We've been to Clean Juice before for a smoothie, but this time we went for their Açai bowl. I love a good açai bowl, and I love how much actual açai you get in a bowl. Though I wish they had a little more toppings to balance the açai, I still appreciate the quantity they're serving. The place itself is open and simple, with helpful staff behind the counters. This location is super neat and there is ample indoor and some outdoor seating. The cashier was nice and the menu wasn't too overwhelming. I enjoyed the artery and the option to have a meal plan. They had grab and go options. I am going to consider this for a weekend cleanse option. My daughter said the mango smoothie was very refreshing and tasted "clean." Wasn't sure what to expect since the reviews were kind-of meh... didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling when I walked in, but I was given a $10 gift card for Christmas, so no harm in trying it out... I wanted something under $10, so I opted for the avocado toast topped with a boiled egg. That's not much food for $10, and I was a little surprised when I opened the box in the car, but I will say I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. It was delicious and the sourdough bread was an excellent choice. Not sure if I'd go again just because of the cost, but it was very good for a Christmas gift. read more

Clean in the name represents the ingredients, it does not however, represent the store itself. This place was not clean. You could see the grossness between all the trays that hold the ingredients. The counters needed to be wiped down and the partition between the customer and food Ingredients. the floors were dirty, the stainless steel was not wiped down correctly. Continued to talk about 'smokin', with their friends. When asked to see a nutrition menu, they handed an in store menu that looked like it hasn't been wiped down since the store opened. I asked how much maple syrup they put in, they didn't know, they don't follow a recipe. They don't follow a recipe?????So if someone has special dietary needs or if following a calorie based diet, how can we ensure the nutritional values are accurate? I would rather go somewhere that's follows the recipe that was created to calculate the nutritional value. The smoothy was good, but I was a little hesitant to drink it being the cleanliness of the store could use some MAJOR improvement. I would come back if the store was cleaned up and customer service improved, however I'm not paying $11 again for an 16oz smoothy. Three things that should be important to all restaurants reviewers, whether self claimed or paid to do so, Customer Service, cleanliness and quality! I'll try again in the spring. I was worried based on the reviews and gave it a shot anyway. 1. Sanitation concerns - honestly, the store was pretty well-kept, if a little crumby in the back. They're making sandwiches and toast though so bread crumbs are not going to make me sweat. Their sanitation rating as of 10/22/2024 is 94.00%. 2. Service - some reviewers had mentioned that the staff USED to greet people when they walked in but not anymore. That echoes the same today. I walked in and didn't have either of the two employees look up. One was hyper focused on some toast she was making, and the other one was friendly when she was done making her bowl. There were only three customers in the store, so they weren't slammed. They weren't rude or anything, but it's a fast food kind of customer service. 3. Food - I ordered online and went in at the time it said the food was ready. It was ready on time, so that's nice. I ordered the egg salad sandwich, nothing else, and went on my merry way. It's wrapped in foil, in case the eco conscious folks were wondering. The sandwich was good UNTIL I bit into the second half and had an explosion of banana. There is no banana in this sandwich, so this was 100% just cross contamination. Based on that, I think folks with allergies should be wary of eating here. The ingredients were set up like subway where the employees pull from little buckets in the front. Overall, it's just okay. Don't think I'll be back for a $12 post-tax sandwich, but the bowls and smoothies look good so I might try that in the future. read more

Today I leave a review just about the employee and here comes Kevin Ellis calling my phone because I left a review. I told him it was not ok and he proceeds to say the footage was reviewed and I was yelling across the counter but it's ok for your employee to yell at me and throw my box of food. The feta cheese was too much for me. It gave the sandwich a taste that I can't describe. I think next time I order this I'm going to either do a substitute of one of the other items or have the feta taken off. And I would also add more Himalayan salt. First time at Clean Juice & I will definitely be back! Service was great, I was helped by Giselle R who was very patient and helped out with any questions that I had. (She also informed me that the juices were served over ice which I'm really thankful for because I would prefer light ice, if any at all) I ordered The Glow One which tasted extremely fresh and delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is the pricing. Very expensive! I got the smaller of the two sizes (16oz) and it was $9. I do understand the products are organic & that comes with it, so this isn't a complaint, just good for people to know you're going to pay for the good quality! I would recommend downloading the app before coming in on your first visit to get the $5 off reward! So instead of paying $9 I paid $4, which was nice! Will be back soon. Oh yeah! This is one of my favorite places, however today a young female was working & left the store to go outside to say hello to a friend who just so happen to have a dog. She came back in the store and got a bowl from behind the counter to give the dog water, then she went outside and was rubbing all on the dogs head. She came back in and never washed her hands. She immediately just put on gloves. I asked to take the gloves off and please wash her hands. She was just outside playing with a dog. I think it's pretty nasty to first go outside and play with a dog while working & to come back in and not even think about washing your hands. I got the beach bowl which came with coconut shavings, granola, and chunks of pineapple on top.
