So much I'm disappointed with. They made huge changes and none of it benefits the customer. The issue is I CAN NEVER GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. I keep leaving voicemails and NO ONE gets back to me to even schedule. What am I paying for? Another termite company had said I needed major fumigation on a building that Scott said had no termite issues & the "termite feces" was actually from crickets.
