I came one warm September Saturday in 2021 looking to see what was available as a cool treat. They offered a variety of different ice cream, sundae, and milkshake flavors. After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

No, no problem with her. Any issue with me? Im not a criminal or anything so no, no problem with me. He said I should get it filled locally, not up there. I told him the story that I had to fill there due to the prev. nurse getting in trouble. Even though she has been replaced by my doctors office, her damage still resonates thru the pharmacy community. I can no longer suggest this pharmacy, you never know when someone there will "get a bad feeling" about whatever... a skittish bunch these pharmacists, I would have thought that facts would matter to them. Despite the construction the store is clean from construction material, stocking can be better since a lot of items are out the shelf but back stocked (I asked an employee) but as always the employees are not the best, not knowledgeable and always have some type of control trip. My grandma had some shopping to do and I went with her since she can't be left home alone and she needs help walking. At the entrance they have handicap and elderly entrance. I tried waking in with her and the older guy at the door said she can go in but I couldn't, that I had to go around and make line.

They said that it was an error in the system that often happens and they were very rude and unhelpful. They said they did not have time that evening before close to fill it. So I drove 30 miles to another pharmacy that had later hours. I am tired of having to interact with surly staff. I am moving my RX's to another pharmacy further away just to avoid having to deal with grumpy people. It would help a great deal if the system for requesting refills was intuitive and user friendly, but it is painful to use and hard to know if they filled your RX.

Most of the time you do not feel like waiting "20 minutes" for it to be filled when you are on your way home from a medical appointment/issue. They also fill one of your monthly meds at a time, send you a generic message that your meds are ready, and again you have to wait as only one has been filled. Employees are rude and unprofessional as I am sure due to unhappy customers all day their moods down by the end of their shifts. I also never want to hear the excuse any business is short staffed. Not my issue and supervisors or owners of the businesses need to hire or get into these businesses and pick up the slack.

No toilet paper, poop smears in the stahl, garbage cans overflowing, nothing to dry hands with, and the door was very dirty.
