Excellent service. We sat outside on the patio it had heated lamps and blankets. I ordered the salmon with dill and brown butter sauce. It was served with hummus and cucumbers thinly sliced in a swirl with a light oil and vinegar sauce. The salmon was excellent 10/10. My friend ordered the halibut he really enjoyed the flavor but was expecting a bigger portion. We shared 3 drinks. The fresh margarita 9/10. The mule (ours was mojito style we loved it) 10/10. The beech drink kumocha and vodka. Sweet and refreshing.

If you have not been to St Pete bistro, why not? The menu is free of all common allergens, farm table, artfully, prepared by people who love food and our food is at Hart. They have an exquisite wine list, both by the bottle and the glass, mock tails, craft cocktails, amazing desserts, and anyone getting here. The place is reserved for foodies because really you must have exquisite taste buds to appreciate the level of flavors on your pallet at Sōl St Pete. Family owned business, it is a must try.

It's not every day you come across a menu as thoughtful as the one at Sol Bistro. This place is truly special and everything is made with anti-inflammatory, high-quality, fresh ingredients. They take health and food sensitivities seriously, yet I never once felt like I was "missing out" on anything. They offer multiple types of gluten-free bread, and the biscuits topped with sheep's pecorino romano were absolutely delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the Filet Mignon Ragù Gnocchi. It was incredibly flavorful, and the filet was so tender. My only wish? A little more of that amazing meat. Lastly, don't skip the chocolate chip cookie with adaptogens, coconut sugar, and coconut whip for dessert. With only a handful of tables, the atmosphere inside is cozy, warm, and intimate. And getting to be served by the founder and executive chef, Debbie, made the experience feel even more personal. Highly recommend Sol Bistro -- perfect for a date night or honestly any occasion where you want an elevated meal.

This place is unmatched. Exceptional vegan options, fantastic service, moody ambiance. We ordered the mushroom bruschetta, the gnocchi, the vegan French onion soup (top notch) and, our favorite, the lions mane steak (do not skip this). The chocolate ganache was good but the warmed chocolate chip cookie was the MVP of desserts!

I went to Sol last night to kick off my birthday weekend and let me tell you, this place is very special. It feels like you are in someone's home and they are cooking for you personally. Never have I felt so cared for, not worried about getting a reaction from cross-contamination from gluten, and just blown away by how delicious the food is. I got the French onion soup, the mushroom bruchetta and the house salad with sea bass. All were exceptional and crafted with love. I would highly recommend this place, and I look forward to returning again soon.

Went here for a nice quiet romantic evening after my husband and I got married. It was absolutely perfect. The service was phenomenal and the food even better. The owner, Debbie, comes and speaks to ensure a great experience. I absolutely love the Chilean Sea bass. It is so buttery and seared just perfectly! I recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not a GF girly, but I have a friend who is, so we came here for dinner to see if it was as good as it sounded. We were pleasantly surprised! It's a very small spot--indoor seating is limited but they do have a patio outside (not sure though if people are actually seated there). So a reservation is recommended. They have different dining options -- you can either choose from a set menu or choose things yourself, which is what we decided to do. All of the dishes were honestly pretty darn good, from the appetizers to our entrees. This place definitely isn't cheap though so keep that in mind. I'd say it's worth trying at least once to have some genuinely good GF food if you're interested in exploring that culinary option. :)

Wowwww Sol is amazing! I could tell the ingredients were fresh. My main dish was the burger, it was hearty, tender and perfectly seasoned. Also, I loved the bread- the olive oil that it came with may be the best I've ever had at a restaurant- garlicky and delicious!!! The soups were phenomenal too, we got the sweet potato, French onion and the tomato bisque- i can't decide which was the best, seriously amazing across the board. The vibes were immaculate- a little boho upscale casual vibe which felt relaxing, with good music playing too. Our service was amazing and our waitress was really knowledgeable about the dishes- always a plus. Def recommend!!!

I like seeing no seed oil and farm to table options in saint pete, but this one missed the mark a bit for us. This is a very intimate dining experience, dimly lit with only about ten or so tables inside. The cocktails are all $18 and after ordering a couple, I would NOT recommend the new fashioned or mojito. The new fashioned seemed like the bartender let the drink sit awhile and the ice was mostly melted by the time they served it and my mojito had a off flavor I couldn't quite place. almost like diet soda or some other artificial flavor. The Chilean seabass was good but was a very small plate with just a little puree and some zucchini spirals on it for $59 (roughly). The lions mane mushroom was also good but the veg on that plate was some type of spinach which I thought was slimy and had little flavor. An issue for us was that we asked our server for some recommendations for drinks and food and each time she said something like how they were all such different options but everything on the menu was equally good. We all know some items on a menu are more popular than others, so why not ensure a diner's enjoyment by suggesting some of those items? By some comments made, she seemed like an owner. We also thought there were not enough animal proteins and animal cheeses on the menu. Overall, great concept, but I think they need to work on their offerings.

Wow! What an experience!! I was pleasantly overwhelmed by the variety of menu options and excited to go somewhere vegan-friendly :) The decor and vibe is very intimate and boho and the service was fantastic. We enjoyed the pre fixe menu and all our various selections. The salad, potato bisque and mushroom bruschetta were fantastic as starters. The vegan mushroom parmish was INSANELY good and others at the table enjoyed the non-vegan version as well as their steak and surf and turf entrees. Dessert was very tasty as well. Would 1000% come back asap.

My vegan friend recommended Good Intentions, and I haven't had a nice vegan dinner in a while, so I decided to come see what this place was all about, in honor of my beloved Ethos. RIP. We make reservations, show up, park anywhere we can find in this wild, wild West portion of town, and start browsing the menu. It sounds absolutely delicious. We started off with the Southern Sriracha Crab Cakes (Hearts of palm and jackfruit crab cakes, sriracha pimento, Thai chili glaze, seitan bacon crumbles, pickled fresno, scallion, sesame). These were great. Very crispy, the inside was the spitting image of crab cake filler, and there was just enough Old Bay to really sell it. Spicy sauces and other elements made this quite the lovely little app. We also had the Crispy Brussels Sprouts (Dan Dan tahini, toasted cashews, pickled fresnos, scallion). Wow, this was good. Tahini was a great choice, the sprouts were crispy crispy, and the cashews added a wonderful little crunch. My main was the Kimchi Fried Rice (Crispy fried jasmine rice, scrambled JustEgg, kimchi, sweet soy reduction, fried crab balls, kewpie aioli, scallion, sesame seeds). Better than some of the non-vegan fried rices I've had in my life! Great rice with some nice crisp, flavorful but not too funky kimchi, a nice soy sauce, and a nice aioli to sauce things up a bit. I also got to try a bucatini bolognese of some sort that I can't find on the menu anymore. Maybe it was a special. But it was good. Really deceivingly real meat crumbles, a lovely sauce, and bucatini is one of my favorite noodles. Big fan. Overall, this was not a good vegan meal. It was a good meal. I love places like this. I think that more people need exposure to places like this. I'll be back.

For $10 you get the quiche plus a potato salad which tasted better than I expected, mild, full of texture, and pairing well with the soft flavorful quiche. I also got a half Chickpea bakon salad ($12) which was generously loaded with ranch dressing and tasted fresh. All in all, made for a filling and delicious meal.
