The technician, Matt, texted to let us know when he'd be at our home and he was right on time. We've lived in this home for 32 years, the shower is original tile. It has never looked so good; Matt does splendid work!! Matt thoroughly cleaned the tile & grout, repaired hairline cracks in the grout, and re-caulked around the glass enclosure. It looks brand new! Groutsmith came out and evaluated the condition of my shower and scheduled a technician come out and perform the work. The color match was essentially 1:1 and while the grout install made it more finicky - requiring multiple visits, I was satisfied with the outcome. Groutsmith's technicians are very professional, clean up after themselves and pride themselves on good work. It was not the cheapest option, but I think it was money well spent and in general I can rest easy because they stand by their work and if it isn't up to par - they'll rectify it to the best of their ability.
