This is the worse car wash I've been to in my life... bad bad all bad... I would stay far away from this place... I had a monthly membership and I was there last week had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to attend me at the register, I was there today and I sat there for about 15 minutes.. there is a older man riding around on a scooter he said he was the owners dad and he told me that he expects the workers to finish a whole truck in 10 minutes that was it for me my truck takes at least 30 minutes to clean out and amoral it.. as you can see in pictures there is no one to be seen ... poor customer service all around read more

Beware - Bewarned This establishment employs dishonest people. I got a Plus carwash on Friday, November 6th. Car Wash was good but, the 2 young African American guys that did the detail did pretty good, so i gave them a $10 tip and I told them they did a really good job. UNTIL, when i got home i saw that they had pulled all the stuff under my back seat and left it on the top which was okay and then i did not see my TRUMP 2020 hat. It was missing!!! Theft!!! Then I get out to use the free vacuum. But oh wait. You can only use it for 4 minutes. I went here today and had a terrible experience. It's not self serve - you have to pull-up and wait for a person to help you/pay. We pulled up and waited at least 5 mins. The guy who "helped" us didn't speak, smile nor give any direction. We went through the car wash which literally didn't clean the back of my car at all (picture attached). We stopped at the vacuums where only a few are marked "free" 2 of which are handicap - a worker was in one of the free spots leaving us one. He can clearly see me pull-up and start prepping, unbuckle my kid, etc. There's no vacuum on my driver side at all. Cool - so we go to use the one on the passenger side - no suction - nothing at all. No one bothered to tell us even though the worker was in the lane next to us. We just left. Poor service, poor equipment and the car isn't even clean. Major waste of time! It's now 9/2 and I was told over a week ago camera footage had to be looked at to make sure my antenna cap wasn't loose when I arrived and to give them about 3-4 days. However it's been a little over a week now since I was there and still have yet to receive a phone call. The customer service through the owners is a joke. Not a single care. One of them completely laughed when I stated they would fix my antenna cap that is SCREWED IN to the roof of my car. Then said they would fix it in their auto shop they had. Now, why would I trust the place to fix it if they're the same place that ripped it off to begin with. Then stated that this is something that doesn't happen often, which is understandable but you would think they would be on it quicker to have it fixed. Training your staff to making sure things that can be broken are removed so things like this don't happen. Completely avoiding my calls and refusing to return my call is unprofessional. This place is a joke. There are a million other car washes that have way better service and will do a way better job at washing your car than doing a bad ass job. read more

Came in with a smelly/muddy truck from the waste management dump down the road. Expected them to be upset with how muddy it was but the dude who sprays your vehicle at the beginning really took the extra time to clean it off before I even went through the wash!!! I've been turned away from car washes for having too dirty of a truck but these dudes treated me great will definitely be back. read more

I spent over $40 on a full works detail in my lunch hour. The lady was about a quarter done and another person pulls up and talks to her and suddenly she starts doing his car for the next 20 minutes, and then kept going back to do extra stuff. I couldn't believe it. When I tried to ask what was going on she unfortunately couldn't understand what I was saying. There was no visible supervisor. The whole thing was very infuriating. I should have read the reviews before coming here. So I asked for the mini detail ($46) only because it came with the mat shampoo. I would normally not pay this much for a car wash but I really wanted my mats shampooed. After I went thru the machines for the wash I drove to the vacuum section and I was confused on what to do. I park my car and find the guy that assist me when I went thru the machines. I had to remind him the service I got and he said to just park my car next to one of the workers. It would of been nice to know that so I wasn't confused. Next, I chilled in the lobby till my car was done. The lobby Tv doesn't work, noting in the vending machines, I was like wow ok I guess I'll take a nap. When my car was done I got in and noticed my mats weren't shampooed. I asked the lady if she was done and she said yes, I then told her my mats weren't shampooed and she said well they looked cleaned, I simply told her no. So she went to do what she was supposed to do. At this point I was frustrated. Why in the hell would I pay almost $50 dollars for a half ass job?! Not only that but I don't care if my mats look clean, I paid for them to get shampooed. I am never coming here again. The service I received was worth atleast $20. I'm pretty impressed with this place. It's recently under new ownership. I got the mini detail for 25 because it was the Thursday deal. I brought in a car from a previous owner that was filled with crumbs and little bits of food everywhere. I honestly thought there would be spots missed, but they actually did a really good job. Other than the parts that can't be cleaned, like ripped seats and what-not, it actually looks like a new car. I also love they're Wednesday deal, which is cleaning the inside and out. read more
