I have been going here and finally found a great nail tech. I tried to make a standing appointment but they don't do that, so every time I go, I would make my next 2 appts. On Friday, I showed up early about a half hour as usual. The owner, Adam, asks why am I so early that my nail tech was finishing up 1 person and had another before me. How is that possible when by now it's 15 minutes before my pre-scheduled regular appointment was in 15 minutes. Adam's response was, well it's not 6 yet. Moron, in 15 minutes the tech wouldn't be finished with 1 customer, let alone 2. I told the owner I am a steady good customer and he needs to move the non regular customer to a different tech. He said he couldn't because they're busy. Not my problem. I make my appointments in advance for a reason. Adam said you have 2 choices - either wait or...I didn't even let him finish. I told him he's an asshole that doesn't treat his customers right. I sat for a few minutes and my anger level was rising. There's NFW that I am waiting an hour plus. I went up to my nail tech whom I really like and have become friends with and told them I'm sorry but Adam is an asshole that doesn't care about his customers, doesn't treat people right and only cares about the money that goes in his pocket and not his tech's pockets and said I was leaving and won't be back and apologized because there was nothing they could do. As I walked out, I again told Adam he's an asshole and lost a good customer. If they have my name and number in the computer, how hard would it have been to call me? If I make an appointment, I expect to be taken within at least 15 - 30 minutes. I will never wait longer than that. Otherwise, why make an appointment? Adam may make good money now, but in time, with his shit attitude, this will run it's course and there will be a new owner. If you want to be treated right and have your time valued, DO NOT GO TO CLASSY NAILS! The salon may have had an overhaul, but the attitudes didn't. Not good business at all. read more

WORST NAIL SALON I'VE BEEN TO. Not only was the customer service awful, but the cleanliness of the salon was worse. I watched as one of the technicians took the tools he just used on one client and wipe them off with a towel and placed them in a plastic bag that had a seal to make it seem like they were somehow sanitized and take them to his station for a new client. My technician was everything but professional. He was texting as soon as I sat down and even answered a FaceTime call. He not only disregarded my request for the length but when he asked if I asked if I liked the shape all of them were ridiculously crooked that i took the nail file myself and started filing and he went back to his texting. This place is great! Everyone is very friendly, they have always taken me right away without an appointment. The salon is clean with simple decor, usually playing instrumental music which is very relaxing. They have a great selection of polish - regular and gel. I usually see Andy and he does an excellent job. I always choose about 3 colors plus glitter and show him pictures from Pinterest and he's so gracious and patient. read more

I came here on vacation and a friend recommended that I come to this place. Upon entering, I thought this place was very beautiful, relaxing and clean! (Love that) . I was immediately greeted by a staff member and even though they were busy, they were very courteous to me and I only had to wait for a little bit before I was ready to get my mani/pedi on. Since I was on vacation, I decided to splurge a little and i got the Shellac (no chip) manicure, and the DELUXE PARAFFIN SPA PEDI. Let me just say - O-M-G! this was the best spa treatment I've ever gotten in my life (and trust, I get them a lot) They did this sugar scrub thing on my legs and my skin felt sooo soft after! Not to say they did this cooling / hot towel treatment on me - it was amazing! Also, the mani was freaking beautiful as well! And the cherry on top of all of this is that the price is suppper reasonable! It was so worth it! Its the perfect package! I just wish they were in my area - I wish I can afford to go everyday! I've been going to the same salon for 15 years for my nails and toes so when my boyfriend got me a gift card here for Christmas I was a little nervous!!! He came to yelp to help him make his decision on where to go and found this place to have good reviews. I made an appointment very easily and came in within 20 minutes. The pedicures are super cheap and Kelly did a great Job! I decided to get the extra massage for a few bucks more and boy was it totally worth it. Came to this place with a friend of mine for pedicures to enjoy some girl time on a Saturday morning, and had the worst pedicure/ customer service of my life. The guy with the blonde funky hair started my pedicure about a minute before my girlfriends lady started hers, yet he finished mine while her foot was still soaking. Aside from the fact that it looked like I could have done a better job at home by myself, I sat across from my girlfriend the entire time while she received what seemed to be an actual pedicure that lasted a normal time not 8-10minutes. I then proceeded to ask to speak to the manager. The owner came to talk to us and was extremely arrogant, asked to see my foot, and even after seeing the horrible job his employee did, he kept making excuses as if I should have paid for one of their higher end pedicures they had to offer. I wasn't offered for them to fix the horrible job, or any kind of apology for the horrendous service. The owners actions reflected on why his worker did such a horrible job- because he can get away with it. Biggest disappointment I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. This was my first time at this salon , I love the fact it is so close to my house so I don't need to go far :) upon first impression the salon was very clean and well put together . The receptionist or owner was an extremely nice women who accommodated me right away . The wait was alittle longer than I would have liked , but I was also a walk in and it was packed when I got there . While I waited they put me in a massage chair and started the water w a blue scrub :) a guy with tattoos did my pedicure , I wish I knew his name but he was extremely nice and did an amazing job ... Is it possible to give zero stars?? I having been coming to this salon since 2015. After they lost their best employee- my nail tech Andy- I still gave it a try. It has been terrible. The owner is rude and basically does what he wants to your nails. If you ask for something different he will talk down to you and give you attitude in front of the entire salon. He talks to you like you're dumb. (FYI- I am a Doctor) They up charge for shaping ($10 for coffin on NexGen powder) and soaking off ($5 for going from powder to gel). They rush you to pick a color and get upset if you change your mind. Some techs are nice (Holly) but once you have been disrespected and treated badly it is difficult to enjoy any service offered. Today is definitely my last. And if people read reviews they would find a salon where they value customers and treat them with respect. Why would you ever pay money to feel embarrassed. read more

The Receptionist and the girls that work there are nice, and friendly. I cannot say the same for the gentleman that sits up front that wears glasses, he is very rude and does not know how to speak to people, he needs to learn to treat customers well, as he is not doing us a favor, we pay for a service and do not appreciate being treated with attitude and disrespect. I visited the salon last weekend for a manicure and pedicure for the first time since I just moved into the area. The nail technician that did my nails (I think it's Debi or Debra), was very nice, took her time and did my mani/pedi, it was her first day on the job. However, when I was sitting up front drying my nails, I heard a conversation that (I'll call him "Mr. No Manners") was having with my nail tech. My Powder/NexGen nails were finished off with just regular polish, instead of the product that was supposed to be used to complete my top coat. I had an engagement to go to right after, so I did not make a big deal about it. A couple of days later, two of my nails broke, and they did not have the usual polished/Shinny look. I called the Salon, was asked to go in to have my nails looked at, and right away "Mr. No Manners" stated that I broke them --in a very condescending tone and an attitude. You would think that after finding out that it was my first visit to the Salon, that he would care about keeping a new client. NO. It amazes me that business owners do not care about their new clients or long time clients as well, they feel as if that money is going to be coming in forever, and Customer Service is at a minimum. I was taught from a very young age, to humble myself and not think that I am better than anyone and just as I can be successful and stable, that can change in the blink of an eye. My favorite place to go for the price of pedicures. Cool people. Got a nice massage in the chair and legs with hot towels. They did not have my color so I had to purchase the color I needed. The atmosphere has music playing and t.v. If you want to watch while drying. Now that I bought my color I probably won't be back until next month. read more

I have been coming to this location for about three months I'm following my nail girl I love her work and the last place she took care me for years when I heard she was leaving I didn't care where since I was sure my service would never change. Unfortunately she had a emergency and today is the only day I'm able to come in and I was place with someone else... she did a good job but she was in hurry to pickup her kids and the owner Adam was going to finished the job. He approached me in bad tone because I like so detail on my nail I normally use stickers which I have my own supplies but today I just want the back gel polish with a line on my nails. I spend $35 for my refill and if repair is extra which I have no problem he saw my design which was line on clear nail he told me that's too much work will be charge an extra $15/20 ask why since was just a line on the nail he did not respond to me he spoke in foreign language with the girl and walk away them come back and replied if you want this the way it is or you can leave your nail just like that with base coat. And he walked away speaking the foreigner language again. I left with my nails just with the base coat. He was rude to talk to me that way specially since he is the owner it's sad but after years I will have to find another shop or tech . They don't have a clue if you treat customers with poor customer service and rude they will loose every customer. read more

So a few weeks ago I tried to make an appointment at a salon that I finally found that I liked... the wait was over an hour, they were not taking appointments and the drive for me was at least 45 minutes. I decided to drive to another salon that I had been to before which was ok, but wasn't thrilled with. I walked in and they rudely advised me to make an appointment next time. I walked out knowing that I would never go back. My nails needed love and I have not been dedicated to any one salon as I have found most to be like this last one. On a whim, I looked on yelp and found Classy Nail Spa. I called and made an appointment. They took me in right away and were extremely nice and entertaining. My nails were ok, not the best I've had, but I like them. A few weeks later, after a crazy week, I needed a last minute appointment before heading out of town for a wedding. I called and asked if they could take me at 6:30, they closed at 7:30. I got there on time, but had to get the entire treatment for my event. It was past 7:30 when I was finishing up and a woman walked into the salon and asked if they were closing, they said yes, but then asked her what she needed, she replied that she just needed a manicure, but it was ok she knew they were closing. Two of the techs, still working on manicures both told her to pick out a color and they would be right with her. I'm giving this salon 5 stars because I was so impressed with how helpful they were, at no point did I EVER feel rushed or get the sense they were rushing anyone else. They didn't turn anyone away, several people came in late and they were pretty busy. After the several bad experiences at several salons, it was nice to have one that seemed to put their customers first. So for that alone they get 5 stars. I HATED my experience at this nail salon. Before going, I called to ask the price for acrylics. I was quoted a fairly reasonable price and went in for the manicure. When I got there, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the salon atmosphere. My nail tech (didnt get her name, but she was an older lady) wasn't very friendly and not much of a conversationalist. She did a horrible job with my nails, she tried putting small tips on my middle fingers and thought that would be okay even though it was clear they didnt fit, almost all of my tips were slanted and she burned me with the drill. After all that, she charged me $7 MORE than what I was quoted. It's been a few weeks since the manicure and I've since removed the acrylics.. I have SEVERE indentations on all of my nails from where she drilled near the cuticles, which I've never had on any previous manicure at a GOOD salon. I'm a cosmetologist.. I had to wait over 45 minutes from my appointment time & then felt like they were rushing me out after the mani/pedi because it was past closing time. The mani only lasted a few days before chipping and I wasn't too pleased with the way the tech removed my cuticles. I once loved this place till they started bad business practice. I made an appointment over the phone. She repeated my name, the date and time, twice. When I drove 20 minutes to get there the girl that I requested had left. The next appointment I made I wanted my nails done for my daughters baby shower the next day. I wanted pink finger nails (brought my own polish) with ring finger on each hand white. A pink footprint painted on the two white nails. I showed the girl the picture before I even sat down. She asked me if I wanted the design I was showing her in the picture. I said yes I want the footprint on the white nails. She guided me to pedicure chair. She did the pedicure, then the manicure and when she was done with the 2nd coat on finger nails she tells me she can't do the footprint. If I had known that I wouldn't have wasted $29 at that shop. I would have gone somewhere that would do it. So I was left with 8 pink nails and two plain white ring finger nails. Ridiculous. And they charged me. I had to drive to 2 other shops looking for someone available to do the footprint. Cost me another $10. I do NOT recommend at all. Not honest at all. read more
