, the pricing is actually very reasonable -- great value for what you get. In one sentence: This isn't just a massage -- it's a full mind-and-body reset. If you've been feeling drained or just want to escape LA for a bit, this place is absolutely worth saving

He concentrated on all of my problem areas and I felt happy and relaxed afterwards. The quiet room is clean and comfy and I was given a tasty little fruit cup. Now the bad: The price for a massage is reasonable, but you must pay an additional 39.00 if you want a to use their lockers or robe, take a shower or use the jacuzzi. This was unexpected and confusing. Before arriving, I had called for clarification of this policy and was only told that they would charge 39.00 for use of the jacuzzi. I had no idea that I wouldn't be given a robe or allowed to shower without paying the extra fee. I'm in a spa club and I have never run into this issue before. This confusion may have been due to a language barrier. The shower area has a sign saying that you must run the hot water for 10-15 minutes to obtain hot water (!). I did so and still had to take a cold shower because the water never got hot. The only towels available are very small and very thin. They are not large enough to wrap around your body. The jacuzzi area shows deferred maintenance with broken tile, missing robe hooks and mold/mildew on the ceiling between the jacuzzi and the showers (ick). This is a nice facility, but the policies are confusing and it's sadly lacking in general upkeep. (See pics)

During my first visit (around the COVID period), I was given a promotional card for a large discount if I came back soon. It honestly seemed too good to be true, but I returned a few days later to use it. When I got there, they suddenly said the promotion didn't apply and that I had to pay full price. It was the same employee who gave me the card, and he even called his boss, but the explanation kept changing. In the end, they refused to honor the promotion they gave me. I still went through with the appointment because I already felt awkward leaving. After multiple add-ons and charges, the total came out to over $400 for the facial and services. The services themselves were average at best, and they were extremely pushy about a large tip afterward. The whole experience felt like shady business practices, misleading promotions, pressure to spend more, and pressure to tip big. The spa environment itself was also pretty unappealing and felt more like a warehouse than a relaxing spa. Overall, it left a very bad impression. I'll never return.
