Well where to begin. Called Aundrey to get a quote to fix a leak I was having on an underground pvc pipe ughh. Came out a few days later. Very professional, and on time. Gave me a quote that was very reasonable and hired him. Aundrey and his buddy showed up promptly at 8:00 am ready to go. Thinking it was going to be a easy job of about 3-4 hours, soon realized it was much bigger. After digging to find leak. It was soon realized under the cement equipment pad where the pipes for pool go into the ground was a HUGE tree root that was the cause for breaking pipe. Not only that it was headed for more pipes. All the mean while keeping in contact with me as what to do as I am at work. Initial idea is to remove all equipment, break all cement, dig, replace all broken pipes, cut all roots. Then reverse process and put all back together ughh. $$$$$ Aundrey calls me back an hour later with a brilliant idea.. Had to drain pool 1/4 way, dig down in front of equipment pad to all pool lines, cut all lines, and replace all lines to equipment, and by pass all old lines. Meaning will not have to do any of the first idea... Saving me a LOT of money thank you. Decided to go with second option. Worked perfect.. No leaks, and all is running well. Recommended I cut down tree or may continue to happen. Took Aundrey and his buddy 12+ hours to tackle this job. That's with Aundrey coming out next day for 3 more hours to tidy everything up. Even told me exactly what I needed to rebalance pool. All this with a 30 day warranty...I now have peace of mind knowing it is fixed, but even more is that I know if anything in the future should ever come up Pool Pros WILL be the first person I call. There are very few times when the stars align perfectly and you find the most amazing professionals on the first try--but this was 100% my experience with Taras from Clean Pool. I do not live in the area and was attempting to coordinate my initial pool chemicals and service after investing a ton of money getting an older pool re-plastered. My plaster contract put in ALL CAPS that my plaster warranty would be voided if I did not follow pool opening industry standards and I had zero idea how to make that happen. One call to Taras and BOOM- he explained all of it, made me feel extremely confident that he could take care of it all AND had me scheduled the day after the pool was refilled!
