I have infinity and they were taking forever to take action to fix my car and I found out they worked with infinity so I called them and they tried to help me by getting in contact with my adjuster and I was able to bring it in Quick. I wanted the best auto body shop and this was the best reviewed so I decided to bring it here! They didn't disappoint. It took 3 weeks total which was a lot but it's good they took their time, it wasn't too long. I got it today and it looks like new. And they offer paint Warranty for a couple of years! This was one of the most responsive car body shop experiences I ever had. My car's one of the trunk springs snapped off. The boss of the shop was very quick in figuring out if it was a quick fix or could take time, with just the details of my car model. He assigned one of his best crew, Miguel, to fix this. And this gentlemen was so patient with the fix because, beleive me, I saw in person what a challenge it was to reach out to the remote corner of the trunk to even figure out the fix. My car was stolen and needed repairs after it was recovered. As I didn't have my own repair shop having recently moved to LA, my insurance 21st Century did a location search for approved shops in my area and recommended Classics Auto Body. The owner Michael is super cool and is the person who received and checked my car in order to come up with an estimate of repairs. Paola is the office manager who handled all the insurance payment stuff and was always very lovely to deal with. Miguel was the main guy in charge of my repair and communicating directly with my insurance adjuster. I really felt taken care of by everyone as they did their best to address all my concerns. There were some additional damages that weren't found until later and Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly documented so it could be covered by my insurance. They were transparent with me throughout the entire process and did a fantastic job with all the repairs! Now that I know the quality of work and people at Classics I plan to use them again if ever I need, with or without insurance. I'm lucky to have them as my neighborhood autobody shop! Due to covid there were delays with my insurance and the repairs ended up taking a longer time than anticipated, but thankfully I was working from home at the time so was able to survive without my car. CROOKED MECHANIC! I got hit by a Farmers policy holder, they accepted responsibility and the insurance sent me here to get an estimate for repairs. I had taken it to my own honest mechanic first to properly check the damage. He lifted it up on a press etc. This guy at Classics - Michael Krem - visually inspected the damage for 2 minutes and wrote up a low ball estimate for the insurance company that was half the price of what it REALLY costs to fix the car. My experience with Classics Auto Body and with Michael Krem, the owner, has been a nightmare. I brought my car in after it was hit from behind. At that point in time, my radio was working. After picking up my "fixed" car, I noticed that my radio was no longer functioning properly - there was no sound and the screen was dead, which was odd because when I brought my car in, it was just fine. I called Classics; they said they would have someone come out to my office to take a look at it. The person they put me in touch with didn't show up for three scheduled visits - they left me hanging. After voicing my frustration, Classics said they would take my car back into the shop to fix the radio - I was relieved. They said they would set me up with a rental for the inconvenience, and Michael even called Enterprise himself and said he would cover the cost of my rental. After not hearing from Classics for about a week, I followed up a few times. They then shockingly said they couldn't do anything to fix my radio and were also no longer going to pay for my rental car because they were under the assumption that State Farm would pay. The issue here is that they had given Enterprise and me their word verbally that they - Classics - would cover the cost of the rental car, and then they went back on their word. If I had known there was a chance that I would have to pay, I would never have brought my car back. I was left with a large bill and no radio. Even worse than the financial situation was the poor treatment I received from Michael and his team. There were times when Michael was screaming at my mom and I on the phone - he is completely unprofessional. The whole situation was extremely stressful and my mom, who is now nearing 60 years old, was left in near tears over the whole ordeal. It got even worse. I now have a $350+ bill that I have to pay. My radio is broken. And Classics said a new radio would cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars to replace. We feel manipulated and mistreated - completely taken advantage of. This company is not accommodating. My biggest takeaway is not to trust this body shop. Don't bring your car here for fear you will end up in a situation like mine. read more

My car was parked on a street in Beverly Hills. The damage was estimated at a very low $2,824.73. I experienced similar damages to the same area of the same vehicle one year ago- this is how I know the dollar amount equates to "very low damages." Besides Michael Kremm told me the damage was very small. I had to call several times to get a day to pick up my car. I was told twice, "it will be ready in 2-3 days..." each time it was not ready for pickup when I called on the third day. I finally received the call that my car was ready to pickup. YAY! I get my car back and get to be rid of this hideous underperforming rental car! Now, Classics had my car for 13 business days at this point. I traveled 30 minutes drive to get my car, it looked like hell! The bumper was two different shades of black, the rim was still scratched to heck, the same two-toned bumper had large scratches on it, and another part of the car had white stuff all over it! I was livid! I finally received my car two business days later. It was filthy! They did not wash it. I had to have it cleaned- $25 Thank you Classics. As the night drew near, I noticed my windows were fogging up, but this is LA. It wasn't fog, it was PAINT SPRAYS! I had to take the car back to Classics and they finally got it right the third time by removing the paint sprays from my windows... Did I mention the woman at the front desk has a very rude demeaner? If you want to wait weeks for your vehicle for a below par performance go to Classics! read more

So a bit of background, I've had two occasions to work with Classics and in both cases the work and professionalism were top notch. A little background first. I grew up playing in the debris of an auto body shop. My father owned one when we came to America and I learned how to change the brakes on the family Aerostar before I even had a drivers license. By age 18 I would line up all of my friend's cars and change their breaks, oil and filters for the price of pizza and beer. Ah youth! While down in LA I blew a light and before driving home to san francisco I needed to get it the bulb changed. I didn't have any tools, the lights in my Acura RSXs are hidden behind the battery on one side and you have to disconnect and unscrew several components to get at it. My meat hooks just don't fit. I was in the vicinity and stopped and had the guys there change out my light which they did very quickly. Upon looking at my rather dusty light covers, now 8+ years old, the guy who serviced my car went to the back, came back with a bottle and began to buff out my light covers! He said it was a rubbing compound and he managed to shave about 7 years off the age of lights, now looking brand spanking new! Unexpected perk and service! On a second occasion my parents came down to LA for a family gathering and got into an accident about 10 minutes from their destination. Doesn't it always happen like that? Long story short, we took the car to Classics and within the promised 10 days they not only fixed the axle which was bent, the alignment which was shot, the wheel which was completely tweaked, the fender, which was mulched but repainted it and had it looking better than before. Last night my front bumper popped off of my car due to a bad valet-parking job and I drove to Classics at 10AM this morning. My car was finished within 30 minutes. The owner himself even washed Bird Poop off of the hood of my car because he told me it would damage the paint. I don't know of any other business where this would have happened. This is just one example of the fantastic services that Classics Auto Body has done for my family and our vehicles. Every time, they have done outstanding work at a fair price. I am especially grateful for Miguel, who handles all of my mishaps with kindness. I had a good experience with Classic's Auto Body. My window was broken into and my door frame was damaged. I was referred to Classic's by my Farmer's insurance agent - Gary Gerber. The first person I met at the shop was the owner - Michael. He was very nice and understanding. He told me that he would deal with my insurance company and get the car repaired right away. Unfortunately, Farmer's would not approve him to take apart or start work on the car until an adjuster came out to look at it, which took five days. Once the adjuster got there and approved the fix, the car was ready in a day and a half (there was a slight delay in getting one of the parts). Classic's even detailed my car and buffed out some ugly scratches! Above and beyond! To add icing to the cake, on the day that I picked up my car, Farmer's told me that they were reneging on their agreement to pay for my rental car because my repairs were below my deductible. I was livid because Farmer's told me to rent a car and that I would be covered for it. I wouldn't have rented a car if I had known I could potentially be on the hook for it! Michael, who saw that I was frustrated with the situation, spoke to my insurance company and agreed to take care of half of the cost of the rental car (my insurance agent agreed to cover the other half). A few weeks ago, our car was sideswiped while parked. The rear bumper and rear quarter panel were dented and scraped on one side. Thankfully the other driver left a note. Their insurance company sent out an adjuster, provided an estimate, and recommended Classics Auto Body to get the damage fixed. From the moment I began dealing with the people at Classics, I had nothing but wonderful service. I handed off the car; they informed me about how to get a rental. Sometime after the car was dropped off they noticed additional damage. They contacted the other driver's insurance company who sent them the difference; all without any input from me (great!). They called me to let me know it might take a little longer to complete. A few days later when the car was ready, they called again and I went to pick it up. The car looks super. The spot where it had been hit is like new now. Although I didn't necessarily think the car needed a wash, they gave me a free voucher to have one done. I got a new car and wanted to make a few changes on the exterior and interior (didn't want to take the chance of doing it myself and mess something up). A company I called suggested an auto body shop to do the work. Found Classics Auto Body on yelp and Miguel answered the phone. Went to this place after an minor accident (front/side bumper), and for a replacement of right side mirror. They offered me two choices on how i should want my bumper to be fixed, and informed me very specific about each choice. However i ended up doing what they recommended, and i'm VERY SATISFIED about the result! My car is like new again! Also, they took care of all the paperworks (rental car and insurance), so there werent that much things for me to do.
