This by far has been a horrible experience both with Mo and the owner. A bunch of crooks. I dropped off the car , they told me one price and then they constantly upped the price on me, and i mean thousands more then they quoted me before. And then again when I went to pick up the car After picking up the car, it wasn't functioning well, and after that experience and unkindness i had with them, i didnt feel safe returning there. I was driving the car on a busy day in Santa Monica and Westwood the car out of no where stopped, and i mean totally stoped, there was plenty of battery on the car (electric car). And it just would not turn on it all. And I mean in the middle of Santa Monica Blvd!!!!! during the busiest time of the day. I was terrified. Thank god the police was around and advised me to get out of the car immediately not to get hit. I ended up having to tow the car to my home since it was in the middle of the weekend and again to the ford service center- they told me that it is because of a mess up with the prior body work shop. I took my car in for repairs through insurance and a month later when I got it back the body on the car wasn't aligned how it should've been had to leave it for another week. They did the adjustment needed for the car but a week later when I took the car home the body work was coming off and on top of that they left paint drip on the body definitely don't recommend. And they don't keep you updated on your vehicle you gotta constantly put pressure for them to get the work done. read more

Got my partners car fixed here after someone did a hit and run on him last summer. Something was wrong with the day light sensor after day 1 of getting it back and they're really nice about turning you away. I would give them 2 stars but till this day I still can't get them to own up to their mistake. They keep telling me to go to the dealership but the light only popped on after they fixed it. They tried to reset the system but it's deff something they did wrong when putting on the bumper. The experience from start to finish for the insurance claim last summer was top notch and their timeliness initially when getting the car fixed was 5 star but now that they got their money from the insurance company, it's like they don't care to look into the issues that occurred and this issue with the day light sensor started the day after it was fixed. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! TLDR; The owner of this shop is a money hungry liar and thief. I brought my car to this repair shop because of the amazing reviews but unfortunately there has been new ownership under Amir who knows absolutely nothing about customer service or professionalism. I had a dent on the front door of my car for YEARS but never made the time to take it into the shop because there's never a good time to not have a car. This August I was hit in the rear back door and decided this would be the perfect time to get the entire car fixed. I received quotes for BOTH the back (covered by insurance) and the front (out of pocket) which was VERY clear from Day 1. After taking a month to get into the shop, I took my car in on November 28th and was told my car would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Every week I called to check in on the status of both the front and back door. I spoke with a man who confirmed both quotes as well. After 2.5 weeks, they told me it was almost ready and I would hear back today or tomorrow (12/12 or 12/13) which is when I returned the rental. Of course I didn't hear back again until I called on December 19th. On Monday December 19th a female answered the phone and assured me that my car would be ready tonight or first thing in the morning (the 20th). Again I confirmed that's amazing! Everything back and front has been completely which she relied "yes" only to call me back 6 minutes later to tell me they only did the back part covered by insurance. HUH?! HOW?! she said she had no record of an estimate for the front door, which wasn't true because I had re-confirmed the estimate the week prior. I forwarded the estimate to them and which AMIR stated "we messed up and over looked the out of pocket piece". At this point they told me it wouldn't be ready until the following week (no specific date given). I expressed my frustration with us now being in week four and no longer having a rental and AMIR said "I want to make this right, I want you to tell people about the good experience here" come here tomorrow morning Tuesday December 20th (since this was the day my car was supposedly supposed to be ready) and he'd get me a rental. I said you know what, let's deduct $30 a day from the estimate instead. He assured me this wouldn't be an issue and that he'd work on it as fast as possible since money was coming out of his pocket. A week later (week 5), I called December 27th and spoke with Amir for the first time in a week despite sending multiple emails and told him I really need the rental now if the car still isn't ready. It's already been a week without a car, and he again assured me no problem I'll rent it and you'll have you car back the following day (12/29). I reiterated to him again that I'll be there first thing in the morning and this was in addition to the $240 deduction which he agreed to for not having a rental for an entire week prior. He laughed and asked why was I having the same conversation when we discussed. Before cursing him out, I decided to say "see you at 8am" and hung up. The following day on the 28th I showed up at 8:50am and to no surprise Amir wasn't there but the front desk employees told me he made a reservation at Enterprise around the corner. Again, to no surprise, the 29th my car was still not ready. Today Friday the 30th, the end of week FIVE nightmare they called me at 3:20pm and told me come before 4pm. Again really professional. I arrive at 3:55 because I don't want to head into the long holiday weekend without a car. Again to no surprise, AMIR DID NOT HONOR THE DISCOUNT WE DISCUSSED MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE PHONE. The team refused to give me my car keys without paying the price. They then tried to bargain with me for a lesser price which was still $100 higher than what we agreed to! He told me he didn't HAVE to pay for my rental or give any discount (which I understand) BUT he also did NOT HAVE to make broken promises. I would've picked my car up TWO weeks ago then deal with him another two weeks. What about the inconvenience I went through? What about the inconvenience that I put my friends and family through for a week without any vehicle due to their team negligence? As a business owner myself, I am completely appalled and anyone who does business here make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing because that is exactly what Amir said when refusing to honor his promise. There are a ton of auto body shops in LA, please save yourself a headache. read more

A chick driving her husband's ENORMOUS pickup truck, a beast she clearly couldn't handle, backed into my parked car :-( And the second time to have side view mirror glass replaced. That makes the fifth time (between two cars) I've clipped trash cans left too far from the curb -- curse you LA trash collectors! On both occasions...
