I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.

My wife comes home and tells me about the issue and we're both reasonably upset because now her very expensive dress is possibly missing and she's going to have to go try and buy a new one that day. But then we get a call from the employee my wife had talked to earlier and apparently the owner of the company is now involved and he was calling a bunch of employees in to help find the dress and would clean it himself and hand deliver it to us at the airport if that's what it would take to get the dress to us in time. In the end that wasn't necessary, they ended up finding it, getting it ready, and delivering it to our house a few hours before we had to leave. Now this wasn't the greatest experience but the reason for the 5 star review is Bobby Pages and it's employees actions to correct the issue. We were truly blown away by their efforts to make things right and will only use them for our dry cleaning from now on.

I got a text the expected day that my suits were ready for pickup. When I went in she had an envelope attached to one of the suits and she said there must have been something left in the pockets. When I looked in the envelope out in my truck, there was an old airline luggage claim ticket and 3 $1 bills! Must say they are honest there. It cost $49.50 for the three suits.
