Saw this place open last week and of course my kids wanted to come check it out! We finally got the chance to come. We came to "just look" but of course that didn't happen. My kids tried out the claw machines and they loved it! They said the claws actually work here and it isn't impossible to get the prizes! Service was great here, and they made sure to let me know about the raffle! If you spend $20, you get entered into a raffle. You can also exchange your prizes for a better prize if you wish! Place is very tidy and clean, and their prizes don't look cheap. They have few game type machines and had wide variety of selections! We will 11/10 be coming back!

We had such a fun time each of my friends spent around $20 - $40 and we all went home with loads of prizes! My friend even won the big $200 Pokémon prize from the string cutter game we loved this place! Employees we so friendly and they would restock things that just got picked up so you had a fair choice every time. I even got to trade the plush I got from one machine in for the one I actually wanted that was on the back shelf. We got raffle tickets to win a big prize at the end of the month and you can trade in all your small plushies in for a big one. Definitely recommend!

New Claw Joyland in Reno is an answered prayer for my family because we (and I can't express this enough) LOOOOOVE claw machines! The space is open and clean, the machines aren't crazy difficult. My 4 year old won two prizes on her own, but my mom dropped a few so it's honestly fun for the whole family! The prizes are fairly cute. And they have a pretty cool 'Keep or Trade' system, meaning you can choose to keep your prizes or trade them in for points to redeem bigger better prizes. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to go back!

Such a fun place! The claw machines here are very modern with lots of different game styles, so it never feels boring. Many of the machines are unique and fun to play, not the same old claw games you see everywhere. The prizes are awesome, with tons of Pokémon figures and many popular blind box collectibles. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help if you have questions. The environment is bright, clean, and very family-friendly, making it a great spot for kids, teens, and adults. It's a perfect place to relax, have fun, and try your luck. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend checking it out!

Just got paid and immediately blew my paycheck here. No regrets. Surprisingly fair machines, great prizes, and dangerously addictive.

Awesome claw arcade in Reno! We've been to many in Las Vegas and Phoenix but this one is probably one of the best I've been to so far! High quality prizes and some of the best payouts I've seen. I even signed up for their membership. Can't wait to go back!

As far as the games go, they're all working but the place just feels tired a bit old and rundown. They don't offer a system where they're unlimited play cards include ticket games, but do not reward tickets so the selection of games available to the kids at the party was fairly limited as a result which bothered me, but of course didn't bother the kids who were just happy to continue swiping and playing. That said they do offer some games here that are not typically included in other arcades in town like the Minecraft game which spits out super cool cards and certainly captivated the kids for quite some time. The party room was large but parsley appointed in terms of decorations and really didn't offer much in terms of seeming or decor. There's truly a DIY situation and thankfully, we came with a couple of decorations to put up to make it feel more festive. One of the pizzas included in the party arrived squished in one corner and the supervisor was quick with the solution. Unfortunately, they couldn't remake the pizza which I'm not really sure why, but instead he offered additional cards that the kids could use to play the Midway games downstairs, which ended up being a huge hit. The birthday party deal is a great value to be honest. Works out to around 25 bucks a kid minimum of 10 and it includes pizza and unlimited soda plus a two hour arcade card and $15 to use on the midway or the games with redemption prizes. We ended up adding a $100 card to our party so that we could have the kids play some additional Midway games and that really did extend the fun quite a bit. Midway games are about to six dollars per play, so it does actually go a little ways. If you're staying at Circus Circus, the XP arcade is a fun stop over but if you're from the area, I personally wouldn't say this is the one to come to. That said if you wanna play the midway, you really can't do that anywhere else and it is super fun, especially rewarding when you win a prize. We'll certainly recommend this birthday party option to friends.

The offer card specials and we opted for the $60 one to give us an additional $15 as a bonus. The game area was clean and well lit up. They have video games on the top floor and some more ticket games on the bottom floor. I feel like we lost some credits on the machines because we would swipe and it wouldn't work, but I noticed that my money was going down. There wasn't an attendant to help. We spent like an hour there using up the card. The kids racked up about 1,000 tickets on their card. They use a self serve prize machine to redeem your tickets, which is pretty cool. Overall, we had a great time.

I've been going here and make great memories since their first location I believe they opened in 2017. I've been to a lot of different arcade bars across California and this one's my favorite! The vibes now are even better than before the whole setups just pure fun!! The best adult arcade I've been to in a long time! Drinks are strong, games are epic, pinball always fun, and you leave with not that bad of a dent in your wallet! These guys crush it I noticed they are constantly changing out the pinball games and other video arcade games. Couches to chill on by the bar with mario kart built into the coffee tables and pool table not far away! There's old and new games all over the place hard to stay bored here! Also love the staff here always friendly and welcoming they also crush it here super hard to keep up a place like this so tell your friends and support these guys and don't forget to tip the wonderful staff!! We stayed in the Sky Tower and had a nice view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. There were some bits of noise at times out in the hallways but nothing too distracting. My only issues with the room was the loud noise from the AC/Heater, very firm beds that weren't the most comfortable and a sink that makes a gurgling sound after you run water. But overall it's very convenient because you have full access to the Row. The Midway is still as fun as it was when I enjoyed going back in the 90s. Circus Circus has always been my favorite Hotel/Casino to navigate whenever I'm in Reno.

I carefully checked to see if there would be any additional fees, and none were mentioned. I saw the complete fee, which I agreed to and paid. A few days after my booking, I got an additional charge for two hefty "resort fees" which is a hidden charge that I never agreed to. I have been staying with Circus Circus Reno for many years, and this is the first time such an issue has occurred. Per FTC federal law: The total amount must be given to me at the time of booking and must include any "drip booking" or charges such as "resort fees." Such fees cannot be hidden, and they must be disclosed before payment. This was also agreed upon by PriceLine. When I called Circus Circus, they gave me the run-around and said their resort fees were mandatory and to contact Priceline if I had an issue. I know the hotel can easily refund me such a fee, but they chose not to. Beware if you stay here - they can just charge your credit card as they like, it seems.

They had many specials such as street tacos $3, Modelo draft beer $4 and Margaritas $5. We had the Supreme flatbread for $14 and it was good. My Friend ordered the charcuterie board for $24. I really loved the sausage and the display was presented in a giant pretzel. I love the couches for trivia so nice and comfortable!
