( apologies if I got the name incorrectly), and he was very friendly, professional and informative of how long the process will take and when he would communicate with me that my vehicle was completed. It took a little over the 2 weeks we anticipated d/t delay in some car parts but that's no issue. I ginally got my car today and it looks brand new! They were always completely transparent and honest and walked me through every step of their communication with the insurance company. They were always quick to respond. The communication is truly top notch. They were absurdly low-balled by my insurance company and they agreed to the lower fees just so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. However, I took my car "that I've always taken to the dealer for an oil change" here. And the next day it was leaking oil everywhere. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town to bring it right away, and had to bring it back to the shop about 2 weeks later . (Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . THANK YOU LA TIRES AND AUTO BODY SHOP !!! :) I've spent $120 total for oil, filter, labor, a "gasket" and now I have a car with a bigger problem and NO OIL . DO NOT GO HERE !

I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Paid by cash because there's a small fee for credit card. 100% recommend this spot - friendly and service was quick. I was in and out fasttt!

I cannot recommend Harry's enough! I was sideswiped in my parking lot and had trouble finding a shop that would take a look at my car (due to covid). My dealership recommended a collision center that would not even look at my car for a month, but Harry's was quick to take a look and assist with sorting out the insurance. As a woman, dealing with any kind of car trouble is a huge hassle and headache, but Daniel at Harry's was an absolute dream to work with! He made sure everything was covered by the person who hit me, including the rental, which they originally did not want to cover. He kept me in the loop on everything - reassuring me of what would come next, sending me progress photos of my car in the shop, and calming me down on many occasions (lol). I've referred all of my friends to Harry's and can only say the highest praises about Daniel. It's hard to find exceptional customer service these days, and he is the poster child for great service. After my friend went to see Daniel for help, she said, "I know what you mean now. He's the best." Thanks for making everything so smooth and for going out of your way to help me. On top of that, my car looks brand new again! They even cleaned the interior and exterior of the vehicle, including waxing. Zero Stars. I find it remarkable that people have had good experiences with Harry's. like many others, my insurer suggested that I bring my car to Harry's to have a door replaced. The following thing happened: When they delivered the car, the door did not close properly. Which was corrected on the spot. The interior of the car was covered in sanding dust or some other yellow powder that they threw in as a bonus. My IPod was removed for safekeeping. However, not returned until I drove back and created a stink. On the ride home I noticed that my once quite new Audi now suffered from spectacular wind noise on the freeway. I get home and notice that the door is not on straight by about a centimeter. I would assume that someone would be in charge of quality control and notice some of this before returning the car. I took the car back and had all of this resolved. But the attitude of everyone there was like, " Yeah, we do crappy work and expect the some of the customers bring the work back. It doesn't matter because for some unknown reason insurance companies still recommend us." This place has no integrity and if there is a craftsman among the staff his work is well hidden. read more

I recently interviewed for a receptionist position at the establishment owned by Mr. Harry. However, I found the interview experience to be quite uncomfortable due to the nature of the questions posed. Mr. Harry inquired about personal details that were unrelated to the job. Despite my substantial background in the automotive industry and customer service, he asked me where I resided in specific terms. His questions included inquiries such as whether I lived in a studio and the amount of my rent. When I responded vaguely, indicating that it was a considerable sum, he provided rental price ranges, to which I replied that it was not within those figures. He also asked about the number of floors in my building and, more concerning, what my unit number was, and proceeded to write down this information. None of these inquiries were relevant to the role for which I was being considered, and I felt that they were inappropriate and invasive. I believe this experience was a significant misuse of my time, particularly given my extensive qualifications relevant to the position. My Toyota RAV4 (which I had purchased new in July 2021) was rear ended in December of 2021. The entire back of the car was damaged. I took the car to Harry's (where I have had work done before). Daniel Porter handled the claim like an expert (which he is). The amount of damage was determined, and the Parts needed to fully repair my vehicle were ordered. Unfortunately, the shipping system is not at it's best these days, so it took an extroardinary amount of time to get the parts to repair the damage. After this down time for me with my missing car was brought to an end by the arrival of all the replacement parts - the expert crew at Harry's went to work to bring my vehicle back to the condition it was in when I bought it. It was, in fact, looking better than it did new. Everything was brought back to working condition, and I was delighted to go down to Harry's and pick up my restored RAV4. Daniel and his crew did the best job that could be done, and I drove off in a better than new Toyota. I found Harry's through Geico as they are one of the shops that have a Geico adjuster and enterprise Rentacar on site. According to their telephone hold message they are an official repair shop for Aston-Martin and many other high-end automobile manufacturers. They even have a nice text-based service that updates you on the status of your repair. All this sounds wonderful in theory. Unfortunately my experience soured due to the crude level of customer service provided by the front office staff, the extremely poor communication with regards to the timeline of repairs, and the numerous delays in completing the repairs. The text-based updates were pointless as they were totally inaccurate, and even phone calls from the rude front office staff were pointless as they are clueless. Long story short, the initial estimate was for 5 days. It took over 24 days to complete the work, and trust me you don't want to deal with the incompetence of their customer service should repairs go long. read more

I had my white Honda Insight hit on the side and the front left was badly broken and left headlight brushed by the other car. I took my car to Harry's auto and from entering the shop to the office , meeting with the collision specialist David Gasparyan, was a very pleasant experience to know they were going to fix my car, they worked with my insurance company. David's car repairs knowledge and his skills to work with people is just perfect combination to give customers a very happy experience He did keep me informed with the repair progress And when i got my car back... omg.. it was no evidence of the accident!!! It looked like a brand new car!! Even the paint on the side was impeccably matching the pearly white!!!! I brought my car to this shop based on a friend's recommendation and referal. As soon as I researched and visited the shop I knew this place is clearly on a different level. It is obvious from the moment you pull in and even more blatantly obvious from just taking a walk around. I have been to many different body shops over the last fifteen years (I have a big family with a lot of bad drivers needing lots of body work) and can definitively say this one is the most organized and impressive shop I've seen. I brought my VW in for major body work. There is no bigger advocate for customer rights than me. They took the time to answer all my questions and made it a point to put forth their best efforts in addressing my concerns. Most importantly though, the work on my car was flawless! My neighbor backed into my Porsche S boxer and destroyed the back bumper. I called my friend Vic. He was great in reassuring me that they would help me take care of everything. I came in the next day, they were able to take the car, assign me to the right associate who handles state farm insurance claim since that's insurance of my neighbor. Incase the neighbor decided to have his insurance pay for it or pay for himself. Daniel was out rep. He was calm, clear in his communications on each step of the process. They arranged to have their driver drop me off at home. They also were so kind to arrange for a driver to pick me up once the car was fixed. Harry's staff washed and waxed the car. OMG! Who is this new manager that Athena mentioned is "putting out fires left & right" @ Pico & La Brea? I am completely shocked w/ how Harry's Auto C.C. has performed a 180º spin on how customers are spoken to and going to be treated moving forward. I received 3 phone calls from Edwin, the new manager, who listened to my complaint, told me how he'll need to investigate by pulling up my archived file from 2012, and called me back fast 10-15 minutes later with the best resolution possible! My name is Fox! I was super impressed with Harry's customer service skills!! I had an incredible experience at this place Harry's AUTO COLLISION CENTER. As soon as I walked in the door they asked me how I was doing and how can they help me. I explained them my problem with my vehicle which is a 2007 Toyota Prius to be honest I was embarrassed to drive it in there because it was very dirty giving that I work in construction. There was so many expensive vehicles in the front of the place. They gave me the same service and respect as the man that I saw bringing in a Rolls-Royce that cost $375,000 In the end I was super happy because my vehicle was ready within the timeline they gave me. Looking for an Auto Collision center to do repairs on my beautiful XT5 Cadillac SUV. I was referred to Harry's by my insurance co. I made the call to set up an appointment, I spoke to Daniel Porter and he's such a champion, he was straight forward with me he said parts are on back order he'll preorder the parts. Went in to get an estimate on my car, but not sure if it was because he knew that i probably wouldn't get my car fixed there, or if he was just lazy, but the guy apparantly didn't even bother to look at the damages dealt to the inside of my car. I took my car to another repair shop and the first thing they did was open the door and found a pretty crucial damage to my car that the people at Harry's so blatantly overlooked. I went back and told them about the damage to the inside of my car and got an additional 500$ added to my estimate. Only went here because my auto insurance company told me to go here, but i would definitely reccomend getting it checked by other places afterwards. read more

These guys took excellent care of me from start to finish. Seriously, they handle everything..... The cleanest body shop I ever seen, not that I frequent them, but I felt like I was a auto Dealership Nice and clean with a rental car company inside of the body shop. Due to no fault of my own, another driver hit my rear fender, and I had to bring my BMW to Harry's Auto Collision for yet another repair. As with my last time at Harry's, Daniel Porter was my estimator. He is fabulous to work with. The frame was also damaged, and there was also a leak, bringing the total to about $13,000 in damages. It took about two months to receive our car back but it was worth the wait. Our rim was aftermarket, and Tommy and EuroSpec went above and beyond to find it. It was definitely a challenging find since it is no longer manufactured, and we are really grateful for the attention to detail. My husband really loves his rims, and we would have had to consider changing all of them if they could not find a match. We're so thankful that everything worked out and they were able to secure a replacement. Our car was also spotless and detailed meticulously - to the point where we didn't even recognize it at first. We hope that we won't need their services again, but we're truly grateful for all the hard work and we can't recommend this place enough!

They changed and painted right rear bumper without my permission that had minor scratch previously and not even related to current incident! What a nightmare! A day job took them over a month and 4 days with bunch of unnecessary repairs it's just simply unnecessary! Add to that car camera completely disconnected and destroyed beyond repair! No receipt of that repairs have been given! How is that even legal and how they stay in business? Definitely reporting them to Bureau of Automotive Repairs for Fraudulent Business Practices! They deposited 6k check without my approval or my signature! I never agreed on that repairs being done! Stay far away!
