So disappointed!!! We just moved here from AZ and loved Clean Eatz in Glendale! We went every week for lunch and to pick up our meals for the week. This location is not very good. Food was not hot and the cauliflower was very mushy! Only 1 freezer to select meals from. In AZ they had 4! Very very very disappointed! We spent over $400 a month for food and meals. I have visited Clean Eatz twice now. The first time was several months ago and I was impressed. On that visit I did a build your own bowl. It was satisfying in quantity and flavor. This past visit (about a week ago) was unfortunately a different experience. I ordered a cobb salad. My brother ordered the kale salad. I asked for mine not to have arugula since I am not a fan. I assumed that they would automatically fill it in with additional romaine. When it arrived, I was disappointed. Not only was the salad small, but it was missing some ingredients. It had grilled pieces of ham instead of bacon. It did not have the tomatoes or avocado. The eggs were weirdly sliced and then grilled egg whites. It wasn't bad, but it was not a cobb salad. My Brother's kale salad was supposed to have goat cheese and quinoa in it. It did not. It had carrots added (which luckily he likes, but the huge chunks did not work with the salad). It also had a TON of raisins. The buffalo cauliflower side that my Brother ordered was by far the best and most filling thing that we had. It had a lot of flavor even though the cauliflower didn't look like it was that covered in the sauce/seasoning. I think they use some sort of sauce or oil on it that really shines through. Overall, we were still filling unsatisfied and made the choice to order a smoothie each. The smoothies were hands down the best thing here. Delicious! They use sugar free chocolate syrup, whey powder, etc. to make them healthy, but they taste gluttonous. We walked out finally happy with our smoothies. In the car we realized how expensive and unsatisfying it had been and agreed to only go back for smoothies. They also have a pretty impressive grab and go section. I was thrilled to see cauliflower crust pizza in there ($8 each!). I did not try them though to attest to how they are. Overall, I love the concept. If you eat here, do not order a salad. Go with a bowl and look at what you receive closely. I do recommend the smoothies. read more

I prefer this spot to fresh kitchen. No more wondering if they have what I like that day. The small bowl is like 8.95 and definitely enough food for most. Protein, base, 3 veggies, sauce & more. They have more base options than fresh kitchen, including sweet potatos and cauliflower rice. They also have a wider variety of proteins, veggies and sauces. All bowls come with one of their house made stevia sweetened drinks which are good considering what they are. I've really just only deducted one star because their only smoothie options are ALL protein . Maybe this wouldn't be such a big deal but the vegan protein they use is an acquired taste for sure. This place is awesome! Everything on the menu is healthy and has the calorie count listed, which is amazing. I had the Hammerhead wrap with fresh avocado instead of guacamole, and a side of yogurt. The wrap was grilled warm, fresh, and just exactly what I wanted! It was filling too. The yogurt had cinnamon and diced apples in it, it was like dessert! They have a special offer for $3 off if you check in on social media, so make sure to take advantage of that. The only thing that would make it better is if it was open a little later, but overall this is a solid spot for lunch, an early dinner, or a healthy snack after the gym. read more

I have visited numerous Clean Eatz locations in North Carolina, so when I was heading down to Florida for vacation recently, I was pleased to find that they had locations in the Tampa Bay area also. Eating well when you are on vacation can be a tough gig, but places like this make it easy. The staff at this location was fabulous like my experiences elsewhere. Super friendly and enthusiastic about healthy eating. I visited twice when I was in town, and both the Philly and the "Big Boy" Bison burgers I had were wonderful. Go with the fresh yogurt as as side item. This makes a wonderful after meal treat, and it's delicious. Calorie counts for all menu items are clearly listed, and all the ingredients they use are super fresh. I had already made arrangements with another meal prep company for my take home meals in Florida, but I wanted to try out a couple from Clean Eatz also for the sake of comparison. These were just OK. The nutrition was on point but they did not set the world on fire by any means. They would work in a pinch though. Getting items fresh at the Cafe is the best way to have this food. Couldn't miss a review on my favorite day: #ThankYouThursday Everyone knows I really enjoy cooking. Because of this I don't dabble in the meal prepped biz world so much. But when I do Clean Eatz, St. Pete is 5 stars all the way! The menu drops on Thursdays, you place your order and pickup on Sunday. Simple as can be! The menu is set but you can still modify! And the price is sooo great. Whenever I know I'm headed into a busier week this is the go-to solution. My favorite time to use Clean Eatz is the week before traveling. When I don't want to have a lot of groceries in my home and I need to spend the time in the evenings doing things like, oh you know staring at my suit case pretending to pack. I'd been past here a few times and thought it would be interesting to check out for lunch as at home we only prepare fresh, whole foods and don't eat anything prepackages or prepared as a rule. The ladies at the counter were warm and greeted me right away, there were a few tables inside and a few more people sitting outside, with a few picking up take out. I checked out the menu board and thee seems to be a lot going on; f you haven't been there before the menu combined with their meal program is a lot to take in. I ordered the "BOSTON MASS" QUESO ($7.99) Chicken, peppers, onions, mozzarella, and a jerk sauce folded into a quesadilla at 521 calories. It kind of suffers and identity crisis, it sounds Italian with the chicken, onions, peppers and mozzarella, but has Caribbean jerk sauce in a tortilla it's listed under sandwiches but is a quesadilla. The chicken was a bit dry while the onions and peppers were really crunch, there was only the tiniest bit of mozzarella and the jerk sauce added some heat and a little pop. It was a good sized portion. I ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower ($4.99) from the Snack Menu at only 51 calories. It was a basket with fist full of cauliflower, steamed and tossed in Buffalo sauce with a small cup of fat free ranch dressing. It was pretty lame, I guess I expected roasted cauliflower to give it a little crunch and texture and at $4.99 9 it was really pricey. I was excited to try clean eatz as a meal plan or for meals when I don't feel like cooking but want to stay in my macros. Their Facebook ads and food looked enticing and I had already tried a couple of other macro friendly meal services in the area. Sadly clean eatz fell extremely short for me. First and foremost is taste and their food did NOT taste good. I got one of each off of their weekly menu and did not like any of them. One I couldn't stomach and had to throw away. Some additional cons about this business is that they don't deliver. It is pick up only and this was quite a trek for me. Now for the obvious....if your entire basis is clean food and meal plans then it would stand to reason that you would clearly mark your food with the macro information. The weekly meal options are only posted for a couple of days, you order and wait then pick up on Sunday. By the time you pick up the menu has been removed off of the website and the macro numbers are nowhere to be found on the containers themselves. Not only are the macros not on there but even the name of the entree is nowhere to be found! Mystery dinner tonight! This is just not good business. I swing by here to grab prepped meals once every couple of weeks or so. On Wednesdays they offer a buy 3 get 1 free promo which equates to healthy, reasonably priced meals throughout the week. The wife and I will swing by (note they are within walking distance of our condo) on weekends to get a wrap, etc so I can vouch their made to order menu is good as well. The people that work here are great and genuinely care about helping you maintain a healthier lifestyle but don't push anything on you. My only knock, if you can call it that, is some of the items can be a little bland; however, they have some options to add a kick if you want. As the focus is healthy food and most sauces add empty calories, I understand why dishes are made this way and have no issues adding my own flavor to suit my tastes. To sum up, if you are looking to ditch fast food or just hate cooking for one, this is an excellent opportunity to help you lose some weight by just changing up your normal diet. read more

I needed to eat healthy again after drinking beer and eating large amount of carbs. After working out I wanted to eat lunch with less carbs, less fat, more vegetables and not fried. I got a build your own bowl that consisted veggies, chicken, seasoning and sauce. It's exactly what I wanted. Nothing too complex just the right ingredients after a workout. Food may taste somewhat bland but that's what you get to exclude any large amount of salt, fat and sugar. The sauce helped out to include the seasonings provided at the table. My workout buddy and I stopped in here for lunch after a gym session. She had the waist watcher wrap and I had the hammerhead wrap. The food was really good, I love that they have the nutrition info handy since I count macros and this makes dining out so easy! My only complaints would be 1) the location. It's definitely in a corner of a large complex, hard to see unless you're looking for it and the parking is weird(nbd really). 2) the veggie side they give you is legit 2 quarter pieces of celery a piece or two of broccoli and 3 carrots, all raw, served with a bland "taziki" sauce which tastes more like vegenaise than anything else. All in all, I loved the hammerhead wrap which contained salmon, spinach, turkey bacon, guacamole and a cilantro lime sauce - legit delicious!!! But the veggie side was a bit disappointing and I probably would have chose a different side if it had been advertised differently. Being in the corner doesn't do the place justice. The food is good. As the title says it's clean and you have a good amount of options. The menu looks overwhelming at first but once you get it, things are just like some of the other healthy eating places. I love the service. And it didn't take too long for the food to get out to me. You can tell the food was just prepared and wasn't sitting around somewhere in a pot. They also offer meal plans and to go meals on the spot if your in a hurry. I would recommend it. Absolutely LOVE this place. I love their buy 3 get 1 free's on Wednesday and I stock up. The meals take all the hassle out of the grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning. I pop them in the oven for 15 min at 325 degrees and perfect. The food stays fresh for awhile too so we constantly stock up. Each week they always have different options, we've tried so many but Grecian Steak and Chicken Bruschetta are our favorites. We just moved here and this makes life so much easier not having to think too hard about preparing a nutritious meal that's honestly more reasonable and less expensive than us trying to recreate ourselves.
