Review #720 We had the dreaded vermin problem and was recommended this company by our neighbor who was having a similar problem. Greg came out immediately set up traps, and solved our problem. He also got rid of our neighbors' issue and theirs was much worse! He was really easygoing to work with so I also decided to use him for the insects one inevitably gets in SoCal. He was fast and efficient and got the job done. I had tried so many other places and they either expected you to prep too much, do too much or they were not the right fit. Many were just sales people. It got to be more cumbersome to get the house sprayed. Greg is a really pleasant, trustworthy and kind family man, so I didn't mind letting him into the home to spray when it looked less than perfect. This guy is a disaster, or maybe just really unorganized. I should have known something was fishy about this guy when he was over an hour late for our initial visit. He came out to spray and scheduled a follow up for the following week, to check the traps. Charged us $210 dollars then never showed up. He claimed he forgot because it was his kids first week with at home learning. Ok, understandable. Rescheduled for the following week. Again, no call, no show. He claimed he was over booked. We tried again for the very next day. Same thing.. this time I didn't call or msg to see if he would make the effort. Still have not heard from him. Horrible business owner, Basic thief. I found Greg from Orange Creat Pest Control after calling 20 other places on yelp. All the other business either didn't give me a quote or gave me a very expensive quote. Greg was very straightforward and gave me an amazing quote that beats every other competitors. He came for an inspection on the same day that I called him which was awesome! From the first meeting (the inspection) with Greg - he was very through and checked all the house and found the main entry point. He then set out some traps and checked in 2 times after that and caught the rat. He sealed up all the entry points after he was finished. I've been hearing noises in my attic, then caught sight of a rat/mouse inside my house. I immediately searched Yelp for an exterminator and Greg reached out within the hour! I was panicky and he set me at ease. Although he couldn't get to my place right then, he gave me an appt early the next morning, and provided me with some helpful suggestions in the meantime. He asked questions, walked me through possible solutions, and then said "I'm sorry I can't get to you today, but I'll come first thing tomorrow. But for your sake, I hope you wont need me!"
