I was really impressed with the guys at Clean Carpet Rx right from the first phone call I made. Stephen, the owner, was friendly, professional and really helpful. I was interested in getting my couches cleaned and I had a few question about what they do. He answered all my questions and told me about their promotion. After calling around and getting estimates from a few other carpet businesses I decided to go w/ these guys because they had awesome customer service and were very knowledgable about carpet/upholstery cleaning. I was honest and asked what's the diff. between getting one of those rental machines at Home Depot and Stephen explained how those machines are known for creating mold because the water extraction isn't as powerful as a professional cleaning. I was sold. AND that's even before they cleaned my furniture! So Stephen and Cisco showed up early, worked hard & were friendly and pleasant. Great, Great experience! I mention pleasant because there was a lot going on (construction work on our property and stuff everywhere, plus I have a 2 year old!). THESE GUYS ROCK!! We were moving out and had to get our bedroom, living room, hallway and stairs professionally cleaned, dealing with a landlord is never easy so we wanted to make sure that we brought in the best. We called Clean Carpet Rx on a Wednesday, explained our needs and by on Friday they were at my house, with a fully booked schedule ahead of them. We had all types of stains from pets, food, drinks and most common stains that occur in the house. It was unbelieveable to see the before/after difference in the very hightraffic areas like the staircase and hallways. It looked brand NEW! Clean Carpet Rx uses only the top grade commercial cleaning machines and industrial grade cleaning solutions. The smell was so refreshing! :) They were so informative and its obvious to see why they have the best reviews and 5 star ratings across the board! They really know their stuff. It was so awesome! Awesome display of professionalism and quality service. Setting up an appoint was easy. Sending me reminders were convenient. Then the 15 min upon arrival text was accurate. The wave and handshake upon arrival was a personal touch. It took Nick & Lionel about 20 min to unload and Nick gave a inquisitive walk thru of the carpet which assured me he knows his carpets. The whole process took a bit over an hour for 3 bedroom, hallway, stairs, and then the unload/pack up process. Nick showed me the carpet water and it was not clear at all. Good sales pitch to show the need of yearly carpet cleaning. Definently worth the money. Nick always kept in communication with me through out the whole process. He then cleaned my sink area, mopped their tracks and addressed everyone with a goodbye as he left. Maybe a reccomendation is to provide/rent out floor fans to speed up the drying process. read more

Before the awesome gentlemen from Carpet RX came to my house I was worried that they wouldn't be able to get the red dirt stains out of the carpets on my stairs for my move out inspection, but let me tell you, these two men did an amazing job. Nicholas and Francis did what I thought couldn't be done. They made our carpets look brand new and left them smelling amazing to the point that you would even know that dogs use to live in this house. They were professional and respectful and made sure that I was satisfied with the work they did. I had extremely dirty carpet that had not been cleaned for 2 years. It had suffered numerous coffee spills that were not wiped up correctly, a serious foot-path and two misbehaving dogs! It was either going to be cleaned or would have to be replaced. I read all the great reviews and got scheduled for cleaning. Nick and Francis arrived today as promised and started the process immediately. They removed stains I thought would not go away and the dog odors just disappeared! It looked like a dark gold carpet when they arrived and when they left, it was bright gold and I don't think it ever looked this good after previous cleanings and this cleaning was more thorough and cost less than others. Lionel and Nick arrived a little earlier than expected. Not a bad thing but I just couldn't meet them till our scheduled time. When my girlfriend and I arrived to our old house we were surprised to see they that they had everything unloaded, set and ready to go. Our carpets weren't that dirty and could care less about the outcome considering we were moving out just needed it cleaned. When they were done though, I was taken a back when I looked at the carpets. It literally almost looked brand new. I had no idea that I was living with carpet of a darker dirtier shade. The carpets were cleaned before we moved into the unit 4 years ago but the way it looked when Lionel and Nick were done... looked better than when we moved in. Great job guys keep it up. Lionel was extremely polite and professional. He was at the house early and already setup to start right at the appointment time. He explained the whole process clearly. He projected it would take him an hour and a half and he finished in that time. The carpet looks and smells great. It's a 15 year old rental carpet, so it has seen a lot of traffic. Not to mention I have 3 dogs that have abused it over the last 2 years. He managed to make it white again! He even got up a few rust stains that were pretty set in. There was no fuss with payment either, as it was the exact flat rate they quoted over the phone when I made the appointment. I would highly recommend Carpet RX. Even before deciding on their services after receiving a quote, I explained that I was shopping around. He warned to know what to ask for or what to look for online in the small/fine print regarding services because of hidden fees that some companies charge. I appreciated the heads up and decided to go with them without shopping around. Last Saturday, 1/25/14, Steven and his co-worker gave a call to let us know how far out they were before arriving at the job site. At the site, he assessed the carpets and even though we did not tell him how old the carpets were, he knew from the condition and gave us an honest review, preparing us possibly for the outcome. I figured after seeing the company's reviews here on yelp, this was going to be a no-brainer. The booking over the phone was easy and informative. Then the real test came- cleaning day. This carpeting was originally going to be replaced, but the landlord decided to give it one more shot. And boy were these carpets disgusting. Justin and Lionel showed up promptly on time. After reading all the other reviews, i think they've said everything I was going to say. Clean Carpet RX is THE BEST!! As everyone else has said (and I agree), the guys came exactly when they said they would, they showed us the equipment and how they were going to use it, and they turned our lightly ratty-looking carpet into brand-new clean carpet again! Then what they did to some upholstered chairs was a total miracle. I really am sorry I didn't take photos DURING the process, as you could see the amazing difference between the "before" and "after" so dramatically!!! This company had me covered from the start. Called in, got a very reasonable quote and the date I wanted but not exactly the right time. The gentleman at the office assured me that as long i can be there to let the technician in and do a quick walk through then I could be on my way and that they could lock up for me. They made it really easy for my busy schedule. The technicians name was Lionel, he showed up, gave me a 10 minuet walk through addressing my concerns and I was on and about my day. This company is awesome, had me covered from beginning to start. I expressed to the gentleman at the office that i couldnt be there to meet the workers that were gonna be at my job. It seems like they deal with this issue a lot and had my problem solved. All i had to do was leave a key in my lock box and payment was made over the phone. How simple. This company is amazing. They were here early and finished within the hour. Had a queen sized bed cleaned and I couldn't believe how dirty it was. It didn't even look that dirty! Nick and Francis were the people who helped me today and they are amazing and quick. I can't wait to sleep in my clean bed. When they got here, we did a walk around to see what needed to be cleaned which was just my mattress. After that, he got to work. Both Nick and Francis were done within the hour. We have been using Clean Carpet Rx for about the last 18 months. We have them come about every 6 months to do all of our area rugs and main furniture (1 sectional, 1 couch and 1 chair and a half). They have come on 3 separate occassions and are by far the best carpet company we have used on the mainland and in Hawaii.
