Haven't done my nails in years. I wanted some cute nails because mine are just horrible. I picked out a design on the web and I showed them exactly what I wanted. The design was cute but a little different than what I expected. The nail tech suggested we use sns gel powder if we wanted to do fake tips. It literally took 3 hours.... She was so attentive to the details so that was good. On the downside, she was grinding my nail bed a little too much... Not sure how healthy that may be so I was nervous when she kept doing it. Also, she was a little on the rough side. The price is a little steep so just FYI All in all, this was a great experience. read more

9/22/2015 Update: I've gave this shop two other chances. They don't really know what coffin/ballerina nails are first off. After my original review I went back two weeks after and they did better but my nails were still full of bumps. Second time I went was this past Sunday, 9/20, the girl who did my nails seemed to be in a hurry. Some nails were filed crooked instead of them being || they were more \\ to one side. Some nails also hang like claws haha also they have bumps and bubbles. In the end another lady finished and I used to work at a nail salon so I picked up a few words/expressions basically showing what I knew. The girl didn't do so good. They did not however tell me. So all in all don't come here unless you don't care about consistency. Also pretty bummed because I wanted it to be my go to salon. I went in on Saturday Morning around 10 AM and they were quite busy. I don't mind waiting at all so no complains here. I ended up getting SNS nails. The girl/woman (Didn't catch her name) was very nice and polite, she actually didn't know it was my first time there until the end. My only issue that I have is that my nails look patchy(which I hadn't noticed until this morning) and have scratches after only a few hours. It seems like the color didn't fully adhere. But overall I think it was alight as far as services go but they were all friendly so I may go back. Leaving a review for my mom: This was her first time getting eyelash extensions and let me just say she has officially been converted. She is constantly raving about how much she loves and prefers them over falsies. She was able to work with Hannah who also let me go into the room with her. My mom and I felt so taken care of when we were there. Hannah took her time and was very patient as well as extremely friendly and helpful. She gave my mom detailed advice on lash maintenance and they still look good after a couple of weeks (as shown in the photos). My mom got so many compliments at the wedding we recently went to. The time has come to adorn this business with another well-deserved star. Since my last review, I have not taken my claws anywhere else. I haven't even gone to back to my "regular salon" (which I feel a little bad for). Nikki and her family have taken amazing care of my sister and I, and even take the time to remember our names. (well okay, we go every 2-3 weeks, but so what? They see a lot of people!) They have hired more nail techs to handle the increased customer volume and are now also wearing official matching business attire. They're movin' on up with class, and I'm so excited for them! My obsession with gel nails has evolved into an obsession with SNS nails. The colors, the variety, the skill... I'm addicted to it all! My only complaint is that my nails grow out too fast, so I have to keep coming back to feel like less of a monster for having two-toned nails by the end of two weeks. :X I got a little holiday gift during checkout the other day: my own bottle of massage lotion :) These ladies are my favorite. I had some time to kill so I saw this salon on the way home. When I walked in, I was greeted. The salon is clean and had a cute modern vibe. The place had only one customer. As I was sitting down the lady (older short) immediately was trying up-sale additional services. i kindly said no. After at least 4 more times, I was already irritated. She worked on my pedicure and was pretty rough - yanking the towel and and pushing my feet back into the bath water., which was cold, Low water and low pressure. The nail guy (Wife's name tattooed on arm) was nice, pleasant and helpful. The pedi lady started talking about my toes and that I was cheap. Didn't want to pay extra for services I had already said no to. She then began racial profiling the customer next to me. And went on and on about the people who worked there. Does her not stink? Negative and comments about customer or coworkers are unprofessional. The nail guy didn't not chime in. He just listened. At the end of my mani - I told him I understood every word she said. Manger was busy doing lashes so they will get this review here. Overall, the mani was good but pedi was blah.. I've had better and have been to many nail salon. I was looking for a place close to my new house to go and get my gel nail polish removed. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. The facility was beautiful and the staff was sooo kind. I have never had an experience so wonderful. They took the time to gently take off my nail polish as well as file, buff and top off my nails with cuticle oil. All for $7... I have never had someone take off my nail polish and then take the time to make my nails look healthy and beautiful. 5 stars all the way! Booked a pedicure for me and my boyfriend. Specifically told them I paid extra for the Delux pedicure for my boyfriend to have a good massage. Both of us had terrible massages. They basically rubbed lotion on and didn't really massage (I paid extra for him to even get the hot stone massage). My toes came out painted very well but overall I was disappointed, the lady also started doing callus treatment on me without my permission and charged me more for something I never wanted (my basic pedicure did not come with this as she added on a charge for it) probably never going to come back read more

This is my third time here. This place is amazing. They have THE BEST selection of gell color (most places have bland/basic colors) and I have not been disappointed yet. The lady who did my fingers was rather unfriendly (not rude but just not nice either) like for example - I was having a hard time choosing between two colors and I asked to see both of them and she replies, "the colors look the same on the board, I don't know why you want to see them" so I said forget it and went with one. I was pleasantly surprised with my choice though. I loved the color. The woman who did my brothers mani/pedi was such a doll. I think she owns the place. So sweet. Anyways. I love how every time I've been here there's only been like max 3-4 other people here which isn't bad. I usually go to polo nails and they're always packed. Really great results and great service! I guess management changed! But they always do the best job, I've brought pictures in of what I want and they have been able to recreate their rendition of it. The only thing that is good/not good is that they don't have the largest selection of colors which means I don't take forever to decide but also Would be nice to have a higher selection. First time to classy nails and I very much enjoyed it! I was made an appt. for a manicure for a friend and a nail extension and SNS #164. Took less than an hour and it was very welcoming. The establishment is very clean and friendly. As for cost a little on the expensive side, $40. Given that most places are charge the same that's ok! I requested Nikki and she was awesome. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because not all nails were perfectly shaped. Very close though! I will be back for future services. UPDATE: I didn't like the length of my nails which was my fault, and I called Nikki to see if she would fix them. She did for free and now I like them even better. I have been coming to Classy Nails for at least 6 months or a little longer. Tonight I went in for a pink & white refill and a pedicure. This is the second time, Nikki's mom has cut me with the nail drill. Nikki's mom is the only person who does pink and white nails at the salon. She is the owner of the salon. As soon as I felt pain, I moved my thumb away from her. She said "sorry" and pour green solution on it. My thumb kept bleeding and she apply a blue towel to absorb the blood. Afterwards, when it came time to pay, my total: $65. Nikki is the one who rung me up. She was present and witness the entire incident. No compensation was offer for my troubles. I did not expect to come out of the nail salon injured once again. Makes me wonder if this is not a regular occurrence. Beware and enter at your own risk. You might walk out with a boo-boo. The people here are nice, but they don't have good time management here. I booked two manicures and one pedicure for me and my sisters on a saturday, and we weren't attended to until 15-30 minutes later. The entire mani / pedi for everyone ended up taking 1.5 hours! Another pet peeve is that the nail bottle colors are not organized by color - they're haphazardly thrown together so it's impossible to find the right color. When I did finally choose a color, the bottle ended up being empty and drive. In the end, I liked my pedicure but my sister said her manicurist hurt her. I probably won't be back. read more

I am in shock. I visited the day before I was to deliver my baby, meaning no special manicures for me for a while, and I'm livid at how my nails look. After multiple visits to get gel manis, all of which were aesthetically pleasing, I received the worst gel "manicure" that I've ever had here today. There was NO bowl of water, NO maintenance of my cuticles at all, NO lotion or oil AT ALL, and my tech (who I'm quite certain is also the owner, Nikki?) was in quite a rush. I felt like a bother to her rather than a paying customer. I'm appalled at the level of poor customer service that I received and I will not return to this shop. But here, they have to have at least over 200 colors to choose from. The first and only time I went last week I got there at 5:30 pm, they made me wait 40 minutes. Nikis mom did my nails and she did a good job but one of my nails broke after a week. I think this is bad.. never have I went to a nail salon and paid $50 plus tip and a week later have a broken nail! At other salons they last me at least 3 weeks and even then they are on real good. This place was able to get my mom and I booked for mani pedis with very little notice! We were the first apt of the day and actually beat the owner to the door. I appreciate that they let me sit in the massage chairs even before they started my pedicure. Plenty of selection for next gen, dip, and regular polish. Update (8/3/15): The manager contacted me after discovering my not-so-great experience and offered a sincere apology. I think that was a notable and humble gesture. Just for that simple act, I will give it another try and hope for the best! I went in for a mani/pedi before my Cancun vacation and was excited due to the high ratings this place receives. However, the girl who did my nails was rude and laughed almost the entire time she was doing my nails. I know what you're thinking -- I'm Asian so I should be able to understand what they're saying -- eh, eh, wrong. So I sat there in confusion and curiosity (and mostly annoyed) wondering what in the world this girl could be laughing about every 5 minutes. It was like she had happy tourettes. Anyway, my nails looked great until I got home and noticed that my index fingernail [visibly] had a piece of hair baked into the top coat. Also, the nails on my big toes were terribly smudged even though almost an hour passed for it to dry (while I was getting a gel manicure) before I left. When I called to report this, the girl who answered the phone (Rachel) was nice and understanding and told me to come back and get it redone. I went back and Nikkie fixed my nails this time, and only because she was so sweet and didn't display any signs of laughing ticks, I still tipped her. Still unsure as to whether or not I will be returning. If I do, please pray for me to have the strength not to slap Sir Laughs-a-Lot upside her head. read more
