This is the third time I've used Clean Carpet Rx and the second time in a row that I've had Nick as my crew chief. I love these guys and could not be happier. This time was when I moved out of a home. My landlord suggested a different company that they've used in the past but allowed me to use who I like. I have used clean carpet RX a number of times for my carpet cleaning needs. I never thought to ask for upholstery cleaning. As a mother of 3, they get stains in everything. Instead of purchasing a new $1000 dining set, I called them about upholstery cleaning. They came and did a great job on my dining rooms chairs, when the technician was here, he saw a had a few stains on my sofa and touched up it up while he was there. What an affordable way to keep your furniture clean. I love their services and even asked them to put me on the maintainable list for occurring cleaning. I now do not have to stress when the kids get frosting on the chairs. It's a quick call and the stains are gone. I'll be a customer for a lifetime! read more

I was in shock when we came back a little over an hour later to find the carpet looking like it was brand spanking new. It was cleaned, scrubbed, deodorized, sanitized and AMAZING!! I contacted Steve in May about using my Groupon voucher. I was not sure when I would be able to use it since I wanted to apply it to my move out cleaning. The promotional value had expired but Steve told me when ever I was ready, he would apply the original purchase value to my carpet cleaning. When I contacted him in December to make an appointment to do the carpets, he was able to accommodate my schedule. I had my carpets done by Vinnie & Justin on 12/29. It was a great experience. My son and daughter paid for our carpet to get shampooed for our Christmas gift! My niece and sister had used them and said they were really good! My daughter called to schedule the appointment and they were very informative as to what they required from us, and she made the appointment. They were very prompt and my daughter said that Lionel was really nice! I came home after work to check out our carpet. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they did cleaning our carpet. Lionel and Rob came out today to clean my carpets and do a pet treatment for my move out clean. They were on time and even rang a cortousey call for a heads up on eta. They came in and knocked the job out so quickly and I kind of wished I would have called before this instead of doing it myself every month. They were both very polite and professional. As they were leaving Lionel was cleaning my tile floor as he walked out and I told him not to bother because I had to steam the floors anyways, he kindly refused and said he likes to leave the home the same way he entered it. I called Clean Carpet RX on 10/22/2013 to get a carpet cleaning estimate for our office. Spoke with Stephen, who explained what they can and cannot do. Made an appointment for an estimate the next day. Received a call from Cisco asking to move the appointment to Friday. We agreed. So Friday came and went and no one showed up. No call, nothing. We called this company based on their Yelp reviews. I read every single review they received before deciding to contact them. I glad that those who were able to use their service found them to be a very good company. Based on the service we received, I cannot say the same. Update 11/06/13 Stephen from Clean Carpet RX stopped by our office to apologize for missing our appointment. I have to admit, I did not expect this. Based on this, I have to change my rating from 1 to 3. Not many companies would go the extra mile like this and apologize in person. read more

Have used clean carpet rx a couple of times and they show up on time, explain what they are doing, ask what I think various stains are and then go to work to quickly clean the carpet - mine is off-white so since we spill a lot, it needs lots of cleaning and CC RX does a great job. read more

I can't remember the gentleman who I talked to who helped me to book the appointment (that was about a month ago), but he was very friendly and our set up phone call was efficient. Lionel and Nick came out to our apartment this morning and were also very friendly and professional. I got a text message (with a link to help me track the cleaning team's location) and a phone call from Lionel to double check that we were ready (they arrived early, which was fine by me). Every home I've lived in has had carpeting so you could say I'm kind of a spaz about having my carpet professionally cleaned. The service I received from Clean Carpet RX was exceptional! Lionel and Rob were prompt, polite, courteous, and most of all, very pleasant to work with. They explained the process and got to work. They send confirmation and updates via text when they're on their way and you can even track their location. It's a slight intrusion to have someone come into your living space so good service and professionalism goes a long way with me. They don't charge you extra for doing a once over with their vacuum prior to spraying the solution and there were no hidden fees tacked on. Highly recommend them for your next carpet cleaning.
