I've been going here for facials for almost a year now. It's beyond amazing. I've had the best experiences from both Amy and Valerie. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding what my particular skin type needs and suggest (without pushing) products that are absolutely perfect for me! Amy is beyond adorable and so sweet and really took time to answer all of my questions and educate me regarding how to properly take care of my very dry skin. Valerie is also so very personable, lovely, and knowledgeable. She likes to focus on massage (including scalp) along with her facials, which is absolutely delightful. At my last appointment she actually spent extra time with me beyond my allotted appointment time. This place is so comfortable, relaxing, and not at all pretentious. I feel fortunate to have such a wonderful little boutique spa in my neighborhood. My next visit will be for a deep tissue massage, I think. Love!!! read more

I have been getting facials for years, and this was, by far, the best experience I've ever had. Upon arrival, you will find the spa intimate and soothing. I was immediately welcomed and checked in. I was booked with Aiua, and I highly recommend you do the same. She personalized my treatment, listened to my needs, and lovingly suggested products that would complement my skin care routine. Beyond the facial, she was gentle, professional, knowledgeable, and calming. Aiua has a lovely energy about her, and I felt comfortable the moment we met. Sharlean is the best, best skin care person I have ever worked with (and I have been to a lot of spas in Seattle). She has a fantastic personality and once you work with her you will never want anyone else to touch your skin again! I always get compliments on my brows (shaped perfectly) and on my skin (regular facials). Sharlean uses Epicurean, Yonka (from Paris) and is incredibly talented with aromatherapy oils. really loved this place and all of the sweet and talented estheticians, but am very sad that i no longer will be coming here because it's truly impossible to get anyone on the phone to reschedule or cancel an appointment. in the past year or so that i've been coming, i've had to reschedule a few appointments and have spent wayyyy too much time leaving messages trying to contact someone to reschedule, repeatedly calling and leaving voicemails, as i don't want to be a jerk-customer and just not show up! but sadly, in the end i've always gone somewhere else because nobody responds. a big time suck for customers and the reality is there are plenty of other places to go that are easier to schedule with. otherwise, classique is wonderful and they do a great job on with waxes and facials. i always enjoyed my services when i had them and saw great results. read more

Online booking system works well. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. First time getting my back waxed (back story: I'm a nearly 40 year old dude, getting anything waxed is way outside my comfort zone, but I suspect me hanging out at the pool in Vegas unwaxed is way outside everyone else at the pool's comfort zone... Don't be that guy.). I'd heard horror stories from friends and seen the movie (KELLY CLARKSON!!!), so I was admittedly less than comfortable walking in the door. Thanks to Sharlean, my initial apprehension was easily the toughest part of the experience. She's funny, engaging and good at what she does. Her easy banter kept me distracted and she interspersed the less comfortable parts in between parts that didn't even make me blink. I won't pretend there wasn't any discomfort, but a less talented aesthetician could have easily made the experience utterly excruciating. Sharlean seemed to just sense when I was approaching the end of what I could easily tolerate, and she'd focus on a less sensitive area for a bit until I had a chance to recover. The end result was a very fast, but minimally uncomfortable experience. Definitely earned 5/5 and all my future waxing business! read more

I tried this spa for the first time this week for a facial, and absolutely loved it. I had never gone in for a full price facial before (thanks Groupon!) but felt like treating myself to start the year off. I actually found this place via Yelp because it had the highest rating of spas in Queen Anne. I went for the dermalogica deep pore basic cleansing facial with Amy and the results have been really noticeable. Amy was really sweet and knowledgeable. I came away with a lot of new tips and the facial was very relaxing. 5 stars. read more

We have now seen Sammi Thompson half a dozen times. We are in our late 50s and so come with old aches and pains. Neither of us seasoned massage recipients has ever encountered a therapist of Sammi's caliber. She is a deeply intuitive and strong healer. Pains ive had for decades are resolved and there is no bruising after affects the second day out that sometimes happens after other treatments...You will be astounded, or I'll pay for her myself! read more

First time customer. I usually get a massage maybe 3 times a year and I have yet to find a "Go To" spa or place. I may have just found it. From my initial call to inquire to check out, it was excellent. First off the ladies that work there are all super nice and accommodating. Coming from a service industry, I am a stickler for customer service and they were just really nice and pleasant. I had a meeting directly after my appointment and was able to shower prior. That made my feel much better about going into meeting. The massage..I can honestly say the massage was the best I have ever had. Terah was amazing. Perfect pressure and totally in tune with my body and issues. Felt great. highly recommend the Koko scalp massage too. Just an overall comfortable and quaint place. Nothing too fancy and hip enough. I really enjoy coming to this place, the ambiance, staff, the setting really make this place special. I'm now considered to be a regular now since I've been coming once a month to see Sami Thompson who is just a great all around therapist. She has some of the strongest hands that I have ever felt from any therapist, she can work out any kink that your body might have. And it doesn't hurt that her personality is friendly, a down to earth girl that can carry on a conversation, likes to laugh and enjoys her job. I'm just glad my insurance cover my visits because now I have something to look forward to each month. read more

Had a lovely experience getting brows waxed with Amy - they use a wax for sensitive skin that takes a bit longer but is WAY less damaging to your skin. Also gave me face lotion samples for dry skin since I have a hard time finding face products moisturizing enough. Will be back. read more

The products were top-notch and I left feeling relaxed and glowing. Sharlean is a goddess and worked her magic with my European facial. The 90-Minute facial is completely worth every penny. I was so relaxed I actually dozed off a couple times and felt as relaxed as if I had been meditating for hours. I'm very interested in Sharlean's Reiki techniques and look forward to visiting her again. I love that you can book your appointments online and Le Visage even accepts SpaFinder gift certificates. hands down favorite spa in seattle. nichole is amazing, and the spa itself is beautiful. you walk in and are immediately relaxed by the decor, music and scents. the location is perfect, right in a semi-residential neighborhood with plenty of easy parking and a quiet, peaceful area. i prefer microdermabrasion, and nichole does a wonderful job. my skin is always soft and glowy after my visit. i haven't had a chance to try out other services, but i'm sure they are perfect. read more

Nichole made me feel so comfortable and right away I just opened up to her, and I knew she was there to help me, which was my acne that I have struggled with for years. I trusted her right away. She goes above and beyond letting me know that this is my time and providing her full attention! I will never see anyone else for my skin care needs again and always highly recommend her to anyone. I've seen Sarah MacIntyre here around five times and the experience has been excellent each time. I've had a custom facial, waxing and microdermabrasion. Sarah made me feel calm and relaxed during waxing, something I typically hate. The custom facial was excellent and I really appreciated Sarah's expertise in determining the best specific treatments for my particular skin. My favorite definitely is the microdermabrasion. I get multiple compliments on my skin every time I've had the treatment. Highly recommend the spa and highly recommend Sarah in particular! read more

I visited Classique for a full body massage with Terah Bruce over the weekend. The room has lovely high ceilings so it feels spacious even though it's a small space. The temperature was perfectly warm and low lit for coziness. Terah was an intuitive and empathetic massage therapist. She was sensitive to areas in my body that needed more attention (computer shoulders, e.g.). She has a grounding and sweet presence. Highly recommended! read more

Classique is a delight! I've had excellent facials as well as brow tweezing/tinting from Amy - she's wonderfully relaxing and informative - and a great deep tissue massage from Liz. Booking online is usually best, since they don't have a receptionist, but I did call prior to my first facial here to determine what type would be best for my skin.
