I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Anthony, my service advisor, and the team at Harry's for the extensive repairs they performed on my prized 2019 BMW wagon. They've been around for more than fifty years for a reason! After my parked car had been hit by a rideshare service driver, I feared the worst, but a friend shared with me his experience at Harry's for body work he'd had done, so I decided to use them. Once I hammered things out with the insurance company, I headed over to Harry's. From the moment I pulled up in front of the business, and the parking attendant guided me into the driveway, to the front-office team's warm welcome (Karina), to Anthony's, calm and efficient explanations as to how the process would be handled, I knew I was in great hands. Suffice it to say, the whole process went exactly as he said it would. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster, as needed, and he provided me with weekly updates throughout the entire process. The car turned out to be ready sooner than he expected it to be. I went and picked it up and the freshly washed car was there waiting for me and I couldn't have been happier! They were in a central/ not too far location from my home. So I called them, my car was picked up within an hour, and things started moving. Had a fantastic experience with Harry's Collision who repaired my Tesla after a driver in a giant SUV rear ended me while I was waiting at a red light and did over $9300 in damages. The other driver was declared at fault immediately but that doesn't mean their insurance company made anything easy. They tried to lowball the repairs, but Anthony, the gentleman I dealt with at Harry's wouldn't let that happen and provided a thorough report of the damages that the insurance company couldn't dispute. Anthony was also very friendly and communicative with me throughout the process and I truly felt he and Harry's had my back the entire time against an insurance company that most definitely did not.
