The place looks much nicer than it tastes. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap, and it was the driest Caesar wrap I've ever had. There was no dressing at all--just a lot of Parmesan and bacon bits, with very little chicken or lettuce. I actually opened the wrap because it was so dry and hard to chew, and that's when I found a small bug inside. I'm not sure if it was a tiny roach or something else, but it was definitely unexpected and pretty disappointing. I understand things can happen, even at home, but it completely ruined the meal for me. The fries were the only thing that were ok but not good enough to finish no matter how hungry I was. We stopped in for dinner. The restaurant looks nice inside full bar For entree we ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, roasted pepper smash,and the farmer's bowl. Food came out fast. Our waitress did a great job at correcting an order. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The chicken on the wrap was flavorful and the fries were good. Food was lackluster , but high-priced. The steaks were tough. Inattentive server - did not check back on us to see if we needed refills on water or if we wanted to order more drinks, had to flag her down for that , and then later had to search for her to get the check after we had sat there for 10 minutes twiddling our thumbs after finishing the meal. Maybe we went there on an off night and got a new , inexperienced waitress because other people have said they had good experience there. We might go back to give them another chance , but not in any hurry to try again soon. read more

My wife and I have been here time and time again, not always great but pretty decent food for the area, even if they are over priced. It's a nice clean place with usually pretty good service but apparently you have to be in the restaurant to get the good customer service. To go order was for 2 cheeseburgers, I've had them time and time again with no issues. This time my wife brings home 2 slabs of meet on a bun. When I called and spoke to the "manager" Jonathon he told me it wasn't my fault but if I read the menu I would see there is nothing else that comes with it. Doesn't matter that the other 100 times it came with all condiments and fixings. Make sure you check and double check when ordering from here. Super disappointed in this place. Woodruff is growing and I'd much rather spend my money at a place that cares about their customers, not their pride. Do not recommend, will never come here again. read more

I'm so glad that we found such a great bistro so close to our new home. We've been in a few times and always have a great experience. The bartender makes a great Bloody Maria and we have had the same server twice (young gal with glasses) I wish I would have gotten her name because she is awesome. Very attentive and polite. We have had the lasagna, seeet brined pork chop, Parmesan crusted chicken and burger. All have been tasty and delicious. Even the side of toasted baguette is so yummy. We are new to Woodruff and have been to Claudio's twice now. Both dining experiences have been remarkable. The chef blends spices that will make you want to try every item on the menu. The food comes out immediately after it is prepared. Fresh and hot. The manager has stopped by every time to see how the food and service is. Our waitress has been sweet and very attentive. Chris at the bar makes fantastic and elegant cocktails. I feel like this is the type of dining experience you would expect in Buckhead at Atlanta or on the rooftop of an elegant restaurant in Downtown Greenville. We visited today for lunch and had an excellent meal. Started with braised brussel sprouts. They were very tasty. We then had the steak bowls and spiced it up. It is an excellent choice from their lunch menu. Many flavors came together to make the dish, and we added pepper spice mix from their kitchen. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. The food was very good. Unfortunately this restaurant is not, or was not last night, prepared for larger parties. They had three parties of between 8 and our party, 18 people. Drink service was almost nonexistent. My husband and I arrived at least 1 hour early to have a couple of before dinner drinks at the bar and waited 20 minutes before we were waited on. The food service at the table was not any better. The food was served very haphazardly. A meal or two here and there, then 10 minutes later 2 salads ( all but 3 of us had salads with our meals). It took another 55 minutes to get all the rest of the food. Appetizer salad and meals served at the same time. The tickets were a complete disaster, it took them 4 tries and a good half hour to get them close to being correct. A couple of us, because we are friends payed what we had on our bill. Too bad we were forced to leave a 23 percent tip. I don't mind leaving a good tip for good service but I don't like being fleeced! read more

As a first time customer, the server and host were friendly and the former made great recommendations. We decided on the cauliflower teriyaki, masterpiece burger, woodruff salad with grilled peaches, and steak nachos. The food arrived in a timely manner and was super delicious. So tasty and fulfilling, we didn't have room for dessert. Give this establishment a try. You're bound to find something of your liking. Great experience! Bartender Tobi is awesome! She is very attentive, and make a killer Mango Magarita. The flavor on the food were good, and the atmosphere was cool. The only negative, I ordered mussels as an appetizer, although the flavor were good, they were not hot enough (temperature wise) for my liking. With that being said, I will return and give them another try. read more

So decided to try this place . Will never go back . Wife and i ordered appatizers . I had calamari wife hade the califlour bites the Calamari tasted real fishy . I ordered the seafood scampi it had broken shells all through it hardly could eat it . The shrimp in it was rubbery the octopus rings in it were tough and rubbery . My wifes chicken alfredo she said the pasta was not cooked . They brought us the check and the Calamari was not taken off the check and i only ate 2 pieces . Word of advice dont go there . read more
