There were 2 guys at the counter trying to get apart and the disagreement was that Gregory was trying to tell them that the power steering hose was the same hose as the radiator hose. I could see both sides getting frustrtaed but Gregory stepped out of line and started telling them to get the F out and he dont give a F. So i said hey man, you're the employeee man, bring it down a notch. He turns to me and says "i dont give a F what u think". I said oh yeah how about I call your district manager. Even if the customer steps out of line its your job to bring it down a notch. I said you gotta keep it professional. He said call the district manager i dont give a F***. He said you dont pay me and i said yes i literally do without customers you dont have a job and his was response was F*** you. The assistant manager (short older white guy with a beard) was literally standing right in fron of me and i said something to the effect of like is this how yall do things and he said ill talk to him, "gregory take a walk and cool down" and then gregory said man F*** this im going home. I walked out and wont be back if thats what they think of customers to speak to them like that and a manager that clearly lets it happen.

The guys that work there are all tattooed, dirty tan, rock and roll, trailer park looking guys. They look like they'd be in a TOBY Keith music video. I mean they look intimidating, but they are the nicest most helpful guys I've encountered. I mean one guy has a vapor pipe in his mouth half the time, and the other one is griping about the music on the radio, but they are good at what they do. I call them before I get there to tell them what's wrong with my car and they give me potential diagnosis of what it could be. I appreciate, Kris, Jason, and I forget the rest of the guys names, but they are awesome. Keep up the great work. I hope this doesn't go to their head. Updated a year later: Customer service is still great. Got a new car and one of my lights came on. Went in to ask if they could tell me what it was. Turns out it was time for an oil change, which confused me because the dealership told me they put synthetic oil in and I wouldn't need an oil change for 6 months. So he checks it and says, go elsewhere because the dealership maybe ripping me off. He even told me which type of synthetic to get. Even when I went in just for tire pump caps, they were so polite, and helpful. I love this location.

They seem to be always knowledgable of their products and very clear on explaining everything to you... After going to their competition and looking for a part. I was never able to find it and they seemed to be lost and confuse on what I was needing. This was even with me showing them the old part!
