We had such a fun time each of my friends spent around $20 - $40 and we all went home with loads of prizes! My friend even won the big $200 Pokémon prize from the string cutter game we loved this place! Employees we so friendly and they would restock things that just got picked up so you had a fair choice every time. I even got to trade the plush I got from one machine in for the one I actually wanted that was on the back shelf. We got raffle tickets to win a big prize at the end of the month and you can trade in all your small plushies in for a big one. Definitely recommend!

New Claw Joyland in Reno is an answered prayer for my family because we (and I can't express this enough) LOOOOOVE claw machines! The space is open and clean, the machines aren't crazy difficult. My 4 year old won two prizes on her own, but my mom dropped a few so it's honestly fun for the whole family! The prizes are fairly cute. And they have a pretty cool 'Keep or Trade' system, meaning you can choose to keep your prizes or trade them in for points to redeem bigger better prizes. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to go back!

Such a fun place! The claw machines here are very modern with lots of different game styles, so it never feels boring. Many of the machines are unique and fun to play, not the same old claw games you see everywhere. The prizes are awesome, with tons of Pokémon figures and many popular blind box collectibles. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help if you have questions. The environment is bright, clean, and very family-friendly, making it a great spot for kids, teens, and adults. It's a perfect place to relax, have fun, and try your luck. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend checking it out!

This place was so fun! We're visiting from Ca. and I wanted to do something with 3 kids. I found this place on yelp! We do claw machines at the mall at home but this place is way bigger and between the 4 of us we got a lot of really great prizes. My kids loved it and so did I! The staff is super friendly and helpful too. This is definitely a spot we will come to again when we're in town!

Awesome claw arcade in Reno! We've been to many in Las Vegas and Phoenix but this one is probably one of the best I've been to so far! High quality prizes and some of the best payouts I've seen. I even signed up for their membership. Can't wait to go back!

Just got paid and immediately blew my paycheck here. No regrets. Surprisingly fair machines, great prizes, and dangerously addictive.

They helped us so much and even let us change mystery boxes when we got a duplicate and that helped us win a lot of toys!

A beautiful place to take a pic

The price was super affordable, to the point I was skeptical that things would work out. Fortunately, everything was as I hoped for. We arrived at about 10:00 a.m., too early to check in. ** Note, parking is free, which is a very nice touch for downtown casino hotels ** We spent some time at the casino, and then grabbed lunch at one of the restaurants. There are three attached hotels in a row, Circus Circus, Silver Legacy and El Dorado, and the restaurants serve all three hotel visitors. After lunch, we took a walk around downtown Reno - it's got a lot of attractions that I would not have otherwise seen (riverwalk, baseball stadium, the Reno Arch, etc. By then it was just after 1:00 p.m., and I stopped by the front desk to see if any rooms might be available. For a small up charge of $20, I was able to check into a room early. The room was in the Sky Tower, a building that was a little difficult to find, but ultimately we figured out how to get from the room to the casino without having to go outdoors. The bed was very comfortable, the room was a good size, and the bathroom had all the amenities necessary. Overall, this is not one of the fanciest hotels I've ever visited, but it is a nice place to have access to the casino and the local Reno area, it was less than a 10 minute drive back to the airport, the room / bed / pillows for all comfortable, and the price for the room and parking was surely an amazing value.

Hotel-Lodging Review (mostly):…read more To hear some folks speak on Circus Circus (either here in Reno or the sister property in Vegas), you'd think someone were describing the conditions inside a POW camp or prison. Haven't stayed or patronized the property here in decades. And the primary aim with this stay was getting back into the Caesar's Rewards program as quickly and as economically as possible. Sure, it's an older property with it's proverbial warts, but the stay held appeal for me. And it didn't hurt that I upgraded to a Spa King Suite, located in the Casino Tower. Check-in supervisor Asialene was a sweetheart who set the tone for my 1 night stay. Spa Suites have either an oversized soaking tub or one with jet nozzles (basically a mini whirlpool-jacuzzi). Really relaxing and is always a highlight of any stay, no matter the property. These rooms are huge! Around 680 sq. ft. Like an apartment almost. Easily accommodates multiple adults or a family with the non-king, 2 bed set up. Wet bar, Keurig machine, mini fridge, 42" big screen, a 2nd smaller screen in the master room, two separate toilets in each suite. The climate A/C system works great; no nonsense old-school horsepower blowing from 2 separate units in the suite. Unlike at some of the fancier resorts around town that skimp on the room HVAC output. In short and overall, there's quite a bit of value for what you get here at Circus, comparatively speaking. It serves well a niche for folks not wishing to break the bank for a simple night's stay while in Reno. Sure, other resorts are fancier no doubt, but, you're also shelling out more cash to get that in most cases. My normal go-to resort in Reno is usually Peppermill for example. Stay there several times a year. Which defies comparison to Circus on many levels. But, one thing I actually appreciated about Circus was being about to get where I wanted with a lot fewer steps than at most other fancier resorts. For the same time + distance it takes you to weave from 1 side of Peppermill to the other towers and parking areas for example, you could cover about the same distance between all 3 resorts under The Row (Circus Circus, Silver Legacy & El Dorado) it seems. Setbacks here at Circus like hot & stuffy hallways and lobbies, slow & inoperable escalators & elevators, a dystopian parking garage, closed rewards center & cashier cage (only at Circus, not at Silver Legacy & El Dorado) turned out to be minor inconveniences that were fairly easily overlooked & remedied during the stay. I mean, who really judges a resort by the parking garage for example? Was here for Monday overnight, so most of the shops and some restaurants within the Circus side were closed, owing to the idea that Monday's are typically one of the slowest days of the week. They've also swung the axe on table games here at Circus, a bummer from the heyday where lively floor crowds were the norm. Bartender blamed this on Covid when I inquired. But again, a short walk to either Silver Legacy or El Dorado casinos via the indoor connected walkways solves that riddle. I wasn't on the property long enough to relive the still-active midway-arcade, free circus acts (if they even still have those?), restaurants, etc, so can't comment there. But, it would be a sad day if this property ever closes. And I definitely wouldn't hesitate lodging here again at any of the other properties at The Row.

Wednesday is half priced bar drinks, and while their prices are already low, the Wednesday deal is a steal! The burger sliders were just that, sliders, but the sauced and dry rubbed wings were great! The rest of our party ordered the pretzel board, pizza, and more wings, which were seemingly good. It's only $3 a game per person! Now we're talking! We had 4 people and one game each was perfect for $12. You don't need bowling shoes, there is barely an approach. It was super fun! They had many specials such as street tacos $3, Modelo draft beer $4 and Margaritas $5. We had the Supreme flatbread for $14 and it was good. My Friend ordered the charcuterie board for $24. I really loved the sausage and the display was presented in a giant pretzel. I love the couches for trivia so nice and comfortable!
