I'll be getting my nails redone as soon as I can get home, but that's if I don't get a gel allergic reaction from having my cuticles flooded first.

I had an awesome experience. As a walk in I assumed I would have a long wait but they took me immediately. For the first time ever at a nail salon I had a lengthy consultation about what I was looking for and what products/services they offered. I was educated on the actual process and what to expect. I had a LCN manicure and I love it. My nails are strong and just the right length for me! I thought $50 was a little pricey until I talked to a few friends and found out they were paying much more. (Oh and fill in's are only $35) I will most definitely be going back. read more

I moved to the area and been going to Grand Nails Salon and love it! However they were busy so due to great reviews on Classy Nails I decided to give it a shot. I will not go back to this place again. The man in charge who I believe is the owner told me that he will make sure my spa is clean but it was not it was dirty! The same man made some sexually offensive jokes and thought he was hilarious. My pedicure was rushed and my pedicure polish started chipping on day 5! I've been coming to Matthew and Camie for years. They have been so kind, and quite talented with their profession. I had a absolutely no nails. I was a severe nail biter. Matthew was able to take me from having no nails to having beautiful natural nails. Now I get the gel on my natural nails only. I've love this salon and always look forward to seeing everyone. I absolutely love this salon and their staff. I moved to Wilmington this time last year and have been using them ever since. Their staff is very professional and I love the mood and setting of the salon. I first used Matthew, who is amazing, then I used Camil on one of his days off and love her too. They both do amazing work and are always extremely friendly. In fact, I'm heading there in a few for a fill in. My husband gave me a gift certificate to Classy nails for valentines. I was reluctant to try this salon. So today I went. I was truly impressed. Matthew the manger is all about customer service. Went today for the first time for a gel mani. Kimmy was great, got to know me by name. It cost $25 - cheaper than most gel manis in town. I did not have an appt but was taken right away, no wait. They are open on Sundays 12-5 which is great and unlike most nail places in Wilm. Kimmy did an excellent job on my nails - perfectly done and she paid a lot of attention to tiny details. When the first nail tech didn't understand my request, I offered to simplify it to a solid color. Instead, I was assured that Tran was able to do pink-and-white acrylic ombré and they moved me to his station. My service finally started 15 minutes late. During the appointment, Tran seemed highly distracted, constantly looking around while actively using the e-file on my nails. As he applied the acrylic, it became increasingly obvious he was unfamiliar with the ombré technique. I would have been perfectly fine with a solid color if the salon had just been honest upfront. I sat for the next hour and tried to be patient--I know that I was not successful, but it was a frustrating process. The kind nail tech at the table nearby could tell I was increasingly unhappy. One and a half hours into my appointment she overheard me saying that I had a car appointment because I had not anticipated my nail fill to take well over an hour. She kindly offered to fix it if I came back. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time because I had to pick up my vehicle and immediately leave town. I truly hope this was just an off day for the team, but I am forced to leave with my nails with what can NOT be described as ombré, thick acrylic near the nail base, and overly thinned out nail tips. To make matters worse, one of the nails already broke afternoon I had them done just from running my fingers through my hair. That simply should not happen.
