Called for pool leak. Made me pay $200 before they would have a tech come out. After paying they told me it would be 8 days until he could come out. Day of so called service they told me it would be between 8 and 1. Called at 1 because he had not shown. Gave a "he is still coming but is behind". How about a phone call. This company has many great reviews on google, here and more. They did amazing job on an acid watch and handling the dreaded black algae I had due to not keeping the pool the way I should have. I will be using them this point forward. They don't subcontract out and the owner is on sight for the big jobs checking the work and doing the initial consult plus calls you after the job to ensure you're happy. This is highly professional company and it shows, owner even has a contractor license. Had the variable speed pool pump calibrated as part of a Nevada Energy program. The employee was very knowledgeable with our pump and pool automation. He helped program the Rpm's and pump run times programs for the winter and told me how the pump should be run for all times of the year. He was great to deal with! I have dealt with this company for many years, not regularly, as we just have a hot tub. After recently contacting the owner, he quickly sent Cane out to service our spa. He replaced seals in the motor of our hot tub. He was professional, on time, polite and very knowledgeable. Charges were minimal and I thought, very competitive. I have never had a problem with this company. They appear to be integrity driven and customer oriented. It has never been a problem of "making it right", but did it right the first visit. They probably come once a season. While visiting with the owner, he shared he had anticipated the chemical shortage during Covid. He was able to purchase enough pool chemicals to see that his regular customers had their pools serviced this past summer. Some of my friends complained their pool services did not have enough chemicals to get their usual services this summer. To me this would be a plus during these difficult times.
