We have been coming to this nail salon for years but have noticed a decline in services in the past…read morethree years or so. It's run by husband and wife who are pleasantly nice. It's a clean salon overall. It's normally quick to get in if desperate or in need of a quick nail service. Don't expect anything trendy, I've come here long enough to know that their nail art is pretty limited and basic. I'm a bit basic and don't like too much fluff on my nails so it's suitable for me but not for others who expect frillie dillie things on their nails. Their nail polish colors are old and I see the same colors here every time I am here. Some of the polish is dried out. The price is a little steep for the quality of it all so that parts a bit painful for me. I'll keep coming back only because I like the owners and it's a quiet and chill atmosphere. This is definitely a "mom & pop" small business which is always great for us to support.

She was really nice, and because of her I will try the salon again. Satisfaction NOT Guaranteed! I went in to get a French Manicure in shellac. It was $30, and I had saved up and was really excited. The manicurist was not friendly and rushed through the job, which I could have lived with, but when I got outside into the sunshine, I saw that the white tips did not go all the way to the ends of my nails, were wavy in parts, and my nails were ragged/poorly filed. I was on my way to work so I couldn't go back in right then, but I went back after work and showed them the problem. A different manicurist filed my nails down and put more white on the ends, but, unfortunately, the added white was clearly visible/chunky over the other white. From a distance it's fine, but up close it's really untidy looking. I talked to Wilson the manager, and he said to "try not to pay to much attention to it, and we'll do better next time" - no offer to refund at least part of what I paid - and when I asked them to take it all off and redo it so it looked right, he said they would have to charge me again! What?!? I have to pay for their mistake!?!? So, I will be paying another establishment to remove the shellac and redo my manicure. I WILL NOT return to this establishment EVER, nor will any of my sisters, or my friends.
