My dog however would always have the worst anxiety when we would get to the door. Once he even chewed through his leash as we were waiting to be checked in. I just figured it was because he was an anxious guy. I've taken him to a different place the last two times he's needed a haircut. I am paying a tad more but the way he was calm and seemed almost happy to be there tell ls me there was something going on at Bias. The new groomer said "he clearly doesn't like the blow dryer, so we don't use it on him" I'm told Bias has other methods but I can't verify so I won't mention them. I'm not sure what's happening over there but the way my dog acts at the new place, tells me it isn't good at the old place.

Her tail is totally raw underneath (even before scooting) and she is in pain; acting like a totally different dog...it is absolutely heart breaking. She came home and the next day had kennel cough even though she has been vaccinated. She also has a cut on her leg from this visit and I am extremely upset and disappointed. $89 for this and now probably a $1000 vet visit too. Do better.

While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!
