I want to start by saying I have been using this company for almost 3 years on a monthly basis. I hardly ever had the same ladies come to the house and If I did I never saw them more than twice. The turnover here is insane. They did a fine job. However, on the last cleaning they stripped the finish on the oil rubbed bronze fixtures in my bathroom. When I went to address the issue via email, text and calls no one will respond or take accountability for the mishap. I have sent numerous texts, calls and emails. It's been almost 2 Months and no one will return my calls or texts or emails. I am 7 months pregnant and don't have the time or energy for this. They left me high and dry with an added expense of having to change out faucets at my own expense since they don't seem to want to own up to their mistakes. This company is unreliable and doesn't take accountability for their actions.
