The dryer was a quarter for about 6 minutes. Their quarter change machine worked for $1 & $5 (says it works for $20 too). Regular laundry drop off was $1.75 per pound with a 24-48hr pickup (sounds like a deal to me). We are renting a cabin nearby that doesn't have a washer or dryer. The Wash and Wear was a great place to go. I would recommend it. Locals there doing laundry, weekenders & short term rentals. I got 6 loads of washing done in 36 minutes & only needed 3 dryers. I tried drying my clothes on low and permanent press options and they were damp for a long time, so I put the dryer on high for 4 minutes and they were dry after that.

Some of the regular white washers don't actually wash your clothes. They just sit in the water & drain out so your clothes are not only still dirty, they are super soapy & you have to now use another washer. People like these washers because it's only $1.75 to wash but they aren't worth it. 3. More & more machines, both washers and dryers are broken. Some have been broken for a while & some of the bottom big dryers don't heat up. It's close to home so I'll still come here, but I wish stuff would get fixed and work properly so I'm not wasting money.

Their biggest machine (8 loads -$9.25) fill up FAST since there are only two of those. However, the next size washer (6 loads - $7.75) there are 7 of those. All other washers on premises range from 1 load & up. There is ALWAYS someone on site and you'll always catch them cleaning. Change machine, vending machines, and even a store is present where the attendant will break your larger bills or you can buy snacks and or laundry needs. My only gripe(s) isn't even with the laundromat itself, it's the area. As someone who's lived in the area I know what to expect but it constantly smells like weed outside and unfortunately it drifts into the laundromat especially when they leave the doors open sometimes. My second gripe is parking. The laundromat is situation in a small shopping center with Walgreens so you'll find parking but it might not be as close as you want.

Owner needs to clean machines! Washers and dryers! Owner needs to fix the temperature of water in the washers. Cold comes out hot. I put two load of clothes in two washers right next to each other same variety of clothes same temperature "cold" is what I wanted However when I pulled out my clothes they were very HOT I shrugged it off thought maybe it's because it's hot outside. Whatever not too big of a deal I guess. Put my clothes in a dryer with 2 quarters for 14mins. When the dryer stopped I checked my clothes only have the most disgusting strong smell of cat pee on all of my clothes! I don't own a cat so that smell is very noticeable and strong. So great I get to rewash my clothes. More money wasted! Obviously the owners don't maintain the routineof cleaning the machines properly. Absolutely disgusting I would never come back and never recommend this filth to anyone.

It's in a cute, mountain 'strip mall'...surrounded by trees and there's even a couple of places to grab a pint while yer towels and knickers are drying (if that's your cuppa tea).
