This car wash is horribly run ever since circle k took over. Their machine is constantly broken, and even when it's working, it doesn't clean cars or dry them as well as competitors with a sinilar type of machine. Many times you will go to get your car washed and find out they are closed because it has broken down. They clearly have hundreds (if not thousands) of members, because it's so crowded when they are open. They way over sell memberships. But they still won't invest in getting a machine that breaks down less often! Cheapo turds. read more

The car wash quality has gone hill in the past 5 years. They make it nearly impossible to cancel monthly subscription with to many steps to take. Instead of just canceling after sending all of the necessary information, they then want to email you a link that has so many steps I guess they hope you just wont do them all. :/ I used to be a loyal customer for 7 years!! Squeaky clean as always. There's nothing better than a sparkling vehicle. They provide a bug removal juice scrub prior if you need it. The staff is always friendly with what little contact you have with them. The membership is $19/month & well worth it! Free vacuum services & discounted extra detailings with membership. They also offer detailed services for nonmembers at a regular price. The only downfall is the location. It is on the corner of 90th St/ via Linda. It's a very busy intersection with a lot of new coffee shops & restaurants. The access to the 101 freeway Off Via Linda gets very congested. read more

First impressions are everything!! This was my first and last visit. I stopped in to test out a possible new service location for our company vehicles. When I first arrived, I drove up to the lane that said " Full service" . There were no other cars in any of the lanes. The attendant came out, I rolled my window down to great him and told him that this was my first time in and asked how it worked. It started off by telling me that he was the only one here. I guess he meant in the drying line. He then proceeded to point across the way to the drive through menu and that I was to go over there. So I did. This gentleman was very helpful. I told him I wanted a basic wash and the interior vacuumed and armorall. He said we do that and that would be $21.00. I paid the amount and drove to the wash. Went through the wash and then back to the "full Service" lane. Again, I am the only one in the lane. So as he watched me pull in and with no direction, I proceeded to pull to the front of the lane. He yells out, " slow down". I park and get out of my vehicle, again not knowing what to do or where to go, I asked, " do I go in side to wait"? He response. " yep" So know I have about had it with this guys attitude. He finishes and waves to me to come back. I return and get in my vehicle, it is all dusty inside, there is still trash in the door and as I go to drive off he stops me and says , you need to go in and pay. I say " I did" he confronts me and says, " how much did you pay" I told him $21.00 . I go leave without paying him a tip and he says" thanks for the tip". So a couple of things went wrong in my opinion. First he was a total grump through the whole process. Second, he apparently didn't asked to see my receipt to confirm what services I paid for because I assume if he had he would have known to clean the inside but then again, wouldn't even the basic vacuum include vacuuming out the trash in the door? I might also add that the lobby smelled very badly and there was a guy passed pout in the chair, again, with no other guests there I only have to assume he was an employee. I didn't get the guys name that I described but what I can tell you is that he was on the shorter side, stocky side with big sunglasses. read more

i have been a long standing customer of Clean freak car wash on Via Kinda, from the time they opened . It was the best thing going! It was convenient and they did a great job! The employees were very nice and went out of their way to be. first I want to say Kris is an excellent employee. He really does a great job. He has strong customer service skills along with an understanding heart and compassion. There are some excellent employees and at the same time I was given the run around for a week. I wanted to change my program to a less expensive one. all week I was told the manager wasn't there or he was busy . I must have made five trips to resolve a situation . after I spoke with a manager and the issue resolved. , I had my car washed. I am on the program that I have as many washes all month a that includes cleaning the inside of the car which is a monthly fee of over $ 50.00 a month . When I pulled my car up to the location where the inside is cleaned A guy told me I had to pay 10. 00 additional dollars. . I tried to tell him that I had paid for that plan but he argued with me ! I think he's lazy and he didn't want to do it.. kris took care of the problem. And he cleaned the car. Thats why I am writing the letter on his behalf. Kris's is a hard worker . Automatic wash is just okay. My issue is the inconsistencies in their hours. Nothing is ever the same for the detail department. It's always something. Day of the week, staffing, too many jobs, etc etc. Why advertise it if you can't honor it? Not to mention the inconsistency in the charge for services. Do not get your car washed here unless you want flat tires! I had come here for a long time to vacuum my car and got a car wash to top it off. As we pulled out of the wash, my car was rattling. A few miles down the road, we get a flat tire and there is a giant screw and washer on the inside of my tire, not on the part that touches the ground. It was shoved as deep as it could've been, which is really only possible with a lot of force like from the tire track in the wash. Quite frankly, I wouldn't have left this review if the middle aged ginger male manager wasn't so rude. We brought in the washer, told him how their business left us stranded, and gave him back the screw so he could fix the problem. His solution? He sipped his monster and rudely said "I don't recognize this" as if anyone would recognize every single screw in a building they work in. COVID RATING - poor Did not see any sanitation of vacuum stations going on at all. Bring your own sanitizer and wipes if you want to clean the tools yourself. Full Service cleaning and detailing available. The waiting room/lobby is cozy. Can be a little congested with the way this location is set up causing cross traffic and queuing back-ups. On a busy day there will not be enough vacuum stalls and may have to wait for an open spot. The site is fairly clean and did not have or excessive oil stains or trash littering the area. read more

Machinery tore my front right tire stem in half and destroyed the sensor. In addition to having car towed and an Uber ride home, I had a cost of $280.41 to repair it. I drove back to the car wash today and was told that Josh "the manager" just sent me an email and is denying paying this because they don't cover after market parts? This is not an after market part as they can see by the original sticker showing the tire sensor. I have also included pics of the damage. The people at this location are not very knowlegable about ANYTHING so that may be why they are refusing to pay. Starting to think this company is scamming people. Moved and have tried to cancel my membership five different times. I'm still being charged $20 a month. The only way to cancel membership is to submit the form on their website. There is no way in getting contact with anybody who works here. If you call the number they send you voicemail and tell you to go to the website. But then proceeded to ignore any cancellation request. And continue to charge $20. So I need to start with this was a FREE car wash that I got from clicking on an ad while browsing online. That being said, still not worth it tbh. The wash itself was decent and I have no doubt it got the dirt off. But the Drying of the car needs some serious help. Meaning that the blowers dod not in fact dry my car. Those that have lived in AZ for any short amount of time know that with dust, dirt, etc here in the desert know that lots of water spots on your car turn into dust spots and actually make your car look worse than it did before the wash. I've been coming to this location for several years, because I got sick of the constant high pressure upselling at Jacksons. Although I don't use the fast pass here, you can't beat the $10 wash. I try to find a time when it's not busy, but along Hayden Rd this is a highly trafficked area. The staff is always friendly and don't pressure me to buy the monthly unlimited package. They may just ask if I'm aware they offer it. Soft sell....I like that. However recently I've noticed that the dryers aren't working as well. Several times I've noticed soap still on my windshield as I drive out. I dropped it one star because it's annoying, and hopefully they'll fix it. Otherwise it's quick and convenient, and a good value. read more

This place is really too much. First of all when I drove up there they had two bizarre people working the monitor to choose your car wash. They wouldn't allow me to touch any of the buttons, and the little one with the squeaky voice was very cheerful, and the other guy who I can only assume what his bodyguard was completely silent and did not smile at all. There were 2 guys just standing around in the center and one gentleman who was working the tunnel (by himself) saw I needed help. Two years ago, when I lived nearby, I used Clean Freak regularly. The washes were just OK, but it was a good value. Fast forward to today. Went there today and got the worst car wash in my 73 years on Earth. Literally, I could have done as well using my yard blower. The dust was gone, but nothing else. At $7, this has to be the worst value anywhere. The positives: good vacuums and handy air hoses for blowing things off. The negatives: your car is barely cleaner than when you went in. I should have gone to Arizona Car Wash and got a full service wash. My car would have been clean inside and out. I will never go back to Clean Freak. read more

I have used this car wash several times in past couple years no issues. Today different story... I told first female attendant a couple months ago when I bought a car wash (least expensive one) the male attendant said my credit card did not go thru because the "arm" did not rise. He wanted to scan my cc again. I said it looks like it went thru on your machine but he assured me it did not. So, I gave him my card to charge second time. When I checked my cc statement, sure enough two charges went thru that day. I explained that to first female attendant who was confused and got a second female attendant to come help me. (Side note while waiting I see a sign "vacuums not working today") I explained to second female attendant my situation, she asked "which wash did you purchase?", I said the least expensive. I could not remember if it was $12.00 or $10.00. She says it had to be $10 we don't have a $12 wash. I again said, whatever wash it was, was the least amount and I was charged twice in a row last time I was here, which had been about two months ago. She then asked me "do you have membership price?" I'm totally taken back, because that question did not pertain to me. I say no membership, I pay as I go. She then says "sorry there is nothing we can do for you because our cameras don't go back that far". WOW, I can't believe what she's saying to me and now I am running out of time to argue, as I have appt soon nearby. I did say " this is not good business, I'm going to leave" (which meant she needed to lift the arm for me to get out. She YELLED (so rude) as I drove away "Have A Nice Day". This business could use a lesson on customer service. I should have made a stink over my cc being used twice at the time of the incident! Staff needs training so badly. I get a different story every time I come in. We signed up both our cars for the membership. I was billed separately for them on my credit card but then one of the cars couldn't get through. We were told you can't sign both cars up on the same day. So they canceled the one car and signed up again but charged my card again without crediting the first charge. Called. Mail box is full. Also they gave, with one of our cars, a free full detail coupon. I was gonna tip the guy $20 but glad I looked first. Cup holders and side door pockets were dirty, panel dusty, windows partially cleaned, back seat was dirty. They sort of vacuumed the carpet, they sort of wiped off the dash, and did a quick spray on the tires. Sure glad I didn't pay for that or tip for it. Customer service is really really bad. read more

Ok, so I'm a dork and pulled into the parking lot from the backside and rolled up the Full Service lane. I sat still for just a second and a very nice young man came over and asked if it was my first time here. This is when I knew I had done something wrong. LOL He was very nice and explained that Here you roll through the pay machine line first, pay for your desired wash and then add the full service (hand dry and interior clean) after. So I did it and rolled through the wash and back in line for the full service. Easy enough. The three men who dried the exterior and cleaned the interior did a GREAT job on the car. They were polite, meticulous, quick but not too quick, while I waited in the air conditioned lobby watching them do their thing. They even come up and get you and walk you to your vehicle when it's done. Nice place. Def recommend. read more
