This is usually the laundromat I choose to go to, but last time I went it was nasty. It was dirty half the washers were broken or dirty. It looks like nobody is taking care of the place it is falling apart. So this week when I did laundry, I went to a different laundromat in town and that one was super clean and well taken care of the washers worked really well and not a single one of them was broken or dirty so I'm not sure what's up with this place, but they need to get it together read more

It is really aggravating when a machine doesn't work and you put your money in it and there's nobody here or no number to call. The only thing you can hope for is following somebody else. I said I've learned my lesson the first time I will definitely find another laundromat. it's funny all you need is just one phone number. Worst laundromat I've ever seen or had to use. Most of the washers and dryers don't work. The dryers aren't marked out of service. I put $1.00 worth of quarters in dryer that didn't work. There's no telephone number posted for service. The place was filthy. read more

I would just call it Jeans Laundromat, cause it's not so clean. Washers had soap dripping down the sides, and with hair and lint balls in the tumbler or wash trap. More than half the machines were out of order. A few took our money and people were claiming machines that didn't have clothes ready for drying. This is by far the worst laundromat on the mountain. Be prepared to lose a lot of money and not get your clothes clean or dry. Dryers do not work and washers do not get them clean. When you call their number, of course they don't answer and their voicemail is not set up. This is morally wrong to run a business like this. read more

This place is filthy most of the time. To make it even worse, more than half of the machines are out of order. What really add to the frustration is the apparent indifference from the owner since this is going on for years. It is a shame to see a business run this way, it's clear that the owner doesn't care about the state of their establishment or their customers. Honestly, this place needs a serious overhaul. I f it was possible to give a minus rating I would.....I just spent 40 minutes sweeping and picking up debri in the business. If I was the owner I'd be ashamed. There is NOTHING in either vending machine. The fan above door is filthy, washers and dryers are out of service. Something needs to be done about this place ASAP! I would expect asp that the lint traps haven't been cleaned or even checked in years! This is a firetrap waiting to happen. Next door is a sports bar that will bring in more $ Foyt the future . The good: It's open 24 hours and it's located in between a sports bar and a great Mexican food restaurant. The bad: Dirty, dirty floors and equipment. Most of the equipment doesn't work and the vending machines for soap and softener are broken and/or empty. Up in BBL for work and had to do a quick load. Well, I had to borrow soap from someone else and then had to try to find equipment that worked amongst what was on hand. More of their washers and dryers don't work than ones that do. If you're visiting BBL, just pack enough clothes to not have to do laundry. read more

I would definitely return and recommend it to others. It has soap, bleach and softener dispenser and change machine & vending machines -drinks & snacks. There are tons of machines to choose from . This place is gross. Trash all over the floors and 2 people from rental agencies taking all the machines.

As far as laundromats go, this place is bottom barrel. The machines that actually work, which are few in number, are still unusable. Many of these machines are filthy, outside and in and smell of mildew. This was before the drying occurred. Drying your clothes here is pointless. The dryers don't heat, stop repeatedly through the cycle, and one machine has an incessant ring that will drive anyone up a wall. Furthermore, a call was placed to the so-called owner operator who played off substandard conditions for this sham of a business. She immediately began to argue saying the machines are clean and the dryers work, both extremely untrue. There is a blatant lack of respect for the business as well as for the patrons; never have I had such a bad experience from a laundromat. Do not risk your laundry here. It isn't worth it. read more

Colossal waste of time and money. Two of the four washers I used did not spin cycle and had to be rewashed in working machines, and then dryers were barely lukewarm... no exaggeration, items were in dryers for an hour and a half. Never again. You have been warned. read more

This place is sad. Machines are always broken. Trash is always overflowing. Whoever takes care of this place should be ashamed at how neglected the facilities are. I'll start with the good - I had one load of laundry to do, and I was able to get it all done for a $2 wash and a $1.25 dry. I felt that was pretty dang reasonable. And I wasn't there as long as I thought I'd be. But here's the not so good - the place was kinda dirty. The tops of the tubs inside the washers were caked with dirt. There were some wicked cobwebs on the ceiling. So you get a good deal, clean clothes for a good price, but the place is on the dumpy side. read more

I came here today with my boyfriend and friend to do over $30 in laundry and we are all utterly disappointed. You don't usually expect much when going to the laundromat, but at the very least you expect the machines to be clean. Not only were more than half of the machines either scuffed or filthy on the inside, the places to insert your detergent were caked on with past soap residue and dirt. Also, the dryers seem to be low power as it took almost an hour to dry a very small load. Having lived down in the city before, I understand it can be hard to keep a public laundromat in perfect shape, but how can you expect customers to feel comfortable coming to wash their clothes in a place that isn't clean itself? There is a difference between an establishment being reasonably untidy and filthy disgusting; Clean Jeans Laundromat has crossed that line. To make matters worse, one of us called the number posted on their page to express our concerns on the health standards, the woman who answered had nothing reassuring to say expect for, "We clean the machines at night." Her tone implicated she had obviously received complaints before but the poor condition of her business doesn't seem to concern her. read more

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR CLOTHES. Just left there and the machine ruined my $125.00 duvet cover. I stopped going years ago because this place was filthy, washers were horrible and dryers even worse and the owners did not care. I heard a new owner took over so I went in a few weeks go. Standard washer costs $2.00 and the water does not fill up to the top. Dryers DO NOT dry and it costs about a $1.50 to get your linens or towels dry. I do a minimum of 7 loads a week that's about $25.00 a week. I thought I would give it a 2nd chance. The place was dirty. Washers had not been wiped down, floor was dirty and the carts had people left over bags and hangers. I did my laundry and noticed my duvet had dryer marks in it from the drum. I saw someone who worked there and showed him. There was another girl in there doing her laundry. She said that happens all the time and no one has ever done anything about it. I spoke with Seth who was there and he said to wash over and he gave me the quarters to wash over. I got it out of washer and out in dryer. The marks did not come out. I showed Seth and he said "we have no control over what other people do here and there is nothing I can do!" HE WAS UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING FOR ME. HE DIDN'T CARE. He does not appreciate a regular customer who spends at least $100.00 per month. I passed that in to him and he just walked away behind closed doors and said have a nice day. I cannot use this duvet cover and it is now trash. I would not even give them 1 start then get a ZERO! This place has not changed. You can put lipstick on a pig and dress it up but it's still a pig.... oink oink! read more

This place is a TOTAL RIP OFF. I am going to write to the Better Business Bureau and file a formal complaint to the City of Big Bear Lake. Every single machine in that place is broke.... you can tell by the laundry detergent at the bottom of the machines ( people have placed their clothes, detergent and removed them cause machine was broken. Some other machines are half way filled with dirty water, probably the machine stoped in the middle of the wash) and people had to remove their clothes.... unfortunately I didn't notice all this until after I try to use a machine. When the cycle was completed and the machine stoped my clothes were still dripping with soap and water. I tried many times to call the number on the window just to get the answering machine. No one bothered calling me back. I looked at the other machines and then realized every single one had problems. So I had to take my soapy clothes and drive to a different laundromat. This people let you put your coins in their broken machines, don't provide the service and don't refund your money. That is call Stealing. I will file a complaint because what they are doing it is not Legal. read more
