I informed her that I had tinnitus and I could not hear her over the music. She said, the music isn't loud and became more rude never giving me a receipt with the break down of my purchase. I did't ask her again. I knew I could contact my credit card company. Being retired law enforcement I felt sorry for persons of color coming into this store. She was extremely provoking and I knew it would be a problem for someone who will not accept her rude behavior.
