We had an 11 pm flight out of Reno after spending 4 nights in Lake Tahoe. My husband didn't sleep well on our last night in Tahoe so he booked this hotel in Reno so he could get some rest before our 11 pm flight. It was a great idea because the hotel also has a casino that I could go to while he got some sleep. The casino is bright and colorful with a circus arcade for kids too.
Stayed here for the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. We stayed in the Sky Tower and had a nice view of the Sierra Nevada mountains. There were some bits of noise at times out in the hallways but nothing too distracting. My only issues with the room was the loud noise from the AC/Heater, very firm beds that weren't the most comfortable and a sink that makes a gurgling sound after you run water. But overall it's very convenient because you have full access to the Row. The Midway is still as fun as it was when I enjoyed going back in the 90s. Circus Circus has always been my favorite Hotel/Casino to navigate whenever I'm in Reno.
I can't speak to the rooms on the lower price range, but what I got, was absolutely amazing. I was here on Cinco de Mayo, but because it was a Tuesday, the rates were very reasonable. I have "status", so I was offered an upgrade to a spa suite, for a very reasonable price. The price range, of course depends on what day of the week it is, as well if there are any events going on, but even at full price, that spa suite is well worth the splurge. I was checked in by Claudia, and she was very friendly and helpful. My room was in the tower that is connected to the main casino. I was on the fifth floor. The view during the daytime wasn't much, but at night time and sunrise, it was very pretty. I walked into the room, and I couldn't believe it! I had actually gotten a two room suite it was a beautiful suite. The living room had 2 very comfortable couches. One of them had a hide-a- bed in it, or you could just sleep across the couch. it had a mini bar that had a Keurig on it, there were two TVs, with a good picture and lots of channels, as well as the movies for rent, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and there were also two bathrooms. The bathroom attached to the living room does not have a tub or shower. There was also a huge closet. There was a fridge, but no microwave. The bed was a bit firm for my personal taste, but I still got an OK nights sleep. I do realize that everybody's taste is different. I had to laugh when I saw the Jacuzzi tub. It was heart shaped. That tells me that this "spa suite" doubles as the honeymoon/romantic getaway suite. The Jacuzzi tub was amazing! It filled up quick, and it was so absolutely relaxing. My body was just melting away. I sat in that thing for almost a half hour, and when I got out, I went to sleep very quick. My only regret, is that I didn't have a special someone to share it with. (for those of you who have met me, I apologize for putting that image into your brain. Please, I beg of you, let it go... LET IT GO...... :) Circus Circus is a nice property, like the El Dorado and Silver Legacy, it is a Caesars property. The casino is nice, they have a midway with lots of fun games for the kids, and also live circus acts. There is plenty to do. You can walk between all three properties without ever going outside, and there is plenty of gaming, bars with different themes, and lots of restaurants throughout all three properties ...The food court is just OK. I didn't care for the habit burger place, but I thought that the pizza place was amazing. (see separate reviews.) Just a great stay. Thanks!
By far the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel anywhere in the world. I could give this place -5 stars. Where to begin? We get in to our room and it stunk, looked dirty, to the point I almost felt like my skin was going to turn color if I touched their linens. After being there for a few minutes I went to the bathroom and lifted up the toilet cover to find (I would assume previous guest) left the whole toilet bowl full of shit, didn't flush (it looked like it been there for awhile see my pictures if you dare) but better yet the maids didn't see this??? I won't even mention how filthy the rest of the bathroom and room was. We called front desk and explained the bathroom situation and were told they would move us to another room, just a lame apology like this happens quite often, refund was not an option. As we go to another room we come to find out our tv doesn't work, looked like previous guests cut the coaxial cable from wall to tv. We AGAIN call front desk and they send someone up to fix it. The maintenance guy says he will have to bring us a new tv because the cable was actually severed off in the current tv. About 20 minutes later he returned with a new tv. He then states to us his shift is over and he has to go, but someone else would be right up to connect the new tv. He leaves both tv's and takes off. I thought WTF ? Where am I? And what is happening??? Finally someone else shows up and connects tv. Really at this point we were just glad we were staying 1 night, and we just wanted to be out of the room for as long as possible and have this nightmare be over. I am not at all surprised of the conditions, they are owned by Caesar's entertainment which I reviewed harrahs in Reno a few years ago and same thing, just not this filthy. These people just don't care anymore, the rooms are run down and filthy and they smell something awful. Do yourself a favor and stay at a newer casino that actually cares if you can find one, all the places in Reno are just run down and filthy period.
Visiting from Vegas decided to drop in and see how this one compared to ours. Saturday night around 8pm. Midway was pretty packed. The whole casino was packed. There was ample parking in the garage. Lots of food options, didn't partake in any though.
The arcade was the best arcade I have ever taken my kiddos to? The employees were so nice! So many games to choose from, the prizes were so fun and not cheap, I'd say it's not super expensive but not cheap either can be more affordable. My kiddos definitely enjoyed it, I like how they have small circus acts. Very clean facility, restrooms were so clean and this place is every kids dream I'd say.
If I could give it a zero star I would. I had a horrible experience here over the Labor Day weekend. We left our items in the room to go explore Reno and when we came back to the room we realized someone had been in our room because neither of us had these snacks and they were scattered on the ground. We called the front desk multiple times in order to get a room changed. The first time the lady was honest and upfront , she let us know there were three people with the same name so apparently they had been given access to our room and security was involved. The 4th person was named Jade and she said that nobody was in our room which is false because why would there be trash on the ground she also said would comp us our room and when we went to the front desk she didn't come out to even speak to us. They only comped the taxes which is basically nothing. The part that really upset me was that we did NOT receive a phone call regarding this incident. Nothing was going to be said or done had we not realized on our own that someone had been in our room without our permission. Which is utterly baffling to me. I'm literally 7.5 months pregnant and this situation left a bad impression on us. I do not recommend staying here.
This is only a review on the Circus Circus game floor. Our two little ones ages 8 and 6 years old had a blast. My husband had nostalgia. Two things that I noticed, there are no more performances. When I came here as a little kid the Circus shows were my highlight and I would stop and watch each one. The cost of the games was outrageous. We won one of those humongous sonic dolls from the string cutting game. We did our best to try and play all the games, but they are short staffed. Our favorite games were the horse racing game and you roll the ball into the holes, coin drop game to collect cards, and VR rabbit ride. When it came time to exchange our tickets for prizes, we were surprised to find out the coin game gave us a thousand tickets. Prizes were decent. There were no crowds so we were able to do everything we wanted.
Circus Circus' Midway of Fun is still a great time, albeit more expensive to play but what isn't nowadays? There are the classic manned midway games (ball tosses, ring tosses, water gun races) and standalone games (skeeball, claw games) but the regular video games (shooting, racing) are gone. Everything is done by a pre-paid card so no cash is exchanged with the workers. They also have the free midway shows - which is always a treat to see. As for their casino, they removed manned table games years ago and only have slot machines and automated gaming machines (craps, roulette, blackjack). It's a bit sad compared to when we used to come visit back in the 90s - when the downtown casinos were packed with patrons even on the weekdays. But, I'm happy they're still around. Their food court is a nice option when we're not in the mood to have a sit-down meal. The Habit is a favorite of ours and they always put out some great burgers and shakes.
This place is an okay location in downtown and prices are a little cheaper than others, buuut the check in is awful... Both times I've stayed the check in line was extremely long. First time we checked in around 5:30pm and the second time was really late, 3am. The self-service kiosks are not open after midnight. The line both times had over 20 people waiting. Check in took HOURS. If you want to save and don't mind the hassle, it could be worth it for you. I personally don't know if we will stay here again.
My family and I enjoy the Midway located here above the casino floor. Plenty of games to play. My favorite arcade game is skee ball. And chicken in the pot. Nowadays you purchase a game card sold in machines located throughout the Midway. Like many things the price of games have gone up. $1.50 per skee ball game. $6.00 a bucket for ring toss. Chicken in the pot was dormant the two days we went. The live circus trapeze acts have been eliminated. Now there's a stage where various circus acts come out. We caught two the time we were there. 1:30pm & 2pm. But then the next time was 2:45pm. We left before then. Certain games earn you points that you can redeem for prizes. I let those go. I dropped my game card into the recycle box. Fun entertainment for all ages.
I get that no one stays at Circus Circus to enjoy a quality hotel. You stay here because it may be cheaper, you have kids, or they entice you with a special offer. I arrived well after midnight as the shuttle never showed at the airport. I waited from 11:40pm - 12:20am and it didn't come. Taxi ride was close to $40, uber options weren't much better and would take longer. It was 28 degrees out. The front desk lady was nice and got me checked in right away. My room was #221, right next to the elevator and noisy ice machine. The room was in general disrepair. Wallpaper peeling off, sink mirror rotting, and a glorious hand print against the headboard wall - epic. The next morning I opened the window. Nice view of the HVAC. Oh well, not a huge problem. I was shocked to see decapitated and dismembered pieces of birds outside the window on the ground and HVAC. Take my word for it, nothing kills romance faster than bird entrails. Please clean that up outside room #221. I turned my AC unit off at it was loud. However it would come on in the middle of the might even louder, like it was angry at me. Alas not much sleep in 3 days. Bathroom was falling apart, but nice water pressure, volume and heat in the shower. Bed was okay, not super comfy. Overall the room reminded me of a Motel 6, only more post-apocalyptic. Full disclosure, I did not report this to staff. Front desk was always busy during the day and frankly moving rooms is a pain after you've unpacked. If any manager that sees this wants to chat, I'm happy to. Would like to see my "resort" fee (this is far from a resort property) returned as there was no shuttle and I had to incur taxi costs. I'm not overly pissed off, just curious on how you can rent this room out in its current condition. Is it not cleaned and reported by staff?
My huge quandry: 1. Circus Circus Reno? 2. Hollywood Tower of Terror? Similarities: 1. Both have very fast elevators, and they seem to work very well. At the Hollywood Tower, the insider suggestion is to take the maintenance elevator to get to your room even quicker. 2. Both are quite skinny looking and old. (see pics below) Circus Circus is from that booming 1970s prosperity era of beautiful modern concrete. Hollywood from the glamorous 1920 art deco era. 3. Both locations make you feel like you are in the Twlight Zone...but yet, both are very different. Contrasts: 1. At Circus Circus, if you have a question, no one seems to know anything. It's like it's everyone's first day...every day. At Hollywood Tower, they prefer to just stare at you and not say anything. 2. I appreciated the Bell Hops uniforms at Hollywood Tower. They didn't smile a lot, but as a guest, they made me feel...rich and powerful. That's important because in reality I'm just another poor sap pretending to be a Reno High Roller on $50/day...the cost of our room in the "skytower." The bell hops at Circus Circus don't even wear uniforms or those classy looking hats. Since it appears to be everyone's first day, they probably haven't found the uniforms so I'll give them a pass on that. 3. Unlike Hollywood Towers classy, rich, famous and elite clientele, the Circus Circus clientele was straight from the Brady Bunch. Except everyone appears older and fat. I think I caught Marcia with 5 tattoos smoking behind a broken slot machine. More details and photo documentation below: The front desk: If you get a choice, and want to be part of the "scene" at Circus Circus, choose whatever they call the "tower" that is closest to the casino. If you want nothing to do with the casino, choose what they call "the sky tower." Just know that the monorail/tram/trolley thing that crosses the street hasn't worked in years so you will walk a ways. If you do the arcade instead of slots, be rest assured that you will part ways with a minimum $30. That's pretty steep right? But remember, most rooms here are $50 per night for 2 people so be happy to spend $30 on the Ring Toss and score a mini teddy bear. Speaking of the arcade, gee wiz...has that ever changed! Once upon a time, the arcade had circus type shows with acrobats swinging and clowns doing tricks. Today, the show consists of an old man, old lady, and a dog that does tricks. The old lady does stuff on a hoop attached to a rope that goes to the ceiling, but it's nothing that any stripper or college gymnast can't do. The old man sits at the side of the stage and does nothing. I'm guessing he is there if she accidentally falls? The well behaved dog sits on its hind legs looking very cute. The entire show lasts 3:45 seconds. Why the lack of entertainment? I'm guessing those $50 rooms won't allow for much extra entertainment. Be aware that in March, there is no "entertainment" from the old man/lady/dog Monday-Wednesday. Then they get wild and crazy Thursday-Sunday. Speaking of wild and crazy...those arcade employees look like they are on a 4-hour prison release. I suspect the minimum wage doesn't include any obligatory fake smiles so again...those $50 rooms..you pay for what you get. Don't ask them any questions like "when is the next show?" Like elsewhere at Circus Circus, it seems like it's everyones first day. I did get lucky and run into a nice guy who said the good ol days of arcade entertainment are long gone at Circus Circus, and he directed me to the front door where I took a pic of the entertainment schedule. Just remember they typically don't last longer than a few minutes. Of course you can still walk the Row, and nothing ever changes except menu prices. Again, they have to make up for the $50 room. The Row is pretty much like it always has been. Compared to the Row, there is a cheaper food court at Circus Circus. The Epilogue: You pay for what you get. It could be worse...like stuck in an elevator with Carol Brady. Or maybe get lucky like you just scored $200 from the Money Roll downstairs. But in general, I think you pay for what you get...Pricelines $50 per day for 2 people. Unfortunately at Hollywood Tower Hotel, the prices run closer to $400 per day for 2, with lots of screaming going on, not to mention a $35 daily parking fee and a very long walk to the hotel. To have a good time, it's best to lower your expectations to the lowest of low...then have an adventure.
Hotel-Lodging Review (mostly): To hear some folks speak on Circus Circus (either here in Reno or the sister property in Vegas), you'd think someone were describing the conditions inside a POW camp or prison. Haven't stayed or patronized the property here in decades. And the primary aim with this stay was getting back into the Caesar's Rewards program as quickly and as economically as possible. Sure, it's an older property with it's proverbial warts, but the stay held appeal for me. And it didn't hurt that I upgraded to a Spa King Suite, located in the Casino Tower. Check-in supervisor Asialene was a sweetheart who set the tone for my 1 night stay. Spa Suites have either an oversized soaking tub or one with jet nozzles (basically a mini whirlpool-jacuzzi). Really relaxing and is always a highlight of any stay, no matter the property. These rooms are huge! Around 680 sq. ft. Like an apartment almost. Easily accommodates multiple adults or a family with the non-king, 2 bed set up. Wet bar, Keurig machine, mini fridge, 42" big screen, a 2nd smaller screen in the master room, two separate toilets in each suite. The climate A/C system works great; no nonsense old-school horsepower blowing from 2 separate units in the suite. Unlike at some of the fancier resorts around town that skimp on the room HVAC output. In short and overall, there's quite a bit of value for what you get here at Circus, comparatively speaking. It serves well a niche for folks not wishing to break the bank for a simple night's stay while in Reno. Sure, other resorts are fancier no doubt, but, you're also shelling out more cash to get that in most cases. My normal go-to resort in Reno is usually Peppermill for example. Stay there several times a year. Which defies comparison to Circus on many levels. But, one thing I actually appreciated about Circus was being about to get where I wanted with a lot fewer steps than at most other fancier resorts. For the same time + distance it takes you to weave from 1 side of Peppermill to the other towers and parking areas for example, you could cover about the same distance between all 3 resorts under The Row (Circus Circus, Silver Legacy & El Dorado) it seems. Setbacks here at Circus like hot & stuffy hallways and lobbies, slow & inoperable escalators & elevators, a dystopian parking garage, closed rewards center & cashier cage (only at Circus, not at Silver Legacy & El Dorado) turned out to be minor inconveniences that were fairly easily overlooked & remedied during the stay. I mean, who really judges a resort by the parking garage for example? Was here for Monday overnight, so most of the shops and some restaurants within the Circus side were closed, owing to the idea that Monday's are typically one of the slowest days of the week. They've also swung the axe on table games here at Circus, a bummer from the heyday where lively floor crowds were the norm. Bartender blamed this on Covid when I inquired. But again, a short walk to either Silver Legacy or El Dorado casinos via the indoor connected walkways solves that riddle. I wasn't on the property long enough to relive the still-active midway-arcade, free circus acts (if they even still have those?), restaurants, etc, so can't comment there. But, it would be a sad day if this property ever closes. And I definitely wouldn't hesitate lodging here again at any of the other properties at The Row. read more

The arcade was the best arcade I have ever taken my kiddos to? The employees were so nice! So many games to choose from, the prizes were so fun and not cheap, I'd say it's not super expensive but not cheap either can be more affordable. We caught two the time we were there. 1:30pm & 2pm. But then the next time was 2:45pm. We left before then. Certain games earn you points that you can redeem for prizes. I let those go. I get that no one stays at Circus Circus to enjoy a quality hotel. You stay here because it may be cheaper, you have kids, or they entice you with a special offer. I arrived well after midnight as the shuttle never showed at the airport. I waited from 11:40pm - 12:20am and it didn't come. Taxi ride was close to $40, uber options weren't much better and would take longer. It was 28 degrees out. The front desk lady was nice and got me checked in right away. My room was #221, right next to the elevator and noisy ice machine. The room was in general disrepair. Wallpaper peeling off, sink mirror rotting, and a glorious hand print against the headboard wall - epic. The next morning I opened the window. Nice view of the HVAC. Oh well, not a huge problem. I was shocked to see decapitated and dismembered pieces of birds outside the window on the ground and HVAC. Take my word for it, nothing kills romance faster than bird entrails. Please clean that up outside room #221. I turned my AC unit off at it was loud. However it would come on in the middle of the might even louder, like it was angry at me. Alas not much sleep in 3 days. Bathroom was falling apart, but nice water pressure, volume and heat in the shower. Bed was okay, not super comfy. Overall the room reminded me of a Motel 6, only more post-apocalyptic. Full disclosure, I did not report this to staff. Front desk was always busy during the day and frankly moving rooms is a pain after you've unpacked. If any manager that sees this wants to chat, I'm happy to. Would like to see my "resort" fee (this is far from a resort property) returned as there was no shuttle and I had to incur taxi costs. I'm not overly pissed off, just curious on how you can rent this room out in its current condition. Is it not cleaned and reported by staff? read more

My huge quandry: 1. Circus Circus Reno? 2. Hollywood Tower of Terror? Similarities: 1. Both have very fast elevators, and they seem to work very well. At the Hollywood Tower, the insider suggestion is to take the maintenance elevator to get to your room even quicker. 2. Both are quite skinny looking and old. (see pics below) Circus Circus is from that booming 1970s prosperity era of beautiful modern concrete. Hollywood from the glamorous 1920 art deco era. 3. Both locations make you feel like you are in the Twlight Zone...but yet, both are very different. Contrasts: 1. At Circus Circus, if you have a question, no one seems to know anything. It's like it's everyone's first day...every day. At Hollywood Tower, they prefer to just stare at you and not say anything. 2. I appreciated the Bell Hops uniforms at Hollywood Tower. They didn't smile a lot, but as a guest, they made me feel...rich and powerful. That's important because in reality I'm just another poor sap pretending to be a Reno High Roller on $50/day...the cost of our room in the "skytower." The bell hops at Circus Circus don't even wear uniforms or those classy looking hats. Since it appears to be everyone's first day, they probably haven't found the uniforms so I'll give them a pass on that. 3. Unlike Hollywood Towers classy, rich, famous and elite clientele, the Circus Circus clientele was straight from the Brady Bunch. Except everyone appears older and fat. I think I caught Marcia with 5 tattoos smoking behind a broken slot machine. More details and photo documentation below: The front desk: If you get a choice, and want to be part of the "scene" at Circus Circus, choose whatever they call the "tower" that is closest to the casino. If you want nothing to do with the casino, choose what they call "the sky tower." Just know that the monorail/tram/trolley thing that crosses the street hasn't worked in years so you will walk a ways. If you do the arcade instead of slots, be rest assured that you will part ways with a minimum $30. That's pretty steep right? But remember, most rooms here are $50 per night for 2 people so be happy to spend $30 on the Ring Toss and score a mini teddy bear. Speaking of the arcade, gee wiz...has that ever changed! Once upon a time, the arcade had circus type shows with acrobats swinging and clowns doing tricks. Today, the show consists of an old man, old lady, and a dog that does tricks. The old lady does stuff on a hoop attached to a rope that goes to the ceiling, but it's nothing that any stripper or college gymnast can't do. The old man sits at the side of the stage and does nothing. I'm guessing he is there if she accidentally falls? The well behaved dog sits on its hind legs looking very cute. The entire show lasts 3:45 seconds. Why the lack of entertainment? I'm guessing those $50 rooms won't allow for much extra entertainment. Be aware that in March, there is no "entertainment" from the old man/lady/dog Monday-Wednesday. Then they get wild and crazy Thursday-Sunday. Speaking of wild and crazy...those arcade employees look like they are on a 4-hour prison release. I suspect the minimum wage doesn't include any obligatory fake smiles so again...those $50 rooms..you pay for what you get. Don't ask them any questions like "when is the next show?" Like elsewhere at Circus Circus, it seems like it's everyones first day. I did get lucky and run into a nice guy who said the good ol days of arcade entertainment are long gone at Circus Circus, and he directed me to the front door where I took a pic of the entertainment schedule. Just remember they typically don't last longer than a few minutes. Of course you can still walk the Row, and nothing ever changes except menu prices. Again, they have to make up for the $50 room. The Row is pretty much like it always has been. Compared to the Row, there is a cheaper food court at Circus Circus. The Epilogue: You pay for what you get. It could be worse...like stuck in an elevator with Carol Brady. Or maybe get lucky like you just scored $200 from the Money Roll downstairs. But in general, I think you pay for what you get...Pricelines $50 per day for 2 people. Unfortunately at Hollywood Tower Hotel, the prices run closer to $400 per day for 2, with lots of screaming going on, not to mention a $35 daily parking fee and a very long walk to the hotel. To have a good time, it's best to lower your expectations to the lowest of low...then have an adventure. read more
The newest or most luxurious? No! Fun? Yes! Where your kids want to go? Yes! Great value? Yes! Nothing is perfect but this hotel casino is a place where both kids and parents can both compromise a bit and both enjoy themselves. Very family friendly. Connected with Sliver Legacy and Eldorado your going to never have to leave the trio of resorts. Last I checked if you stay at Circus you could ask to use the little rooftop pool at Silver if you wanted to. Kids love that sort of thing. The midway isn't as happening as it was in the 90s but its still a cheerful place to be. I last went here with the kid brother years ago and he was so eager to go he accidently clicked 4 times and ordered four rooms - as we arrived the front desk promptly refunded the extra three rooms. Eager you and your childish inner self will also be. Its a fun place. Smiles and laughs. We can never have enough of that sort of thing. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances you won't find here. But that's ok. My mom once said that granite belongs only in grave yards. I've been an enthusiastic supporter of Circus Circus Reno since I was 10 years old. I loved it then and love it now. Sure, we've grown old together but lets let the next generation enjoy it as much as we have in the past. read more

We stayed one night at Circus Circus Reno with our big family, including our nieces & nephews. It's definitely budget and family friendly. The front desk was welcoming, and early check in was available for a $30 fee. We were able to check in at 9:30am, which was great. The arcade and food court were perfect for the kids and made the stay convenient. That said, the hotel is very old. Even with updated rooms, everything felt dated and a bit grimy, especially the hallways and casino. The room was clean but bare bones. There were only two pillows per bed and minimal amenities. So charging the $40 resort fee seemed excessive for what you got. And because it's the most affordable of the three connected hotels, it was extremely crowded. We waited 15-20 minutes just for the elevator. It worked for a quick family trip, but if it were just my husband and me, we'd stay somewhere nicer. read more

We actually liked our stay here. We booked 2 rooms & stayed during a very busy week during graduation events at UNR, and also there was an international bowling meet. If you want a quieter place to sleep, I would recommend the Sky tower, and this is where we stayed. If you want closer to the casino and arcades then stay at the North tower. The bedrooms are pretty clean, with basic amenities. There's also a refrigerator in each room which was helpful as we need it having stayed there for 4 days. Overall- Recommended. read more
Our favorite vacation destination. Fun for us adults and also for the kiddos. We took my service animal companion dog with us this time and it went smoothly with no problems whatsoever. Vallet parking and the guys at the bell service desk make unloading and checking in and then out, a total breeze. Highly recommend for adults with children who still want to have a great time and experience the night life in Reno!! read more
Affordable rooms with large queen beds. Comes with refrigerator in every room. Its next to elldorado and silver legacy. Staff are friendly and cleans up well. Not much in the neighborhood besides casino. Wished there were more to do in walking distance. read more

We like to come to this 3 hotel space at "the row". We usually stay at the silver legacy and kind of go back and forth the property eating at the el Dorado and usually gamble at the circus circus. This is the lower $ limit of the three properties and they have removed the tables but don't really mind as I don't do to much of that gambling anyway. I like the old style slots and roulette. They have a digital roulette with a $3 minimum at which we usually play for a long time. There are a couple of penny slots by the bar where the live music stage is and we usually win there. There is a cocktail waitress who always takes care of the wife and I and the drinks just keep on coming. I should know her name but I don't she is a blonde and great smile to go along with her amazing service. Came here for my birthday and we had a blast! Won my largest slot jackpot of $2.5k and had a great time. Last time we stayed here they put us in the old tower that used to have the little Tram so the wall all the way over there kind of sucks so we opt for the silver legacy when ever possible. read more

they love to give guests DIRTY, TRASHED, FILTHY rooms upon check in. i drove 4 hours from california & when they assigned me my room, i was BAFFLED & DISGUSTED. reeked of vomit when you walked in & the place itself was TRASHED. chunks of throw up in the bathroom sink, piss & blood on the toilet seat & towels alllll over the bathroom floor. they did nothing but give me a lame "sorry" & another room. i paid over $800 to stay for 2 nights & they don't even want to give me a full refund or deduct some money for this. terrible service. no one came to help me with bags like they said they would after i parked my car in the parking garage. i had to make 3 trips to the garage back to my room. & it's not a close walk. attached is the room they gave me upon arrival UPDATE (8/14/26): i called the hotel on august 9th & complained about my stay to a supervisor. she was getting irritated with me because i couldn't understand her accent. she took down my complaint & said she'll give it to someone higher up to investigate & i'll get a call back by the following tuesday or wednesday. it's currently friday (8/14) & i heard nothing back but all they did for me was waive their $89 hotel fee (they gave me $83 back & not the full $89. penny pinchers for real). really unfortunate & ridiculous i still have to pay over $800 for the jank room they assigned me upon my arrival. i'm never gonna stay here again. worst first time experience for me being a solo traveler. read more

When traveling to Reno with the kids Circus Circus is a must for us. There's plenty of free parking. The pricing is the best around. There are plenty of rooms to pick from to suit your needs. It is connected to 2 other casinos so you don't even have to go outside! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from or the food court! And the best part....the arcade!!!! My kids can spend hours there and love the prize selection! read more
