Beware of this place. DO NOT GIVE SERVICE TO THEM. I recently took my shiz zhu to CLASSY Pet Grooming on 12/14/24, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. my sister did the drop off on a Saturday at 9am (which was a scheduled appointment) and pick up for me at 3pm (when CLASSY PETS called sisters to pick up the dog) When I picked up my dog from my sister's placed at night time, I noticed that the grooming was poorly done or not done at all . Her fur was just fluffed up, still smelled and it looked like they rushed through the job. All they did was shave off her private area in an ugly manner. They charged my sister full price. When I called to resolve the issue today because they are only open from Tuesday through Saturday, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive. Stating why did it take me Soo long to contact them (MIND YOU THEY ARE CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY) Then she continued to ask why wasn't I the one to bring in my dog and allowed my sister. How it should have been me to take my dog not my sister. She stated I was wasting her time on the phone. Instead of addressing my concerns, they kept repeating the same unhelpful information and made me feel like my problem was not important. The lady on the phone seemed disinterested in helping me find a solution at all. She wouldn't let me talk to the manager at all because she said the manager doesn't speak English and I demanded over and over to talk to the manager and she kept declining for me to speak to her because I can't speak in Spanish. The lady on phone stated she herself is the only one that understands English and can speak in English and that no one else knows how to speak in English. I'm sure Google translate would have helped me or I could have gotten my friend to talk for me. The lady on the phone claimed she told my sister that they wouldn't be able to take her because they can't do much with her because MY DOG doesn't allow herself (I've taken this dog here for few years now) - Yet they still took in my dog after my sister dropping her off this Saturday - They knew her name and who this dog was when we scheduled the appointment over the phone - Even the lady on the phone stated they have a record of MY dog and said we told YOUR SISTER we couldn't take her , YET THEY STILL TOOK HER THIS SATURDAY - They Stayed with my dog over 6 hours until they contacted my sister to pick up and pay full price on something that wasn't done? Her nails were so long that one of her nails tore off! This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable, and I will think twice before doing business with "Classy Pet" again. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for their pets. read more

We have been taking Kobe to Classy Pet Cuts for years! They always do a fantastic job and always listen when we want something different. Usually it's her legs, when it's hotter we like to cut her hair shorter to keep her cool and they always do it how we want it, but the big fluffy legs are always our fav! My puppy has been coming here for the past 4 years and I love their service! They are very sweet and caring of her. They know her name and they know mine as well, so when we walk into the salon, we're greeted. They also do a great job cutting and trimming my puppy's hair and she always comes out looking amazing! Prices aren't too bad compared to many other big chained stores. Their store is clean, well kept and doesn't smell like dogs but smells like shampoo. read more

So I called them and asked if they took walk in they told me yes but there were appointments before her. Took her in at 11:30. The people didn't seem to care the girls had a attitude I called around 3:30 to ask about what was going on cause I heard nothing but they didn't even know witch dog was calling for after I told them twice. They couldn't even give me a time frame when she would be done so I just went and got her still didn't know what dog it was had to point her out and all they did was barely was her wash her. read more

I took my Mini Aussie in for a cut and bath. Her cut is shorter than we discussed, but she had several large mats in her hair from camping, so I assumed that was why. I am not a fan of frilly, so I wanted to remove the bows they put on my dogs ears. Everywhere else we've been used a small rubber band to put on bows. This place HOT GLUED them into my dog's ears. It's been 4 days and I still can't get the glue off of her. I can't imagine why anyone would ever need to hot glue something onto a dog. I feel terrible for her. Additionally, they charge 4% for a credit card fee. I get it, but in this day and age a service based business really should have that overhead built into their prices. We will not be going back. The grooming was fine, but the hot glueing - that's insane. read more

I called Classy Pet Cuts yesterday around 1pm I got a 4pm appointment for a bath and nail trim for two and a bath, nail trim and trim for one. I paid $92 plus I gave a $5cash tip. They had pretty bows in their hair and looked very pretty. But look at their nails, they didn't trim their nails at all. See pictures below. I called and left her a message that I am not happy because they didn't trim their nails at all and that is the main thing that I requested. They no longer have my business. read more

The dogs went in looking (and smelling) not so pleasant, and emerged looking amazing! The man who helped us made me and my pups feel comfortable. He took the time to talk to them and pet them -- he didn't just take our names and whisk them away. They provided all the necessary services -- even added ribbons and bows as a finishing touch. My female dog even had her first pedicure! Definitely recommend them to any and all pet owners. read more

My husband and I wanted to find somewhere good to trim our two small dogs nails and fur. This place is conveniently close to our house. When we walked in, it seemed very clean and the dogs that we're currently being groomed did not seem stressed at all. Our pups got bathed and trimmed. When we picked them up only two hours later, they seemed very excited to go home, but not anxious or scared at all, which is a big deal for them. They came out looking and smelling great! Daisy got little bows and a satin ribbon and Bandit got a bandana. Very stylish. We will definitely be using Classy Pet Cuts in the future for our dogs' grooming needs. I've been taking my poodle, Willow for years. She goes pretty often because she is white and seems to get dirty quickly. I have a groomer that she usually receives so that makes me comfortable. They are always busy so I always make an appointment so she doesn't have to stay to long. I know she takes a lot of work but she always looks great. I like that if they find anything on her body that doesn't look good or if the ears look like might be infected, they let me know. I would definitely recommend this business, Classy Pet Cuts, it always smells clean too. All the staff are very nice. read more

This is our second time using this service for our dog. 1st time was ok. Customer service was not welcoming. Same as the 2nd. But this time they nicked my dog. I get that accidents happen but they didn't even tell me about it when I picked him up. I can see why he was pulling so hard on his leash to leave. I'll never use them again. *update: I get a phone call telling me that my review was unfair. What was unfair? I'll tell you, my dog being cut during his grooming. They said, they didn't know, but when I touched his cut he cried, there's no way they cut him like that and wouldn't have whimpered or something. A groomer is entrusted with the care of your pet while in their facility. I didn't contact the groomer back because hey we're closed when I saw the cut. I wondered why he was whimpering and licking so much when we got home. There was nothing they could do to make it right from that point. My review stands. read more

I've been taking my dog for a couple of months to this groomer, the last couple of times have been horrible. Not sure if they have done this to anyone else but they've made me pay before even seeing my dog. I clearly explain to them what I'd like done for him before leaving ,then have my mom pick him up because I work, ones I get home I see him and it's not what I asked for. His face is to long and messy lIke if they didn't want to do their job. im so disappointed and will never take my dog here. I Call to see if they can at least fix it but they don't even want to do that.. LIKE just do your damn job people. read more

I was very disappointed after reading the other reviews for the following reasons: 1. The lady who answered the phone spoke to me in Spanish. She was unable to speak English, so I had to ask my friend to talk to her. 2. All I wanted was for my old & sweet dog to get a bath. I would wait, but didn't want her to be put in a cage. She told me no and to go elsewhere. In today's society, we should be able to work with humans AND animals with special needs. I do NOT recommend Classy Pet Cuts. We also decided to get his nails clipped because he was starting to sound like he was wearing high heels. We took him in to Classy Pets and they hooked him up right. I can't express how dissatisfied I was and still am with the overall look of (my dog) Sascha's hair. I asked that my Silky terrier's body be cut short, nothing fancy, and asked that her face be left semi-long and rounded. The receptionist who checked me in was nice, but the woman who would be cutting Sascha's hair was less than enthused. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or not, but it sure seemed like it. As a first time customer, this was off-putting and unwelcoming. But Sascha needed a hair cut, so I was willing to tolerate it. They asked for a photo they could work off for her face and I provided one. When I picked her up, I was shocked to find that her face was short. They asked if all was well, I said yes. It was closing time, I had somewhere to go, and I wasn't about to bring up a situation there would be no remedy for. It has now been a week since she got her haircut and I honestly can't even look at her without feeling like she looks like some homeless dog I found on the street. Her body hair is all choppy and you can see the the scissor cuts. I'm no expert, but I am pretty sure it should all blend in. Anyway, I'm not happy at all. I hate that my dog is going to look like this for a few more months before her hair grows back. Word of advice, don't go to places you are unfamiliar with. My mistake was not waiting for my existing groomer to return from his vacation. Lesson learned and extremely regretful. read more

Two big problems with this place: they're liars, and they don't seem to be kind to animals. They're rude to people and seemed unpleasant to the dogs. Go somewhere else. I took our dog there at 10:20 and were told it will be "a couple hours" and they'd call us when he's done. To any sane person, that means no more than 2 hours. After 3 hours and no call, I called them at 1:38. The guy said our dog was next. So I figured he'd be ready in say 30 minutes. I went by around 2:15 and was told no, it'd still be a while. So I returned in an another hour. At 3:20 they say no he's still not done. When I complained that five hours is way too long, they claimed I hadn't taken my dog there until 2 pm. So, there's a couple big problems: they lie about the time things will take, and they falsely accuse customers of lying. But much more important was the sounds of our dog and other dogs yowling in pain. NOT a kind and caring place for animals. read more

I own multiple rescues, and each has there own quirkiness. They all do very well with this groomer. I could not ask for anyone better as one of my dogs has a lot of tiny tumor growths and they take their time to groom her so she is never cut accidentally. A wonderful place! read more

Far from classy. This place sounded like a house of horrors for dogs the two times I walked in today to check up on my dog. It's very clear they are understaffed and the groomers mishandle the dogs because I heard at least 3 dogs howling in pain the two different times we came here. We have a very difficult little dog. She won't allow us to brush her, cut mats out of her fur, or touch her feet. We've had bad experiences with multiple groomers. But somehow the staff here gets her hair cut and nails trimmed every time! We've been bringing her here for almost two years and she's never come home with so much as a nick and isn't scared to walk in the door. She's even nipped at the staff a couple of times (did I mention she's difficult?) and they still do the same careful job with her every time. They do tend to get busy and sometimes it will take the better part of a day to finish your dog. Plan ahead and bring your dog right at 9am if you bring them in on a Saturday. read more
