This place is great! They have excellent customer service. I have to say I've been a little absent-minded lately I took my stuff in on a Saturday, it would be ready on Wednesday. Which was fine, I wasn't in a hurry for my garments. The following week Wednesday is when I realized my laundry had been sitting there for a week. Have been going to this dry cleaners for 4 years now. Extremely happy with the service and the hours- opens at 6AM and closes at 7PM Monday through Friday. Saturday from 9-5. They are located in the shopping center just before the freeway entrance. Easy going there to drop off or pick up and get right on the freeway to get to the office. Best cleaners ever! First the owner is so caring and even remembers my name. Before I walk in the door, she has my clothes ready for me to take out. There were countless times in which I thought my clothes had stains that couldn't be removed but this cleaner somehow works magic. Even though it's not 100% they always try and apologize if they cannot get it out. I have a weird body ratio so whenever I buy pants I need to hem the pant legs. What a horrible person I am for not writing a review for these super nice people who own and run Four Seasons Cleaners. Maybe subconsciously I don't want to share them with anyone else. I have known Mr. and Mrs. Hur for many years as their customer. I introduced my parents and sister's family to them. Even though I live about 25 minutes away, I still bring my clothes to them. I have been going to them since Delia's Cleaners really messed up my clothes and would give me those stupid vouchers for dry cleaning so that they could continue to mess up my clothes. I am glad they went belly up. This forced me to find a dry cleaner in the neighborhood. Their prices and turnaround time are great. I bring a big bag of clothes about every three weeks. Everything is returned to be in great condition. Mrs. Hur looks out for my family and I. We love them to death. This review is not just about dry cleaning service, but the whole shebang called customer service relationship. I am tired so this review sounds incoherent, but you can't go wrong with them. The people are so warm & super nice you cannot help but like them, but most importantly my clothes did not smell like chemical cleaner & they looked as good as new. These folks are super nice people, and I don't usually have a problem. Today I went in to pick up a shirt that I brought in straight out of the package. It was perfect when I dropped it off, and I know that because I checked it. When I picked it up it had a bunch of stains on it (it was a red shirt). And they weren't subtle stains AT ALL. The lady behind the counter pointed them out to me immediately, and said that I didn't check the shirt and she didn't so it's basically my problem. THEY STAINED MY SHIRT and instead of apologizing and compensating me, chose to tell me it was MY FAULT. I'm not saying don't use them, but check your stuff before dropping it off. read more

I've been going here for about two years with nothing eventful to report. Then, I took in a dress I'd bought at the Jessica McClintock outlet in SF. It had seen better days--the hem was very dirty, there was gunk on the skirt and ink on the bodice. The woman told me she couldn't remove the ink. But when I got it back, the dress looked AMAZING. Brought 23 dress shirts to get cleaned at this place, when I dropped them off it was $1.95 when I picked them up it was $1.00 more because according to them I said no starch. I iron stuff at home my self and use starch, this week I didn't have time and decided to give this pace a try, the lady started screaming at me telling me that it was my fault and that I was the one who didn't say I wanted starch... Like seriously?? The customer service level here is very low and did I mention that the quality sucked?? Moved in this neighborhood 7 mos ago and since this place had good reviews (12 Total), I decided to give it a go. First 2 times using them was standard and OK. The last batch, I brought a bunch of work shirts for laundry. I know when my clothes have stains and I usually let the cleaners know and ask if they can do something about it. When I picked up this batch, my favorite orange shirt and stains on the front as well as the collar part of the shirt. The lady (owner) decides she would blame it on me that I brought the shirt in with the stains. Like I said I'm usually very particular if I did the damage either a rip or stain. It would have been cool if she told me, "we made a mistake and unfortunately we stained your shirt", then we can talk about how to resolve it. Instead she goes and blames it on the customer. This place is great. Friendly and fast service and they do a great job. Seems a little pricey to me but is worth it. I've been taking a some dresses and other things here for a few months and all has been well. Was sparked to write a review for them though because they just cleaned my wedding dress for me :) I wasn't cleaning it to box it like most ladies do. I needed to get it cleaned as I'm wearing it for a 2nd wedding celebration thing on the east coast this winter. The dress was black on the bottom (seriously, black) from walking the strip in Las Vegas after our wedding in July. I must say, they did an excellent job cleaning it. I took a beautiful gown here worth over $8,000 and it came out looking brand new! (Mind you it went in with black marks all over the bottom!) They are miracle workers, and in this day and age it is very difficult to trust dry cleaners with you're precious things, especially when you have to sign a "waiver" at some cleaners in San Jose that they aren't responsible for ANY damages, how ridiculous!
