Avoid this place if you can! Yesterday I got a pedicure and a dip manicure at this salon. My sister was in town and we wanted to do some shopping so we headed to this salon since it was so close to the shops. We got to the salon at 2:30pm. Our pedicures went smoothly but then our dip manicure started. Before the manicure even started the guy that I transferred immediately stepped on my toe and had to fix it. Then he dipped my nails twice and put on a super sticky top coat. He told me we had to wait for 5 mins to dry and 1 minute later he touched them to check them and my nails were still wet. So he refiled my nails down and reapplied the sticky coat again, waited another minute and then touched them again. This happened three more times. Meanwhile, my sister was further down and just finishing up and she came over and was not thrilled with the imperfection on her nails (bumpy and uneven) and now on day two they are pulling away from her cuticles. Around 5:00 a different guy came over and refiled my nails down again and insisted he could fix my nails. At this point one of my fingers was bleeding. He put the same sticky coat on but insisted that this fast drying polish had to go on top to get it to set. So he did it once and not all of them dried so he redid the 5 "wet nails". After they dried they tried to charge $86 each for the mani pedis. But we complained because it was a bad experience and it was 5:30 and we were late for our dinner plans. So they took $5 off. When we got to the car I noticed that my nails had a weird film on them and they weren't shiny at all. So I went back in and asked for a refund. As they started to take my polish off (the only way they could issue a refund) the second guy I originally had, again, insisted that he could fix my nails. So he redid them again. I got no refund and we left. When we got back to the car we noticed that my nails were still gross looking with some weird film on them and not shiny. So we went back in, now it's 6:30. The lady that did my sister's nails started taking off my polish but insisted she could fix them. She refiled them and put on the sticky top coat but the nasty film appeared again. At this point they were about to close so they put a gel top coat on my nails, reassured me that my manicure would last three weeks and gave me a refund. As soon as I got home the gel clear coat mostly peeled off. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Even when I desperately tried to get my money back, they continued to torture my nails. Do not go here if you can avoid it! read more

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had in the 17 years I've been getting my nails done. I went in with my sister for a regular pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was fine (not great, not bad, just ok). My dip manicure was also fine. I went to the bathroom before I paid and noticed that one of my nails was bumpy/rough/not shiny so I had the technician fix it. After leaving, I noticed another one of nails has a giant bump on it and almost all of them are lifting already (it's only been 48 hours since I got them done). I've been getting dip manis regularly for the last 7 months and have never once had an issue with the polish lifting. My sister had a much worse experience- most of her nails were bumpy and rough and she had to have them redone 5 or 6 times before she decided to leave. On top of that, her technician stepped on her toe nail and had to repaint it. They tried to charge her full price for a manicure that took over 3 hours and had to be redone over and over again. Finally they agreed to take $5 off. At this point, we had been at the salon for 3.5 hours so we paid and left. When we got out to the car she looked closer at her nails and all of them were cloudy, rough and bumpy - and several of her cuticles were bleeding. So we decided to go back in and get a refund for the manicure. They wouldn't give her a refund without removing the dip from her nails, which she happily agreed to. This time, she had a different technician who insisted he could fix the issue. He tried to fix it but again, they turned out the same way; cloudy, rough and bumpy. They tried to fix it AGAIN and it was still bad, but slightly better so we left, again. We ultimately decided to go back in and ask for a refund and ask them to remove the polish. They again insisted they could fix the issue. They tried it once more and again, same results. This time though, we insisted on getting a refund and they finally agreed to it. They offered to just seal the dip with a gel top coat that would "last 3 weeks" since we had spent over 4 hours at the salon and removing the polish would have taken another 30mins. The gel top coat peeled off 2 hours later. My sister went to a different nail salon the next day and had the gel removed. Terrible experience, terrible customer service and they use low quality product. Avoid if you can. read more

Love this place!! First of all, it's gorgeous and soo clean. The front desk help is awesome. Great communication. I've never seen them take "walk-ins" when they don't actually have time for them and don't rush through just to fit more people in. Everyone there is super personable and friendly, they genuinely seem happy to be there. I personally see Tyson and he is amazing, always up for the new pictures I show him and is excited about it! He truly is an artist and cares about his work. I'm so happy I've found this place. They are definitely worth a shot! read more

The place was clean and it seemed worth it to spend $18 on a regular manicure (which to me seems very high). However, I sat down and less than ten minutes later I was paying. Everything was rushed and I didn't get the treatments I was told I was going to get (scrub, etc). I had to ask to have my hangnails trimmed and he proceeded to cut a LOT of skin off my fingers. Overall the manicure isn't great and on top of it the experience was bad. I also didn't see the tools come from a sterilizing container and they weren't individually wrapped as if they came out of one. Overall, pricey and mediocre. read more

My daughter had a manicure a couple weeks ago and had a nice experience (lasted about a week without chipping). The staff members with whom I interacted were very nice and accommodating and the atmosphere was relaxing. I had a pedicure this week, though and the polish was chipping off before the end if the day. Also, for the sake of the staff, the ventilation could be improved. read more

I have never posted a review but I honestly can't believe this establishment currently has an average of 3 stars. I can't say enough about my experience! It was easily the best pedicure I have ever received. Chen was meticulous when cutting my nails and when painting them. In addition, she massaged my legs for at least 15 minutes. I used to go here all the time. I came here today for the first time in months and it was terrible. The woman doing my nails seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. I got a fill with gel and she forgot to add the base coat for the gel and then start wiping them and my polish CAME OFF because she also forgot the top coat. She insisted to keep adding coats of the nail polish and my nails are ridiculously thick. They are all different lengths and shapes. I also got a pedicure and she didn't cut down all my nails and only filed one foot. She didn't finish shaping them and just left them. Not happy. Used to love this place. read more

Worst manicure of my life. I had a technician that was new to the salon which I totally understand there's a learning curve with different products and such. What I can not deal with is a technician who wipes their nose on a paper towel square then uses it throughout the rest of the session to clean tools, wipe the station, and including trying to wipe my hands off with it. In addition to this she used the drill like file to take down my cuticles which burned my fingers and took down a few of my nails to the point of burning my skin as well. Again she was new, so at the end she had misused the product and when I washed my hands my dip manicure bubbled. read more

Awful experience. Which pains me to say because the place is beautiful and it truly seems like they could have a beaming business on their hands. The lady at the front desk and some of the other employees seemed extremely nice but then they handed me off to a woman who wanted nothing to do with me. She was pissed about doing my nails and would not smile, nor even look at me. I tried tipping her well thinking maybe she was just having a bad day and she scoffed at me. I am a regular for nail salons and an extremely patient person and I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life. It was disheartening. read more

Went in Friday for a gel manicure and standard pedicure. I paid $80 total. By Monday, three of my fingernails appeared puffy. By Wednesday, the nail polish has peeled off to reveal dirt or underneath. I am a cancer survivor with an autoimmune disease and as such cannot afford to have my immune health compromised for a manicure. The nail tech was busy checking his phone and sending text messages while doing my nails. His UV light oven continued going off in what seemed like too short a time and instead of him pushing the button to start snd start the UV light process, he required me to do it by putting my hand in and out until it came on again. He did the massage with lotion in between the polish and while placing my hand into the UV light oven. The entire manicure was a horrendous experience and then to come home and have the polish peel off my fingernails with dirt caked underneath. This is unacceptable. Either fix your processes, train your staff, or get out of business. No one deserves to pay $40 for a hack nail job. read more

By far the worse experience I have ever had. I went last Wednesday and had a fill. I wanted to take the acrylic off because it has been on for years but the male technician talked me out of it. He told me my nails were too thick so he really buffed them down. By Friday one of my filled nails fell off in the shower and another broke off. Yes it is clean because it is new. Probably one of the most painful manicures I've had. My nail was also drilled down to almost nothing before even performing the manicure. My technician burned my nail with the drill and then cut my cuticles and finger just above my nails with the drill which then proceeded to sting and bleed as the rest of the manicure was finished. I thought that I would try a new salon to see how they they were, however I will be sticking with the polished nail bar from now on. read more

$90?!!!!!!!! I had an appointment & was not taken until 20 minutes later... I understand things happen, just a little aggravating. My guy came in fresh from his cig break, breathing in my face. he then wrapped all my fingers in acetone to remove my gel polish and sat me in the pedicure chair. He told told me he hadn't eaten and was hungry, and left for about 15 minutes??? ... The pedicure was fine, besides the fact he made it clear he was in a rush the whole time and the foot / leg scrub that felt like sandpaper on a sunburn, meanwhile he's watching my face scrunch up in obvious pain.... I received a complete gel pedicure, and still had my fingers wrapped in acetone. Not only could I not use my phone, magazines or even use the chair controller throughout the whole pedicure.... MY FINGERS WERE BURNING!!! What nail tech soaks fingers in ACETONE for over an hour?!!!! I paid 90 for a mani & pedi... had to run to the car to grab cash for a tip & actually looked at my nails... Peeling skin, and a horrible paint job. Put my keys in the ignition and went home. Paid $90 for something I could have done myself. Wow read more

I have been going here since it opened. The staff is overall pretty friendly and the salon is really well kept but the issue is how some of the nail technicians do my nails. I have a set of acrylics, which they always look very pretty, but I have been told by two different workers that my nails were NOT being cleaned correctly. Underneath my acrylics my nails are turning yellow - aka there is FUNGUS between my nails and acrylic set. I didn't get my set changed the first time (a few months ago) because the lady told me she had cleaned them and they were okay to leave on, before this I had no idea that could happen because I am pretty new to the whole acrylic thing. But I recently went and was told that I have to get my whole set changed because of the "color" aka the fungus and how ground down my nails are. And lately my acrylics have literally just been breaking in half super easily or chipping. Every time I go here I will just go to whoever and I normally don't have the same people it's always someone different. So that means multiple people are not cleaning them. I will definitely not be going back EVER. read more
