My car was washed almost 90% of the way. However, the drying process was too quick, leaving some dried rain spots on it. Overall, it did a decent job. What I liked the most about this place is that they offer a free vacuum after the wash. They conveniently placed hoses on both sides of my car so that I didn't have to worry about anything reaching over and scratching my hood. Each hose station had three different types, making it easy to cover large areas quickly and reach those hard-to-get spots. The team was friendly, but you must pay and tip them before starting the wash. Personally, I prefer to tip after the service is completed so I can evaluate the entire experience. I paid $29 after the tip, but I cleaned my car for 50 minutes after the wash, so I feel I got the most out of my money. read more

Today I took my Honda Civic to car wash. The rear spoiler came off when in the drying phase. The large cloth drying device smashed it making it come off. One of the employees helped me try and get it back on. I then lost it on I 75. This was a factory spoiler. I have tried to call several times, there phone is not in service. Last week they had only 25% of the vacuums open, also if you have a SUV there brushes never touch the rear of the car other car washes have a worker brush the front and back of the vehicle by hand. Today I went to there Westley Chapel location and they had no towels for drying, I asked a worker about it and he said they were out of towels. I like the convenience of this style of car wash. Minimal interaction with attendees. You pay for the specific service you want and head straight through the car wash and then move on to the vacuum area. Located right off of Bruce B Downs in the New Tampa/Wesley Chapel Area. It used to be $4 but has recently changed to $6 for a basic wash. You can pay additional for upgrades such as wax coating and tire shine. The best part there is the unlimited air for vacuuming out your car. With three small children and a large size vehicle (van) there's a lot to cover. I recently went and it took me 45 minutes to vacuum out my car! The customer service is great as well. They do have a window shield service onsite so beware of those employees coming up to your car and trying to tell you that you need to replace your windows. All in all I like what they offer and I visit them at least once a month. read more

I have been going here this car wash since before it was taken over with the name change and also the location off 54. I must say I am impressed with the improvements and how clean the lot always is. However I miss the mirror to see driving into the car wash but the employees are good at directing you in. The vacuums are the best at the trout creek location and so is the friendly staff. Alex was helpful in letting me borrow a microfiber cloth to help dry off the extra water and helped me vacuum some since they weren't busy at the time. Probably the worst automotive car wash I have been to. Where do I start. First of all the wash is broken, you can tell several parts don't function like they should. Also the sides of the wash, the actual building it's in has opening, one of the things I enjoy about an automatic wash is that it's dark so you can see the colorful lights but you won't get that here. For weeks they literally had a broken piece of the wash taking up one of the parking spaces. The vaccumes are in an awkwardly high position and there is a strip of dirt right behind the vacuums, all along one edge of the property. I've accidentally stepped on the dirt while moving around my car and then made my car dirty, completely defeats the purpose of coming to a car wash. The shade in the stations is make shift and not very good, the air nozzles at the stations sometimes don't work, and forget about clean towels at each station. You have to walk across where all the cars are coming through to get towels and then walk back to bring them back. Also the machine does not dry your car right, which is expected, it's an automatic car wash but this one leave your car more wet than most I've been to. There is never anyone in the office, no one ever answers the phone. No consistency with the staffing, every time it's someone different and you can tell they are new and don't know what they are doing. I had the bold idea to get a membership here and my sticker didn't work for like the first 3 times I came until they finally got it right. I've since cancelled my membership, save your money and go to woodys on 54th. It's an 8 mile drive for me but I rather drive further for a better experience. read more

This Baybreeze car wash is horrible. I've gone to the other ones on 54 in by the Home Depot on Bruce B Downs and everything's fine. This one here the brushes don't clean your car properly, it misses your rims and tires and the whole back section of the car. There's still dirt on my windshield and don't even add the extra tire shine because it squirts it on one tire and misses the other three. read more

I used to come here for years. place has gone down hill fast. the last 3 visit suck. gave it one more time... never again. paid high price to get it all clean and the didn't wipe the console, door panels, etc. they ask for tips up front. wasn't worth the tip. went back the second day to talk to a manager... the one I new is no longer there. They didn't have one. know I know why the works weren't really working. second day... I should the employer on all the areas that we not wiped. he took the car and work on it. 5 min later, got in my car, drove away..., omg are you kidding me. The areas were the same, did not wipe the door sills, arm rest, console.2 days in a row. Don't waist your money here. Can do a better job at home. I immediately requested attention from an attendant who stated that a manager would be required to analyze my vehicle. Well I'll tell you that I'd be damned if the Manager, Jose Ortiz informed me that there is nothing that they can do for me because the company is not responsible for any damages to the vehicles. So you're telling me, that I can patron your establishment, your equipment damages my vehicle, and you won't do anything about it? What type of foolery is that. So your basically advising, that someone can ruin your property, and will not be held responsible for the damage? (with a disclaimer of some sort huh?!) YOU GUYS SUCK AND SO DOES YOUR RESPONSE. YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE CONSIDERATION FOR SOMEONES PROPERTY IS DEPLORABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. Crazy thing is, I went straight across the street to auto-zone and the attendant advised that this company was known for ruining vehicle's and not taking responsibility for the damage that they cause. Dammed my truck 2020 and never did any thing about it ???? I drove through this carwash and as I have on many occasions extended my electronic running boards to get a thorough cleaning, however because this particular time I got a VIP carwash the wheel boss and the gloss boss scratched and dented my running boards. I spoke with the manager on duty who agreed the damage was done in the process of my carwash. I have pictures of before and after as well as video of the carwash itself. The CEO contacted me to tell me that their equipment did not cause my running boards to extend meaning that they are not to blame. I responded b telling him that was not the issue, that I extended them during the carwash as I always do but because this one was a VIP wash that it ended up touching them where it had not in the past with the regular carwash. I extended them to provide a better cleaning on the running board area because if I do not then they do not get cleaned as well ad because with the countless other times I had done it in the regular wash cycles no damage was ever done. There was no posted notification that any damage would be done, especially since I had never been done on the multiple times I had extended them on regular wash cycles. I feel they are liable for the damage done whish is $1,263.98 not including taxes and fees according to the estimate I was quoted. I am not looking to make a penny for this situation, I just want them to take care of the bill of the damage their carwash caused due to their failure to warn their customers of the inevitable damage that would occur in this situation. Good car wash for the price, but...a RIP OFF with the oil changes. I pulled in, the guy said, "Lift your hood", he looked at it the engine and closed the hood and said, "This is an EcoBoost, it REQUIRES full synthetic, that'll be $69.99." I said ,"No it doesn't." He replied, "Yes it does." (with attitude). I told him, "The owners manual says 5w20 synthetic blend." He said, "Ok, $59.99 then." I asked, "How can that be?" Although it was a basic wash, I feel like this would be better suited for people who constantly wash their cars. The suction of the vacuum was great but it was inconvenient it turned off more than once on me. I would probably come back if I needed a quick touch up. read more

This place has been closed several times over the last few months. At one point for an extended period of time. I am a member so I am paying to not get a car wash when I need. Today was the second time in the last week or two that they have been unexpectedly closed. On top of it, I pay for the "best" car wash they have, but I leave still feeling like it's not even clean. I only like this place because it is very convenient. If they're going to be closed multiple times they need to reward their members, & not just with an upgraded wash which they did at one point but I'm already at the best wash you can get so no upgrade to take advantage of. They just lost my business and that's 3 cars. They advertise 29.99 oil change which is about 10 less than competitors but...I watch what they do and while they check off that they checked the tires, they didn't. So basically I paid for the oil change, that's what I expected, but these guys charged me 10 dollars to remove 5 screws from the plastic kick plate which was under the oil filter. So their 29.99 oil change turned out to be 39.99, due to a 60 second task that in reality was necessary for them to be able to charge me 30. I can understand when they are busy and have cars in line that time is money, but there were no cars in line. The only justification would be time they are taking...60 seconds from servicing another customer....good customer service would dictate that they waive that fee when there is no traffic. Good for a quick wash. I would not recommend getting the tire shine because may have shined a quarter of each tire. I would stay with the basic and put your own tire shine on. I Talked to who I thought might be the manager and all he did was try to talk over me and all I was trying to do is let him know that the tire shine wasn't working. read more

As hard as those brushes felt beating on my car, I thought at least I'd have a clean car. It's a "general" clean but leaves a lot to be desired. Tire shine looks awesome on the driver side, passenger side still looks like dirty tires with water on them. The dryers NEVER dry my car. Had to use a towel to dry off my car. Only thing good is the vacuums. I'm better off detailing my own car. There are car washes in town that can do a full clean, this isn't one of them! read more

Long story short my car in a line behind a car that obviously needs a lot of services needed. So what happens they keep skipping my car. Instead of moving mine since I've now been waiting 40 mins and haven't moved. Two cars go ahead of me are now done and gone. A van pulls up waits maybe 10 mins and then take it instead of mine. When Bay Breeze brought out the other car wash, they did a great job washing my car and I used to go once or twice per week. Then they re-tooled the car wash and now it does a very poor job of washing and it also takes 10 min just to dry your car yourself by hand. I now go every 2 weeks. Also, they raised the price by 33%. On Saturday 02/24/2018 I went through the Bay Breeze car wash at 20306 Trout Creek Drive, Tampa with my New car. Not only did my car come out dirty, but I had scratches on the driver side rims. That's where the railing that guides your car though the car wash. My rims are staggered so they are very wide. I went to the car wash Manager (Jose Ortiz) and explain to him the problems. He looked at my car and said that I need to buy the more expensive car wash which will use all the brushes. So, if you paid $4.00 for a basic wash it doesn't clean your car. I was very upset that my car is 2 days old and your car wash scratched up my new rims. He said that the scratches are not consistent with the scratches the car wash could make on your rims. Now I was steaming! You mean to tell me that this car wash could scratch car rims! What kind of business is this! To recap: They raised their pricing 33% when they brought it, and don't use all the brushes to clean your car, unless you spend more money for a different package. The vacuums have been torn out for a couple weeks now. I've been informed they could be out for another 4 to 6 weeks! When I approached management, Alex T., about some kind of discount on my service I was told the only thing they could do was cancel my service. He said no one else at the store could help and advised me to take it up with corporate. I have not found a valid phone number to contact them yet. When I advised Alex I was not satisfied with his answer and would take this up with corporate. He followed me out of the store and scanned my car then told me he was canceling my service that I can go elsewhere. He also called me insulting because I challenged the idea that they didn't owe us a discount because "vacuums" are free and not part of the service you pay for. This is how the Express Wash went with me. Pretty convenient driving in. Once out I noticed soap across the bumper. When I showed that to the gentleman outside on the way out. He was polite. Said I have two options. I can go back again at no cost and the soap still will be there because the way this machine works. Or I can buy towels for a dollar each and clean it myself. I said it's a question of principle I came here for a car wash. And I expect a car without soap on it. He offered paper towels at no cost.v I took those and wipe the soap myself. The name on the sign now says Express Car Wash. Not sure if Bay Breeze sold the business? Just a few years ago when the street sign said Bay Breeze, the cost of a car wash was $3. The it went to $4. Now it is $6. The price doubled in just a few years. Also, the 19.95 oil change, (which used to say Mobile but now says Pennzoil), is now 29.95 for the same service. With the car wash doubling in price and the price of an oil change increasing 50% in such a short period of time without getting anything extra then I will not be returning. read more
