I set up an appointment for Jeff to come out to my place. I couldn't be there but I had someone else there to cover for me. It was the time of year when I just knew it was a matter of time before ants and spiders were going to become a real problem around my house. I've tried several exterminators over the years but found the service to be lacking in professionalism. I saw Jeff's truck at my neighbors house and managed to speak with him before he left the neighborhood. He was great! I had an appointment scheduled for a few days later. He was on time ad thorough. He reminded me to keep my pets in until everything dried, and even suggested a certain type of lightbulb to help keep the bugs away from my front door light at night. Not a big fan of mice. They sneak in, no matter how well you seal up the place. In Idyllwild, we kept seeing the leavings of the little critters (which they never show you in Disney films). We contacted Acorn Pest Control, and put them on a regular cycle. Not only did they keep us mouse-free, but they made suggestions when they noticed something that might go wrong. We've worked with Acorn for many years, and they are completely reliable. If you want to avoid coming face to face with rodents, choose Acorn. They are good people. read more

Fantastic service!! My house was being invaded by earwigs, silkworm type grossness-es, and little beetles. I tried a few diy tricks but I had finally had it this morning. The reviews seemed good so I reached out. A few hours later they were here! Right before Thanksgiving too which I didn't at all expect. Had this company doing our pest control. Sprays wildly all over everything including our brand new furniture. Tried to reason with him and tell him we would have to spray more carefully especially with the toddlers we have in the house. When we went through this rainy season he keep trying to come out and we told him as much as it is raining it would be a waste of time and that we would call him to schedule a day. He called my wife and set up a day. Then he tried to come out a week early. We told him no it is for next week and this week would not work. He told us we were causing him to lose money and we should find someone else. We obliged with pleasure. One star is being generous. read more

Jeff is awesome! He does pest maintenance on the property in Idyllwild, not many want to make the trek out there but he's very very reliable. We had huge spiders inside cabin and all over deck ...HUGE spiders... but they aren't there anymore thanks to his skills!
