At first I was not sure whether it was a good or bad thing for me that Unink got bought out by another business, but upon my first meeting and session with John I immediately felt reassured, and grateful for his honesty and compassion toward the customers at Unink who were fed empty promises and false guarantees. I was an UnInk patient and although them going out of business has complicated things for me, it was defintely a blessing in disguise. I was estimated 6-8 treatments for my tattoo to be removed. I reached my 6th treatment in November and it had faded, sure, but was no where near gone. I am now seeing John at Clean Canvas and he has been very helpful, no bullsh*t and honest. I don't take kindly to being duped and I feel like that is what UnInk did to their patients. John is no non-sense, easily accessible (responds to texts and emails quickly) and genuinely seems to care about his patients. He didn't HAVE to take on UnInk's patients, he didn't get paid a dime to do it. So for that, I am eternally grateful. Otherwise, I probably would have gone to Dr. Tattoff or another fraud clinic and spent endless hours and dollars only to continue to be disappointed.
