I keep things up in between, but they clean so many additional things that I would never get to (like wiping down the window blinds). The office communicates well, with appointment reminders and updates. They have been flexible with me on a few occasions when I needed to change dates/times. If your home has really fallen into neglect, you might want to start with the deep cleaning. That's what I did and now I am on a monthly schedule.
